Union : locations de vacances

This is exactly what we needed. We are teachers who had just finished conferences and had a 3 day weekend. We chose to unplug and relax by reading books, walking in the woods, and playing games. Ernie and Mindy’s cabin was the perfect remedy. We walked trails which will take you through the woods and give you the opportunity to see some wildlife- we saw 4 deer and had over 30 different birds on our bird app. I even walked down to the pond another time and brought a pole and caught 7 bass and a crappie in a short time. The pond is small but has some nice fish in it. The cabin is small- but perfect for our needs. This one is farthest from the house and has a nice fire pit to use if the weather cooperates. The jacuzzi tub was a nice way to relax. I highly recommend this cabin and Ernie and Mindy are so nice and easy to communicate with.

house was great! we were in town for my daughter's wedding and our whole family had room to get ready and visit at the house! loved it!

We had stayed here a couple of years ago for our daughter's birthday. This year we were thrilled to see it was available again! the only thing we were disappointed about was the construction of the boathouse which we weren't aware of until we got there. Otherwise it was a great overnight stay and will always recommend others to stay here!

The house was exactly as described and worked perfectly for our trip! It was clean and there were lots of extras to enjoy. The best part was definitely the patio and view! Thank you!

Julie is a fantastic host with a lovely house. This is our fourth stay with her on our regular trips to Des Moines. The house is well-appointed and cozy, and Julie is attentive and thoughtful without being overbearing. She has one of the best stocked kitchens I've seen, and she's generous with other comforts like spare toilet paper, kleenex boxes, and extra towels and blankets. It is clear when a host really cares about delivering a quality stay for their guests, and she is great!

GG’s Cabin was perfect for a quick weekend getaway. It had everything you could ask for, Jana and Chelsea are quick to respond to questions, and pay great attention to detail. The space is very cute, quiet, well decorated, the bed and sofa are incredibly comfortable, and the fire pit/table was a great spot to relax. Would highly recommend this cozy little cabin, and we look forward to visiting again, especially in the fall as the changing colors will be beautiful!
