The unit was clean, had loads of charm, and actually felt bigger than it looked in the pictures. Getting in and out was easy, and the neighborhood it's in is chock full of beautiful buildings and things to do in walking distance. Strongly recommend!

I had the absolute best time at Asa’s place. The space was perfect for my solo trip to Denver. It had everything I needed and some lovely touches. The stay is also in a prime location and loved exploring. Highly recommend and hope to return soon!

Great place. Recommend if you want easy access to the ballpark. Neighborhood isn't as loud as others and still offers some nice cocktail bars.

Great location with a beautiful view! The condo is in great condition and everything was as described. The owner was very communicative and provided excellent recommendations for local activities and restaurants. We would highly recommend this listing!

David's place was a perfect find for our one month stay. It was not super fancy, but we had cats, and he was so very generous and forgiving about them. The kitchen is great. It looks good, and it has been updated recently. There is everything there that you will need. Somone had taken the can opener and sink stopper. David replaced both in a flash. I needed to bring in a piece of furniture due to my mobility issues, and David even offered to come over to move it in and set it up! It was such a gift to have a washer and dryer, and all supplies were there. I mentioned the need for more hangers, and we received those and extra wash cloths the same day. The two bedrooms make it possible to have more guests or to choose beds. We found that the bed in the room with the desk was the best; in fact, it was quite comfortable. That is a lot to say when you are in a place for a month! I can't say enough about how wonderful David is, & how helpful he is to his guests! Consider his place!

We stayed for 12 days and enjoyed the location, Dare’s information and attention to detail. The only issue is its proximity to I-25 traffic noise. We slept well. The building was quiet, people friendly, easy access and for us the parking spot was worth the stay. As an older couple, we found the garage clean, spacious and easy in/out. Perfect for our trip. Thank you Dare for the experience and will definitely consider you again if in Denver.

You will feel right at home here. Few thoughtful surprises in the suite and a dedicated relaxation loft makes the place unique and peaceful.

This condo was a nice homey-feeling place for our group to spend Christmas. We have family in Wheat Ridge and this location was very convenient for us to all get together and enjoy the holiday. Plenty of bedrooms - each with a different firmness of the mattress so we could all find the one we liked best - and ample gathering space on the main floor.

Wonderful stay at this cute apartment. We walked to most places. The coffee shops down the street were amazing. Everyone was so kind. Beds were comfortable.

Great location right in the heart of Downtown Golden. Apartment was very clean and worked out great for us. 2nd time staying there and will do so again.

Another great stay at one of Dawn’s places! So convenient to visiting our son and family. Very clean, comfortable and felt at home. Places to walk our dog either on property or off. Will stay here again!

My wife and I needed a place to stay for a few weeks in between housing. We put all of our stuff in storage and stayed here. The room was spacious enough for our dog, cat, and us, the closet had decent space to store some boxes, and the complex was incredibly quiet. Greg was very responsive and helpful any time we had to reach out. Would stay again!

The place was great. Good location, has all the basic amenities and it’s close to several restaurants.

Excellent stay

Really loved our stay. It was convenient to DTC, 25 and 225. Great restaurants nearby and a kitchenette to cook our own food with all cookware and dishes. Internet could get spotty during peak hours, despite restarting the router, but otherwise exactly what we needed. AC/heat were really powerful (good thing). Home was comfortable and convenient. Nadine was very kind and responsive. Grateful for this stay!

The location was amazing. Plenty of places to eat and shop. Location also has quick access to highway.

Ethan was a great host, and the unit was perfect as a restful and peaceful respite when working in the DTC area. I will definitely stay here again!

When I say Meg’s place matched the listing, I mean it was exactly as listed! The photos are entirely accurate and almost don’t do the place justice! For context, I moved to Colorado to start a new job, and needed a place to stay in the interim until I found a permanent residence, and Meg’s place was perfect. I stayed for a bit over 2 months. Well located, close to my new job, major interstates, shopping, food, and DEN. A good place for a new Coloradan to get the lay of the land. Check-in and out was a breeze, the place was immaculate, and both Meg and Kelvin were super responsive. Thermostat quit while I was there in the middle of a cold snap in January, replaced quickly. There are some reviews on this place that mention the firm bed, and it is rather firm. If you’re like me and you don’t care for a firm bed, be warned. If the firmer the better, this place cannot be beat. By the end, I will admit, I was definitely used to the firmness. Wonderful place, gracious hosts, would recommend!

This is a great place very close to the Denver Tech Center and convenient for visiting our grandkids in Greenwood Village. The condo is very comfortable and warm. It feels like a home and we instantly felt comfortable there. The Kitchen was well-equipped and the bedroom, with the small desk, was perfect. After just a few minutes my wife and I agreed that we will try to get Nancy's place if we ever need a place in the area again.
