Teresa’s place was perfect. We only stayed for one night while looking at campgrounds but we felt right at home as soon as we walked through the door. The place was clean and had tons of items to use in the kitchen. The views outside were stunning!

I wanted to sing the song "Over the river and through the woods" as we drove along following our GPS to this hilly location through farm valleys and jutting peninsulas. Finally it was BREATHTAKING as we topped a ridge and saw our grandchildren in the driveway who were literally jumping up and down with excitement. What a beautiful lake view! The kiddos were ready for the code to get in and explore since they had already seen the kayaks, the water equipment, the fire pit and the lovely deck overlooking the lake. To say they were even happier when they saw the game room downstairs and the bunk bed room....well, they were. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us with the two king suites, and the 3 bedrooms downstairs (one of which contained those nice bunk beds.). The breeze from the high location off the lake was just right for outdoor dining with lots of patio furnishings. We enjoyed s'mores around the fire pit (brought our own bamboo sticks) after dark. Lovely!

Perfect size home for our group with everything you could need. The outdoor space is picturesque with 2 stories of views and living space. Misty is so accessible and helpful. She has everything labeled and the home is so well organized. The area offers activities even if it is raining! Would book here again in a second!!

Our stay here was wonderful. This place was perfect for our family and Joann is always very responsive. Definitely a good deal for the price…it was clean comfortable and many nice touches especially the snack basket which came in handy. We will definitely stay here again!

This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! The views were absolutely stunning, and the location was perfectly quiet and secluded, offering the ideal escape. The interior of the home was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Mary Beth, the host, was an absolute delight! She was easy to communicate with, very understanding, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and essentials, which made cooking a breeze. I cannot recommend this place enough it exceeded all expectations. If you're looking for a peaceful and unforgettable stay, this is the place to be. Thank you, Mary Beth, for such an amazing experience!

Felipe was responsive and helpful. The space is a self-contained basement apartment with a walk-out onto a concrete deck. Ample space to hang out, nicely furnished, and comfortable. The neighborhood is on a hill so we ddn't do any walkng around the streets. We headed into Knoxville for a music festival and the drive was an easy fifteen minutes. If we return next year, we will consider this place again.

Omari’s place was very clean and the aesthetics of the decor are commendable. Very comfortable and I felt at home. Very responsive. I must say that you will likely hear a couple of trains pass at about 1:50 am and almost 6:00 am but that is beyond her control. Very convenient to highways. Kitchen was adequately equipped as we cook often when booking airbnbs. Great little studio.

Linda is a very attentive and gracious host! We wanted for nothing while staying there, and it was very conveniently located. It stays cool in the rooms, so this would be an especially nice summer stay.

Have stayed here a few times, and it’s always very nice. This is an excellent place to stay for anyone who may have pet or indoor allergies, as I’ve never had any issues during my stays. I highly recommend!

This airbnb has been such a sweet little getaway. It has everything you could possibly need to get away for a few days and is so cozy! It was my first time using an airbnb and Charlotte went out of her way to help me through the process and has been such a wonderful host. Its located in a quiet area but still close enough to explore. There is lots of information provided to the guest, check-in was very simple, and our stay altogether was pretty much seamless and very enjoyable! 10/10 would recommend Charlotte's place if youre visiting Clinton, TN!

I’ll keep it short. It’s like the descriptions and comments from the hosts and visitors. Two things that I can mention and add to the informations (even if they might sound negative, I was fully satisfied with my stay, just want to complete the picture) 1) there is a fire station close by so that firefighters with their cars are passing by regularly (simetimes with sirens) - even if this sounds bad, as the appartment is set back from the street, it did not impact me very much 2) and this is related to that I decided to not use a car, the place is 45 min by foot away from downtown and groceries are also not really able to reach by foot. The appartment is located in a rather quiet area, but some really good food spots and breweries are 5-7min away by foot. Should be aware of it I would book it again!

Hilltop Hideaway was perfect for our weekend trip to Knoxville. The location is nestled on top of a wooded preserve with amazing views. We really enjoyed the peaceful surrounds. The house is secluded yet close enough to downtown and UT to feel convenient (15-20 mins). The house is very well appointed and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. Very cozy and immaculately clean as well. The hot tub was the cherry on top, such a great way to unwind after long days of exploring Knoxville. We loved Hilltop! Thanks again, Kaylea!

My favorite Airbnb yet! It was a perfect blend of old-world rustic with modern high end luxury. Even better than the photo's. Love, Love, love the copper soaking tub. The grounds are beautiful and private, yet downtown Knoxville is less then a 20 min drive. I stayed with my husband, my daughter and our dog. We had a delightful time and all three of us wished we could have stayed longer.

We greatly enjoyed our extended stay at this cabin. They have preserved the age, but brought in modern amenities such as Internet and updated the fireplace. The views from the sunroom were stunning and able to be enjoyed even in freezing cold weather. We will be back!

Had an incredible stay at Carol’s cabin. Perfect lakeside getaway with an incredible view. Carol thought of everything - even had fresh baked bread waiting for us! Worked great for our group of 7. Would absolutely recommend.

This was my first Air B&B stay. The cabin had everything needed. And was furnished very nicely. The mill sits beside the cabin and is a wonderful piece of history. Would like to see it run one day if possible. Dumpling creek runs in front of cabin sit on the front porch or down by water’s edge and get relaxed by the sound of the water cascading down the rocks from the mill pond. The cabin is very secluded and private. Ron & De check in to make sure everything was good with the stay at cabin. It was a five star place in my book. Would I book this again most definitely.

This was a fabulous cabin! Rustic but updated and very well appointed. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, updated kitchen. Back deck with hot tub was wonderful and looked out over the wooded area. The Front porch was beautiful as well with gates to keep the pets in. Plenty of firewood and a beautiful new fire pit area with string lights. Highly recommend!

We had a great family filled weekend here and plan on making it a yearly deal for us and hope to stay here again. Beautiful cabin , we all felt so at home. Great location to anything you need or want. We rode Windrock Offroad park in our jeeps and had a blast. The back yard is heavenly with a beautiful creek and plenty of space for our dogs to run. Definitely one of our favs so far 😊

The place was clean and everything worked. The number of beds and amenities 100% matched the online description. Copious parking for trucks and trailers.
