All the reviews are true - this property is fantastic, and I'd love to stay here again! Hector and Kim were very accessible, and communicated very quickly whenever I needed anything. This house was beautiful, and I truly underestimated how much I would LOVE falling asleep to the rainforest sounds every night. This place is a GEM!

Super cute studio with a great design! Two people move easily and the beds are comfortable! Great location close to everything!

We needed a get away from busy life and found Water Island and Ray and Cheri’s place to be perfect. Can walk to Honeymoon beach , golf Cart around the island ( rent at the docks ) food at the two places that serve is excellent people are very nice and easy to get to know. I didn’t hear one police siren or ambulance all week and that’s beautiful. There is not much congestion in people , it’s just very peaceful and we will be going back for sure .

The space was exactly as described and exactly what we needed! Great location - fantastic neighborhood with close restaurants and a short block walk to the beach. It was perfect!

Amber is a great, proactive hostess who really cares about your comfort and your stay on the island. Rent a golf cart - no need for a car. Sort it before you get there so you can get off the ferry and immediately start your vacation. Taxis are available but golf cart is the way to go! Everything can and should be accessed by golf carts & short hikes. It's a bit of a walk (w/luggage) to Azul if you're planning on walking to & from ferry. Very easy cart drive to Flamenco, Zoni, Brava (1 mile hike), etc. Immediate area/very short walk from Azul: Healthy foods/healthy groceries/fresh fruit smoothies, morning coffee at D's Garden (just around the corner @ plant nursery directly behind Amber's place). Krusty-Krab food truck at liquor store parking lot next to D's nursery serves Fantastic ceviche & fish tacos (huge portions), also has burgers & chicken sandwiches for variety. Blac Flamingo Coffee- owner well versed in great coffee (great coffee/cappuccinos) Avacado toast, banana

We stayed in several locations in Puerto Rico and this was the best accommodation of all. Love the decor and all the pictures. The bed is comfortable and the shower effective - all in all great value for money. A nice touch is 2 pillows each - 1 slim and 1 plump to suit different sleeping preferences

Great location bnb was very cute and cozy

Welcoming and pleasing aesthetic. Host was responsive but it took awhile. Host was accommodating with luggage drop off when I had an early flight. The only thing that I wish was clear was that it's a guest house to the house shown, so entrance is on the side. Also hot water was more like warm but it wasn't too much of a problem. Other than that it was a safe, quiet neighborhood! Would stay again and definitely recommend. Very clean and modern.

Just got settled at home, and wanted to leave this review! Nice studio. Clean, spacious for a couple. Eric was quick to respond, and very attentive. Gave us a lists for recommendations as soon as we checked in! Check in was a breeze, the area is convenient and felt right at home. Me and my fiancé enjoyed our time away - which we could have stayed longer! Will definitely book here again when we return to PR. Thank you again Eric!

The parrots perch was an incredible stay. We knew it would be beautiful based on the listing, but photos alone just don’t do it justice. We loved having our coffee on the patio in the mornings, and watching all the hummingbirds fly around in the front yard. The space itself was very comfortable, clean and safe. A short (and easy) drive to incredible beaches and great restaurants (Windmill for sunset and Shambles for dinner) not even 5 minutes away. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and will be returning asap!

I loved staying at this air bnb it felt like I was right at home ! Loris was super responsive super helpful and she keeps the space squeaky clean ! I will be back to stay with her because of how safe I felt as well in her home being a solo traveler. She gave me my space but also checked in with me which I loved and waited for me to get in late the night I arrived so she could show me around the place and help me check in. If I could give 100 stars I would.

2nd time staying at this air bnb and Oscar always provides the best experience. The pool and view is top tier!

As always, our favorite place to stay on the island, so beautiful and peaceful with a gorgeous view and not too difficult to get to our favorite surrounding beaches! This place is well worth the price and you will not find anything better in St. Thomas.

Kurt, The property was completely what the photos showed! The property was clean and easy to access! The view was amazing and location of the property was great! I recommend this property and if you need a driver please use Myron! Myron made our visit even more special! Myron provided a wealth of knowledge and drove us to Mountain View for a famous banana daiquiri, Brooks Bar for ox tails, Coki Beach, Magens Bay and Prime for a wonderful steak dinner! The location of the property was close to Red Hook ferry and we visited St. John’s amazing Trunk Beach! Kurt you are an awesome host! We will visit again soon hopefully next year during carnival! Fabulous, fun visit!

Loved our stay. The location was central to many of the things we wanted to see and do. The place was clean. I traveled alone with my 3 kids and felt safe staying here. The host communicated clearly regarding the location and it is a short 10 minute drive from the airport which was very convenient. They even accommodated a late check out which made my kids very happy because we were able to fit in a visit to San Juan on our last day. The best part was meeting Jorge’s mom, Aida. She was so loving and welcoming. Really made us feel like we were visiting family. She greeted us on our first morning and made sure to say goodbye on our last day. My kids asked if we could stay there every time we visit Puerto Rico because Aida felt like their Abuela. She sent us off with a blessing and prayer and waived goodbye as we drove off. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for such a warm welcome!!

From check in to check out Kristina was an amazing help! She set everything up perfectly and even decorated for my birthday. The space itself was clean and had everything we needed! It was so nice being steps away from the house after a long beach day. Will definitely be back!

Ana’s suite was beautiful and in a very convenient, private location. Ana and her family were super responsive and left us goodies in the fridge that were delicious. I also really appreciated the restaurant recommendations they have listed as someone who had not previously visited San Juan.

we stayed here for four months. and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We made it feel like home and we were very comfortable and pleased with our home away from home.A special shout out to Carmen, who was so gracious and attentive. We look forward to returning again for another extended stay.

I had a wonderful stay! The neighborhood is great, and the place has everything you could need. It’s cozy, charming, and offers plenty of privacy. Plus, it’s conveniently close to everything, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The perfect place!

Beautiful property and kind hosts. Our first day, there was an issue with the local water pipe that resulted in low water pressure at the house. Jeannette and Armando were communicative and considerate throughout the process. The property is beautiful and well taken care of. We appreciated everything we got.

I'm going to start by saying that Karin is a great host, always very responsive and attentive to all the details of Airbnb's hospitality. The property smelled and was clean from the moment we walked in. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. And something very important is that it has solar panels. Parking in front of the house entrance is ALWAYS available, and it's close to pharmacies, bakeries, and a gas station. I recommend it 100% and already have it on my list of favorite properties for when I visit PR. THANK YOU KARIN!!!

Andrea's place was amazing !!!! I will defiantly be coming back to PR and will book with Andrea. It was my first trip with my kids and it was the perfect home. Super clean, the kids love the pool. Andrea was a great hostess! Always responsive and attentive to our questions. The setting was beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed preparing meals in the outdoor kitchen and BBQ. Outdoors was absolutely beautiful and clean as well, no mosquitos at all. Andrea thought of everything we will need while traveling to PR, she had beach items and towels that was very helpful during our stay. Laundry access was a great plus since we stayed for a week it was amazing to be able to do laundry. Andrea's place gives safety, cleanliness and comfort. I Would highly recommend this Airbnb to others. YOU WON'T REGRET IT !!!!!!!!!!
