I I would definitely recommend your place to those that are looking for a decent place with all the necessary amenities for a great stay and a kind host thats you feel inviting at home everytime.

Great location, close to lots of activities for families with children. Uncluttered and with enough space for us to spread out a bit at the end of each day. The TVs in each room (with cable!) helped. :) The washer and dryer were life-saving after each beach day with three kids. Antonio was a wonderful host. We appreciated his list of local recommendations and kept referring back to his email to decide what to do and check things off the list. All in all, an absolutely wonderful vacation spot.

We had a fantastic time at Neysa's place. Great location, quiet neighborhood, very close to the beach and airport. The provided beach supplies were a great touch. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Eric is the friendliest, most hospitable host you could ask for! If you want any local travel tips or an insider's perspective, he's definitely your guy. Eric went above and beyond for us during our short stay, even showing us around town and providing us breakfast (and more importantly delicious Puerto Rican coffee) in the morning. Would recommend to anyone looking for meaningful host-guest interactions and overall a great experience.

Andie is a one of a kind host!!! This unit is extremely clean and modern and a bang for your buck!! She is located in a prime location and speaks great English/Spanish! She also provides breakfast and has a great list of local recommendations. I will be booking again and again and again!!

Dear Sammy! We are so happy we chose the house for our family to stay in. You were so helpful and accommodating. Very friendly and well communicative. You made us feel comfortable as if we are home! Our stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Rico was absolutely wonderful! The location was peaceful and very relaxing. The place was spotless and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. Our host was incredibly responsive and proactive, providing us with so many great recommendations for food, activities, and even spots in the more touristy areas. While the Airbnb was pretty far from everything, the drive to the city, supermarket, and things to do wasn’t too far, making it a great balance of seclusion and convenience. One of the highlights was the homemade bread that she and her husband baked from their company—it was amazing! We loved it so much that we brought some back to the U.S. and enjoyed it for a whole week. It was so fresh and delicious! This Airbnb did not disappoint, and my family and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Puerto Rico!

Michael your establishment was amazing and relaxing. I enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the cruise ships pass by. I also enjoyed the night sky at the pool and looking at the big dipper. We enjoyed walking the trail which was so convenient from your home. We appreciate you meeting us at the dock and showing us the way to your home. Your hospitality was amazing. After being stranded and having no place to go on our first day at Puerto Rico, Luis came to our rescue with his beautiful airbnb. We were right in the center of everything, food, Walgreens, the beach, and gas stations. I feel like we got the best view of all, with a very comfortable and welcoming balcony.

It’s a very nice place and well maintained. The neighbors have a loud dog that woke me up a couple of nights, and the owner didn’t respond after a couple of requests as to how to handle that. But it’s clean and nice otherwise

Elizabeth’s place was very nice and comfortable. It is a resort so please read the to “knows” in the details such as other fees. Other than that, it was stunning. The activities in the resort were phenomenal. I love the bingo activities. Elizabeth was very responsive and answered all my questions. Highly recommended.

Susan was such a wonderful host. Her place is exactly as described, she put a lot of detail into what was in the Airbnb both aesthetically and functionally. Small touches such as, chargers, waters, extra blankets, sunscreen, hair dryer, etc. She is extremely helpful with local recommendations. Her place is within walking distance to a beach to swim and tan. She is such a sweet and nice woman and I had a pleasure to meet her. Thank you Susan!

I absolutely loved staying with Lecia! She was so kind and welcoming. We had some great conversations over breakfast and by the pool. I greatly appreciated the tips and insights she gave me to make my stay great. I read others who said that Lecia was an angel, and I wholeheartedly agree! I hope to go back someday soon. Also, the views from the balcony were stunning! Such a relaxing and serene place to stay.

I don’t even know where to begin—this stay was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. The hospitality was next-level; every detail was thought through with care and intention. The hosts were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the service and the amazing food and beverages. Breakfast each morning was better than the restaurants—fresh, flavorful, and made with love. This was more than just a place to stay—it was a full-on experience. I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but this one truly raised the bar. I would give it 10 stars if I could. We will absolutely be back!

Staying at Joaquin’s place is nothing short of magical. He has created a retreat from the world while still being able to see it below from the house and the gardens. I learned so much about Puerto Rica and botany. Joaquin is such a special person with a huge heart and unbelievable knowledge. You’ll want to talk to him for hours! Meeting the other guests was a fun experience as well. I appreciated that my room had a private bathroom and refrigerator. The breakfast Joaquin made was so beautiful and filling. Can’t recommend staying here enough- it’s uniquely captivating. I’m looking forward to coming back to see my new friend and his ever-evolving sanctuary!

It was a very good location and close to the restaurants and bio bay tours. The room is very clean and cozy. The host is super friendly and also recommend the activities that we can do on the island. The breakfast will be sent to the room at 8am and it is contained in a beautiful basket. I really enjoyed the stay.

Perfectly situated on a residential street in downtown San Juan. Beautiful room in a beautiful, well maintained property. Hosts are so friendly and breakfast was great every morning with local cuisine. Updated amenities with old world charm. Loved staying here. Would definitely stay here again. Very walkable to the rest of old San Juan.

Our stay at Casa Cubuy was incredible. The surrounding area is stunning. Every room has a view of the rainforest and the lodge is quite peaceful. Matthew and Marianne were great hosts. The check in was flexible, they were communicative and welcoming, and they were responsive throughout our stay. The lodge has a rustic feel. There was no AC, but the ceiling fan and the screened windows kept us cool enough. We had a little lizard friend in our room, but he left us alone - I'm sure he was helping keep the room free of bugs! Personally I found the sounds of the rainforest at night very soothing. Birds, frogs, and the wind created some noise, but I enjoyed it (I'm coming from a city where the norm is sirens). I would absolutely come back to casa cubuy. The hosts were great, the lodge was comfortable, and the setting is unparalleled.

So peaceful and extremely convenient location to walk around. The garden is gorgeous and the decor was breathtaking!

If you’re looking for a place in the heart of Condado that is just far enough away to provide privacy and quiet, this is your place. Super cool 100 year old building with all the original tile on the downstairs floor.
