We loved our stay here as a family. There's a supermarket next door, lots of playgrounds for the little ones, a lovely walk into the creek for restaurants. The host was superhelpfu and quick in his response. We'd definitely stay here again when we come back to Dubai.

Excellent experience. Close to everything in reem al maryah and more. The host worked with me on multiple changes to my schedule. This place was great, Would recommend.

I had the pleasure of staying in this AirBnB for one month. The apartment was spacious, convenient and cozy with everything that is necessary for a longer stay. Robert and Edu were the best hosts since they were always proactive on communicating and very kind to answer and help me. When I checked in I received a small welcome package which I really appreciated and it shows Robert’s and Edu’s kindness and attention to detail. There is a supermarket nearby (300 meters) and the neighbourhood is overall great. I had to leave for JLT every day and the drive was around 20 minutes from the apartment. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is planning a longer stay in Dubai and wants to feel at home. Robert and Edu get my best recommendations as hosts!

Laith is an exceptional host. He took really good care of our needs as we were travelling as a small family with two small kids. He even showed us around in the greens and springs to help us feel like a local.

It was a great stay and very efficient space for business trip. Located at a center of the city. Host is wonderful in keeping up the place as advertised and felt home with all facilities that any renter would need. I would book this place again!!!

My stay at apartment was extremely comfortable. The apartment is spacious and excatly as it is shown on the pictures. The host was very resposive and everything was clearly mentioned which made it very convenient for me to check in. The area is within a walkabe distance from good resturants and the ocean. The host was very prompt to respond and helped us store our luggage in the apartment until we left in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wants to stay in JBR. loved staying here! great view, great place, great location, amazing host. can walk to the bjerge Khalifa and Dubai mall very easily. grocery store on ground level under the apartment. many great restaurants within walking distance. 5/5 stars 🌟

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. We arrived slightly early and Zamil let us in before the arranged check in which was really good after a long flight. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had tea and coffee and a large water dispenser which was really handy. The apartment was very easy to find and in a great location, especially for tourists or those new to the city. It is a 5 minute walk to the metro station which was fantastic. It is a 20 minute walk to the marina which has great restaurants and nice views. It is a 30 minute walk until you are on the beach! It’s not a hard walk either and is very accessible. The view from the balcony was really nice overlooking the lakes. There are lots of shops around the place too for groceries, coffee, food etc. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend Zamil as a host as he was very responsive and his apartment was great value for a genuinely lovely place to stay.

Leileen was amazing host, so lovely and welcoming! She made me feel like being at home. Place is cozy and clean ☺️ The kitchen is very well equipped with all the amenities.

Juan was a great host and was very responsive . All our needs were met. The studio, location and building was great with amazing views and was easy to access with plenty of restaurants ,cafes and the Dubai Mall/ Burj Khalifa a short walk away. If staying in Dubai I would definitely recommend

It is an amazing villa. Everything is perfect. Location is great as it is very near from the evenings. Definitely, it will be my first option when I come to Dubai again.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! We traveled with two friends, our two children, and our baby, and everything was perfect. The home was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped to accommodate our group. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us with any issues that arose during our stay. As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. What a wonderful experience. Namzy went absolutely above and beyond to help me with check in, finding local spots, checking how it was all going and just generally amazingly helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better host! The place is perfect for its location, views and amenities. The space was really homely and so much care and attention was given to every guest. The apartment stay was awesome! The apartment was clean and surrounding area was nice although lot of construction going around. One suggestion, I would share pictures of building location/surrounding because there are lot of "Sobha" projects/building going on and it is very easy to miss the building name and the entry to the building. Other than this my stay was awesome and the host was responsive. I would stay with this host again if I ever go back to Dubai. Completely recommend this.

This apartment was absolutely gorgeous! It was spacious, clean and had a wonderful HUGE terrace. Arbaaz was a great host. He attended to all our needs and was very responsive. It was overall a very pleasant weekend.
