We had a great stay, very quiet, he was so nice give us a list of things to do the house was perfect it was clean perfect space I would rent an Airbnb with him again!

Our stay in Newark was great! The space accommodated my large family! The house was beautiful! The game room was amazing! The kids loved the many activities! The house was close to everything we needed! Thanks for again for hosting us!

We stayed here for 2 days while visiting Jersey and NYC and it was the perfect little home away from home. We were a little weary of the neighborhood, but everything was protected by a password and was super easy to navigate. Garth was also very responsive and incredibly helpful with whatever we needed. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to to have a comfortable place you stay on a vacation trip. I will be coming back to the city again in November and will 100% be looking at this place before anything else!

The home was beautiful exactly what was shown on the pictures? The only thing is that the towel roller and the toilet paper roller needs to be replaced. It kept falling off and the driveway needs to be repaired because if you don’t take your time coming in or going out, you will mess up the front end of your car, but it was also parking on the street available, but I would definitely stay here again and I will recommend any of my family and friends to stay in this home. The host was awesome.

My family had a wonderful stay in Millburn at Emily’s home. The neighborhood was peaceful and just a stones throw away from a park, restaurants, coffee shops, and the train. And the house itself is beautiful and well stocked with everything you need. We can’t wait to return!

Perfect house for a family to stay. Exactly like the description, easy to get downtown or to the parkway.

Nice place to stay if you’re looking for good value in close proximity to NYC. People complaining about the neighborhood should know although it’s not pretty, it’s probably the safest area of Newark. And let’s be honest, if you’re staying here, you’re probably visiting NYC so you just need a comfy clean place to sleep. This apartment provided all of that with lots of room. Basics like coffee were appreciated for the morning after getting in so late. Great communication from the host regarding anything we needed.

Did not love the location of the house. BUT the home itself made up for it. Private garage that fit two cars which is was perfect. There was also parking in front of the of the house if we needed. The house was absolutely gorgeous and clean. Host was very responsive when I had questions in regards to getting into the garage. We had no issues and the house was the perfect size for the group we had with plenty of space for the kids and adults to not feel cluttered. Fridge has water and ice so that was also a plus not have to buy water for the weekend. Everyone loved it. Would definitely stay here again in the summer if we needed.

Great host, place was exactly as listed. Entry was very simple and accurate. Place has a very comfy feel about it.

I originally planned to come to NY in October 2024, however being a nurse practitioner in Florida I was placed on A team and had to stay in the hospital on the same week as my original trip. I messaged Francesca and we were able to reschedule for this weekend. I am so grateful for her understanding and willingness to be flexible and accommodating. This was such a perfect stay. The place is easy drive or train into the city. Francesca is. Great host and my family had plenty of room and felt comfortable. Tops Diner ~10 mins away became our favorite find! 10/10 recommend this gem! We will be back!

I had an amazing time exploring New York with this location as my base. The apartment was exactly as described - spotless, well-equipped, and super comfortable. Being less than a 10-minute walk from Newark Penn Station, I could easily commute to NYC in about 20 minutes every day. The host, Abe, was incredibly responsive and communicative - nothing was too much to ask. I would 100% recommend this place to family and friends visiting New York, and I’d absolutely stay here again.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr neuwertig und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Fußläufig kann man in 10 Minuten die Newark Penn Station erreichen von der man direkt nach Mannhattan an das World Trade Center gelangen kann. Auch sind in der direkten Umgebung zwei Sebra's Markets in denen man alles für den täglichen Bedarf bekommen kann. Die Kommunikation mit Sara hat sehr gut funktioniert. Sie hat proaktiv nachgefragt, ob alles ok ist oder sie uns bei irgendetwas behilflich sein kann. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!! Vielen Dank Sara, dass wir Ihre Gäste sein durften!!

Great location near downtown. One of the best equipped kitchens compared to other Airbnb stays. Really nice comfortable and spacious place. There was a property manager involved which created another layer of communication but not a big deal. Overall a really nice place to stay.

Good place-likes the parking and privacy of this convinient location.Bit noisy near the airport.

My family & I enjoyed our stay at David’s! Getting into the building was very easy due to the clear instructions we were provided. The place was clean and provided the essentials. It was a quick 10 minute walk to the HBLR station to get in to NYC. We hope to be back soon!!

We had a wonderful stay! Plenty of room to unwind after a long day in the city. Everything was clean was absolutely gorgeous. My 8 year old used the word “spiffy” when we walked in. Anthony was very friend and a great communicator. We have a lovely time!!

Michael was an amazing host. Super responsive and helpful! Also, the space itself was fantastic. Had such a great stay at his place, very clean, well stocked and so close to everything.

We had a wonderful few days in Anthony’s apartment in Williamsburg. The apartment has absolutely everything you need and is extremely convenient to subways, coffee shops, restaurants etc. It’s also tastefully appointed and well designed. I wish the weather had been warm enough to spend time in the backyard. It’s beautiful! Anthony is super responsive and welcoming! We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back!

My family and I had a blast staying at Erika’s place! It looked even better in person. This was my families first time experiencing New Jersey. Transportation is only down the street at walking distance and local markets are easy to get to. She also provided some games such as Uno, connect four, and Jenga for those rainy days we decided to stay in. I would love to come back again!

This place is exactly as described. Lovely lower floor apartment in great condition with all the essentials. The host always responded to our questions and accommodated our unusual check-in and checkout. Location wise, it's only a 5 minute walk to the Danforth light rail station. From there you within 5-6 stops to World Trade Center and every other subway connection. If I could give this place a 4.99 out of 5 I would. There is a residence above the property that we guess worked shifts as they were up and about every morning at 4am. It wasn't an unreasonable amount of noise but it was noticable at times. Also, at times the furnace would kick in. I think this was also for the upstairs but it's located downstairs and can be a little noisy at times. Again, this wasn't unreasonable and it wouldn't stop me returning but it might be worth mentioning to other guests. Overall, a gem of a property, perfectly located for anyone looking for easy access to NYC

Ann was super responsive! We needed a location within walking distance of the Nike Indoor Track & Field Armory and this was a great location. There are restaurants, diners, and stores within blocks. The place was clean, had coffee, great bathroom products, and we felt safe. The patio was an added bonus. Would recommend! If we have an opportunity to come back, we would book again. Thanks, Ann
