We stayed at Mara's while a family member was being evaluated at an area hospital. The location was just a short drive from the hospital and it was nice to have a comfortable place to stay in close proximity to the hospital. After the snow storm, Mara contacted me to let me know someone would be by to shovel the front steps and they were. Thank you!

Justin’s house was just what we needed for our family. So much space available, wished we had stayed longer.

Jennie was very responsive, flexible and helpful! She has a lovely home that made our family feel very comfortable and welcome! She went above and beyond with a thoughtful welcome basket and amenities for our dog who was also very welcome. The location is amazing and perfect! We really loved this stay. We had seven adults (professional colleagues) and it was kind of perfect. Every bedroom was clean and well appointed. The bathrooms were great. The kitchen was huge and well supplied. There were multiple gathering areas for casual relaxation times (we were in the house a lot for both work and recreation). It was a great walking neighborhood, including to many fun eateries, and the park across the street is lovely. With all this, we didn’t really need to contact the hosts much but when we did they were responsive and friendly. A great all-around stay.

I had an amazing stay! The property was exactly as described. The space was clean, cozy, and a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Jason was incredibly welcoming and provided all the information we needed for a smooth check-in process. I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was amazing during the evening. We didn’t get to use the firepit as the propane was out. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

The location was great for walking. Very quite and private. Jimmy was very helpful and extremely responsive. The house was great and the views are great. An all around great location and size.

A large quaint comfortable space right near one of Denver’s coolest neighbourhoods, Rhino! Beds a dream and huge kitchen, like going home to your grandmothers!

Erica & Brianna were great hosts! I was unfortunately working through my visit (for a conference), so I did not stay for much of the time, but their space was warm, clean, quiet, and welcoming. It was a nice neighborhood for a walk in the morning and evening. The coffee on-site was a lifesaver!

Eyal was a great host! He allowed me to check in early because my flight was early and he was very nice and responsive. I was suprised to see how many amenities there were I brought my own laundry detergent and he already had laundry detergent there as well as tooth brushes and tooth paste and mouth wash. This little space was just what I needed I felt right at home I definitely will be back in the future!

I stayed at Travis's place over the the holidays and it was amazing. His space is extremely warm and welcoming. I loved the fireplace as well as the heated floors in the bathroom. I found it so cozy that it was hard to leave! Plenty of coffee stocked as well as all the essentials needed to make a good meal at home. I would definitely stay at Travis's place again.

Very responsive host. Clear instructions for entry and for check out. Cozy spot. I was there for 8 days, so it was perfect for one person for that long period of time. I could see staying there as a couple for a few nights.

The apartment is in an excellent location. We enjoyed it for seven days. It’s a very clean and quiet place. The view of Denver City is extraordinary. I’ll go back there again next year.

The best basement apartment we have stayed in. Very spacious and thoughtful planned out. Easy walk to the grocery and wonderful coffee. Highly recommend
