What a wonderful place to stay on a vacation. Accessible and clean. Burj view really got me. The boulevard view from the balcony was quite relaxing.. Patricia was very responsive, friendly and very accomodating. We’ll surely come back soon.

Mark’s place was fantastic! We had a very impromptu overnight trip to Dubai following some flight changes so we booked this spot with just hours notice and Mark immediately responded and got everything set up for us. Check in was smooth and we felt right at home. The location is incredible with direct views of the burj khalifah from both balconies. There is tons to do in walking distance. The building and unit are modern, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed and sheets were so comfortable. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

This stay was amazing! We came for NYE and it was a wonderful option. Once you step out of the entrance way of the building, you can see an amazing view of the Burj Khalifa, with easy access to all restaurants & shops in this area. Walkable & safe. The host was kind, responsive, & proactive, keeping me posted on check-in instructions and answering all of my questions. The apartment itself was clean, tidy, and cozy! A great set of furniture with a beautiful balcony as well. Kitchen and bathrooms were great. We had to wait a bit to get hot water turned on for the shower, but got it to work towards the end of our stay. Overall, we absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend to others!

Accurately described and accessible to dubai mall. The view by the balcony is great and even from the pool while swimming. The rooms have huge closets which are handy for us or staying for quite a while. Very secured and nice neighborhood.

Villa was very clean and nice, it was exactly what we were looking for.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! We traveled with two friends, our two children, and our baby, and everything was perfect. The home was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped to accommodate our group. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us with any issues that arose during our stay. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. I would highly recommend this place to families traveling with children or just even a group of adults – it was an ideal spot for both relaxation and fun. We’ll definitely be returning in the future. What a wonderful experience. Namzy went absolutely above and beyond to help me with check in, finding local spots, checking how it was all going and just generally amazingly helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better host! The place is perfect for its location, views and amenities. The space was really homely and so much care and attention was given to every guest. Ali and his helper were really responsive and communicative throughout. As we stayed there during the national holidays, parking was a bit difficult to find but Hasan helped arrange a buggy to pick us up and we were dropped right outside the villa. The location of the villa is amazing, right next to 2 restaurants and a 10 min walk to the beach. Loved the little garden setup outside and the pool. Will definitely be visiting again.

This is really a true hidden gem. First time in Dubai and we couldn’t be happier! Didn’t try the gym but the pool is fantastic as well! He was super responsive, even when I forgot to let them know that we’d arrive an hour earlier than planned, they sorted out things super quickly. The apartment felt super luxurious and we were blown away when first entering it. Views towards the Burj Khalifa are incredible! Thank you so much for this experience, we’ll come back!

The place was clean, well organised all amenities were there, The co host and host wahed were very helpful host with quick response time. Easy access to the apartment as well. Highly recommended.

A very nice place to stay in Palm Jumeirah. Great location with a very nice pool on top of the building and a few minutes to the beach. 5 minutes to the Nakheel Mall which has a lot of good restaurants. About 10 minutes to the monorail. Apartment was nice with a comfortable bed. Bathroom and shower were ok although the space was tight. Good WiFi. Easy checkin. Had a minor problem in bathroom upon checking in but great communication with Jamie who addressed the problem. I liked going to the San Beach for breakfast and dinner, a 5 minute walk away. I recommend staying at the apartment.

Świetne miejsce na pobyt! Mieszkanie było czyste, dobrze wyposażone i bardzo przytulne. Okolica spokojna, a jednocześnie blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji. Kontakt z gospodarzem był bezproblemowy – szybkie odpowiedzi i pełna pomoc w razie potrzeby. Zdecydowanie polecam! :)

Отличные апартаменты . Очень чистые , вся мебель новая . На кухне есть вся я посуда . Все очень понравилось , в следующий свой приезд будем снимать только эти апартаменты .

This apartment was perfect for us. We stayed here for a week after staying at a much larger airbnb with a bigger group of people and this apartment felt so much better in terms of quality and what was included. The details from Artem were super helpful and he made an effort to make sure he replied to messages as soon as he could which we really appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked with things that other airbnb's do not include, such as salt, sugar, oil, washing powder etc. The apartment is walking distance from some small parks and you can easily get to the Dubai Mall in under 15 mins on foot. We'd happily stay here again in the future.

This was the best experience of airbnbing a place, i would always rent back this place when i come to dubai, Caroline and her team is amazing Everything was put together perfectly so thoughtful!!!
