Well, I couldn’t have asked for a better host. Jacob, thank you so much for having us at this stunning place from 20th Feb until 1st March. You were so accommodating we felt at home, Dubai is 4 hours ahead London but there was not a day I was unable to communicate with Jacob. Most of the time very late 1, 2, 3,4,5 in the morning but after some minutes we would reply straight away, I felt bad sometimes as I thought I was Kelly you awake. He didn’t disappointed me when we got there again very easy to contact as you would get the response straight away. Thank you so much Jacob to go the the extra mile providing a car seat for my baby when I arrived at the flat was already there wow, something that was not included I mentioned this with you and you provided for us. I was supposed to go with my sons but at last minute my partner decided to go as well I contact Jacob straight way explained the situation and again he was so accommodated. The flat was big enough for all of us well located love

Nagyon gyönyörű, és tiszta lakás, a kilátás elképesztő, a legszebb épület a marinán, nagyon kedves házigazdákkal, mindenben azonnal segítenek, itt igazán különlegesnek érezhettük magunkat, csak ajánlani tudom, biztos vagyok benne hogy legközelebb is csak ide jövünk!

Responsive host, clean apartment. Close to local metro. Close to nice local restaurants. Overall had a great experience. Will definitely use again and recommend to others!

What a lovely little place! The hosts were so lovely and responsive. Checking in was super easy and they even set the table for our arrival. The location is very central to Town Square - lovely restaurants and coffee shops within a few metres. The space had everything we needed and instructions were very clear. A bonus is that the apartment is right near the elevators which helps when lugging shopping or suitcases.

The apartment is just like the photos with a great view of the harbour from the balcony. Apartment also comes with a great pool and a decent kitted out gym. Check in was smooth and we very much enjoyed our stay. Location is perfect for all the usual sites. Elie gave lots of recommendations and was very quick with responses. We will use again when we come back to Dubai.

Came to Dubai to visit some friends and stayed here, looked better in real life than the photos, had a great view of the desert, host was always responsive and helpful, overall was a great experience and I would come back here again!

Rohit is such a nice and warm welcoming person. He made sure I know the key people in the apartment and walked me through the whole house to the details and made me feel like I was at home. since I travel for race events, I find this place very close and easier to commute to the race track. Now we have become friends than just Host and Guest. I would highly recommend Rohit's place for anyone who travels on a budget. Remember, you'd have a friend for a life. Thanks a lot Rohit!!

Excellent emplacement ! Proche de toutes commodités et du quartier de la marina et de JBR ! Parfait pour se balader et profiter en famille comme entre adultes L’appartement est propre et identique aux photos, l’espace est agréable et les lits sont très confortables ! L’hôte a été réactif et de bon conseils et nous a bien dirigé tout le long du séjour ! Nous avons pleinement profité et reviendrons dans cet appartement pour notre prochain séjour à Dubai !

Wir sind früh morgens gelandet und unser Ansprechpartner Herr Waqas gab sich Mühe uns zeitig in die Wohnung zu lassen. Er hat mir alles persönlich nochmal erklärt und war sehr gut erreichbar. Schon der Ablauf bei der Buchung war sehr professionell und auf Fragen wurde innerhalb von Minuten geantwortet. Die Lage war top. Die Tram ist in der Nähe und auch den Strand haben wir innerhalb von 10 min fußläufig erreicht ( wir hatten ein Kleinkind dabei). Man ist da innerhalb von Minuten im hotspot. Der Yachthafen war innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreicht. Alles was man braucht, ist dort fußläufig in der Nähe . Auch die Wohnung war top und ich fand sie eigentlich besser als auf den Bildern. Der Pool draußen ist beheizt und somit auch im Schatten total genießbar. Alles im allen waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :)

Appartement magnifique avec vue à couper le souffle , on s’en lassait pas. Proche de Marina et aussi proche de JBR , on peut ce rendre à pied sans problème. Restaurant en tout genre assez proche, à retourner. Merci Steve

Für uns war diese Wohnung perfekt und für einen Aufenthalt von 6 Nächten mehr als Ideal. Man muss sich schon ganz bewusst für die 57 Etage eines Hochhauses in der Innenstadt nähe des Burj Khalifa entscheiden...da zwitschern morgens keine Vögel und nachts wiegen einen nicht die Palmen in den Schlaf ;).

Unterkunft war entsprechend der Beschreibung. Sauber, gepflegt alles Vorhanden was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Immer wieder gerne.

We were in our weekend. Please is so calm, peaceful. Just we wanted to Apartment is cosy (especially beds, I ve slept as never before:) Apartment has all stuff for food preparing. We got all necessary with ourselves. But if you forgot something you always can order through Talabat or to buy all necessary close to the Residence in local store (13-15 min walk away) I like this place.
