This location is right on the small Main Street wi th a few restaurants and stores, and it’s close driving distance to everywhere we go to visit family. The neighborhood is quiet, and the unit itself was beautiful, open and spacious. It was clean, with clear instructions on how to check in. In addition, the host was very responsive and checked in with us during our stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Shawn’s place. The location was great and we would definitely stay there again. The delicious welcome gift of baked goods and coffee was very thoughtful and appreciated.

Hosts were quick to answer questions and offer advice. Easy parking and entry. Comfortable gathering area and plenty of kitchen items. Super clean. Great water pressure for shower and really hot water!

Stayed here for a long weekend and it was great. One of the best AirBnBs we have been to. Couldn't recommend it enough!

This was my first time ever trying an airbnb and I couldn’t have been more impressed. Dena was extremely responsive to every message and had very clear instructions. She provided us local recommendations to match our travel experience and more. The artsy apartment matched the photos exactly, was sparkling clean, and the view from the roof top deck was unbelievable. The apartment has a great kitchen, so much space to spread out, and so many unique details that make it feel like home. The location was PERFECT! In a quieter side of the downtown area but very accessible to any restaurant and activity we had planned. Our stay was more than we could have ever asked for or imagined! We will definitely book again!!

Julie is a wonderful host, extremely helpful and catered to all our needs. The place itself is very cozy, modern and very clean! I would highly recommend this place to guests looking to stay in Maine!

Had a wonderful stay at Mandy’s! I love that she was so proactive and direct with all of the instructions for the home (even a picture where to park). The house is exactly as described. We enjoyed all of the Maine touches. The home was extremely tidy and clutter-free. There is parking for two vehicles on site and local restaurants, shops, and entertainment are a very short walk away. We were away after some snow and came back to the snow being cleaned up in the parking lot. The house is well insulated and felt warm and cozy during negative Maine Winter temperatures. There was nothing negative or worrisome about our stay.

Great spot near Portland! We were in town for a quick weekend and loved have an easy and convenient spot that was also pet friendly so our dog could join us! Would definitely stay again.

We were remodeling our home and needed a place to stay for over a month and this place did not disappoint. The home is welcoming and super clean and neat. There were plenty of amenities for cooking and it was well stocked with paper products and a few toiletries as well as plenty of linens. It is so close to many great businesses and walkable to an excellent Gluten free bakery. The host was extremely kind and responsive to our needs- my son (7) said this home felt just like our own home. His favorite part was the “fancy fridge” that we could play music on and see different pictures according to the weather haha. Definitely a great place.

This house worked out great for us. Had everything we needed and as they said it was 5 minutes from the restaurants, museums and shops of downtown Rockland. In the other direction are the lighthouses and fishing villages of the midcoast. The unexpected bonus was the view. We could watch the sunrise over the bay from the living room, yard, or down the hill by the water. We could also see the Rockland breakwater light in the distance. As dog owners we appreciated having clean floors throughout the house instead of suspect carpets, and plenty of yard to take care of business.

We loved our stay at Pamela’s house! Great location, walking distance to downtown and restaurants. Cozy living room and comfortable beds. We couldn’t use the outdoors much because it was snowy, but the backyard and deck looked spacious. Pamela and her husband came over to shovel the driveway after the snowstorm, so we didn’t have to worry about getting stuck. We arrived late at night, and homemade bagels and some other essentials Pamela left for us were very helpful! (Bagels were delicious!). The collection of books in the house is great, and provides entertainment for all ages. Pamela is a great host, and we would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay there was plenty of space for everyone.

Our FAVORITE AIR BnB experience yet. What a hidden gem. Perfect location for a quick drive downtown or to see the sights. The unit was quintessential New England charm. Perfect unit for my wife and me. Hosts were friendly and always quick to respond. The unit is well stocked with everything guests could need including some snacks which were a nice touch. We will be staying here every time we return up this way.

We had a lovely time at Krista and Joe’s place. Warm, welcoming, and easy to get to- it was a great hub for a quick family winter weekend getaway to Acadia and MDI. We loved the fact it was dog friendly so we could have our pup join us as well! The house was super clean, comfortable, and convenient on the quietside of MDI. We’d definitely look to book again when we head back! Thank you for being our home away from home!

Casa Gris was a wonderful place to stay at for our vacation to Acadia national park. It was only a 10 minute drive to the park. The house was well kept, had great amenities and an awesome tv set up. 10/10 would recommend for the price and opportune location.

Scott’s home is one of a kind. It is the perfect blend of Maine working class energy with sophisticated, upscale living… industrial AND comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Sameer’s place was INCREDIBLE! The condo is stunning and feels brand new. He provided such great recommendations and was proactive with everything we could’ve had a question for. You can’t beat the patio overlooking the water! I couldn’t recommend it more!

Such a prime location! We had a wonderful stay here and Deb was so responsive and helpful. The place was perfect for our stay in Portland, we will definitely be back!

This was the perfect place for a long weekend getaway with a couple friends. We each had our own rooms, the beds were very comfortable, and linens were clean. We enjoyed our walk to/from downtown everyday (15 min walk) and found some great local cafes and bars. Note this unit is on the first floor and the unit above us had a toddler running all around from 6:30am-9am every morning. Would recommend bringing ear plugs if you plan to sleep during these hours.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The train does go right behind the place at an intersection. The horn is very loud, which was hard for our toddler. Just something to consider if you’re traveling with infants/toddlers. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Great location to be able to walk to the shops and restaurants, art district, theatre, etc in town. Cute and cozy condo in a building with beautiful original character. The list of recommendations was appreciated and helpful. Host was very responsive and friendly and flexible when possible. We enjoyed our stay here for our first visit to Portland!

This was our second stay at Dave’s place and we were not disappointed! Very comfortable apartment with great amenities and Dave generously provided toiletries. The recent kitchen upgrade completes the well-thought out homey appeal. The dog-friendly beach is a short walk and there is a nice local bakery across the street. We will definitely be back!

The Apartment was exactly as described and exactly as expected. A cute, spacious place with a very functional kitchen and a clean and up to date bathroom. Everything was comfortable and a great place to come back to after we explored the city, by foot and by car.
