Second stay with Jill this time in a different Chalet, just as good as the first time we stayed. Jill gives clear instructions, is very friendly and responds very quickly to questions or queries. Would highly recommend.

Just wow. Over the past couple of years, I have stayed a lot of Airbnbs in the Mid Wales/Ceredigion area, but this has been by far the best. The house is in a perfect location. Easily walkable from the centre of town, yet it feels like you're away from it all in such a peaceful location. The house itself is right by the beach, and there are many walks on the doorstep. walk towards the beach and make a left before the bridge, there are trails which will take you along the river and up to Pen Dinas. The house itself had everything we needed and was immaculately clean. The living area was perfect for a lazy afternoon watching Netflix or Disney, with plenty of books on the shelves. The views from the terrace itself were spectacular, we watched many a sunset and played ball with our collie. Ruth was lovely, she came and met us, gave us lots of recommendations and accommodated us to stay for an extra night. Thank you so much for everything, we can't wait to come back! Diolch!

We spent christmas at the beach house and had a wondeful stay, the beach house really is a home from home with every detail thought of, homely, comfortabe, great beach front location and a beautiful place to be... penny was great with cimmuncation and also decorated the beach house with christmas decs for us... we all wished ww could have stayed longer and qiuld definitely return would be lovely to stay in the summetime to take advantahe of the lighter nights and decking out back... thank you penny for a lovely break away ❤️

This is our second visit to this lovely quiet bungalow but it is within easy reach of the town bars and restaurants. A lovely walk down the sea front. The view from the lounge window is picture perfect. We were thrilled with the goodies that had been left for us. We enjoyed our stay as much as the first time and would have no hesitation to booked this ideal spot for our next relaxing weekend.

Beautiful little bungalow with all the amenities you could need. Bed was so comfy too! Good spot for exploring Exmouth and the surrounding areas. Would highly recommend!

We stayed for two nights. The accommodation is just lovely! Spacious, amazing beach hut! Beautiful views from the beach hut. The house is comfortable, spacious, clean & accessible to local shops and restaurants! We enjoyed an hours walk to St Mary’s Bay! We are very keen to come back!

Lovely Bungalow as a base for exploring. Went to Monkey World whilst here. Aldi literally across the road. Spacious and lots of kitchen utensils. Great tvs with great selection of channels. Had a dip in the hot tub whilst there. We were very lucky with the weather for early April. Had trouble with back door and one of the co hosts came within 10 mins to sort it! Lovely short break. Would stay again if i was in area.

The property and its location are perfect yet the cleanliness just needs to be taken up a level. Please don’t let this put you off there were just cobwebs and dust around the place and a dirty plate left in the dishwasher.

We loved our stay at Pennys Place. Very well catered for children (lots of toys and books, cutlery, plates and cups) it really was a home from home. Very well equipped kitchen we loved the kitchen/dining area. Safe and enclosed property, and our 5 year old had lots of fun in the back garden. Very quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. Small shops super close by and bigger supermarket not far away at all. Numerous leaflets left out to help us plan for the day. We were able to visit Llandudno, Conwy, Rhyl very easily. Our first time as a family visiting Wales and it was fabulous. Thank you so much for an excellent bank holiday break :)

This is a top notch holiday property. The interior is finished to an exceptional standard and it was extremely clean. There is access to a modern and clean hot tub, grassy area (equipped with a football goal and golf mat) and lots of outside furniture to enjoy the views and sunshine. The living room has a large TV with sky and you can cast from your device to the TV to enjoy your choice of programming. There are also lots of boardgames to make use of. The kitchen facilities are brilliant too and include a coffee machine. Stand out was the little touches that made our stay extra special. These included an anniversary surprise for us upon arrival, biscuits, fresh eggs and orange juice. The location is great too - secluded enough to offer peace and tranquility but not so much so that shops and restaurants were too far. Don't hesitate to stay here!!

We had a lovely time, as per all the reviews Felicity and Mike are excellent hosts, so friendly and accommodating. The bungalow is so cosy and homely, spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need, with lots of thoughtful touches. Beautiful surroundings. I would certainly recommend.

We had a lovely little stay at Grant’s. It was very cosy, very clean and the extra touch of milk and snacks was super handy and thoughtful. The location is great too. There is a park very close by which my kids loved. The beach is a short walk too. There was a halal restaurant (Jaffran) 7 mins drive, they also do delivery if you can pay by cash. Tesco is also close by. We only stayed 2 nights and that wasn’t really enough to fully explore the area and really enjoy it. I’d recommend staying longer if you have kids. Overall, lovely little place, friendly host and great area.

Our second time visiting and won’t be the last. After enjoying our first stay here so much we just had to book again when we had an event to attend in Bradford. Host is always so friendly and happy to help with anything. Highly recommend this property.

What a stunning place to stay! We really loved it. It's just such a beautiful, spacious, wonderful place to stay. It was very clean, with a helpful array in the kitchen. Esther was so very helpful, and brilliant with communications. Were a pleasure to have stay, very friendly quiet and respectful, I would recommend them to anyone, and I hope to meet them again
