Clean, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The place had just the essentials, but is priced fairly and well kept. Thank you for allowing me this visit Iris.

What a beautiful, magical place! The views from our second floor terrace were spectacular and the sounds of the birds and the frogs were beautiful (note, there are also sounds from the rooster who wakes up before dawn and a ram, so bring earplugs of you are a light sleeper). This is essentially “glamping” but very clean, comfortable rooms with no “critters”. The driveway can be a bit “technique sensitive”, but we were able to navigate it in a little rental car. The young host family are locals of Patillas and were very responsive and flexible. The dogs on property were all mellow / friendly and the cats are aloof but seem to be doing a great job - no rodents were sighted! lol

House was spacious, clean and great location. My family enjoyed it. Responsive and quick to address any questions or concerns. Fantastic place for a large group as it’s very accommodating. Great host. My family and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Excelente para un wiken en familia o grupo grande. Tiene todo lo que necesitas. Si tienes bote, se pasa espectacular. Queda justo alado de una rampa para botes y hay ruido desde temprano pero, a las 8pm +/- ya se va la gente.

Iris mini apartment was a great stay for my partner and I! We went on a 4 day trip to Puerto Rico and were going to be out exploring most of the days so this was perfect for us to come back and sleep. Everything was clean upon our arrival and we saw no bugs at all. I loved the sound of the coqui’s singing and appreciated the beach towels to use. The location was away from the city noise and in a quiet neighborhood but because of this, Ubers can be expensive to go into the more touristy areas so renting a car would be best and there’s a spot you can park it at this stay. Overall , I recommend Iris apartment for future stays and I enjoyed my stay here. Thank you!

Great place perfect location near the ocean and less than 50 feet from the resort pool. Well appointed even with a bit smaller space my family of 6 found space to crash at the end of adventures as well as play games and enjoy food brought home from the great restaurants at the main road entrance. I would gladly stay there again close to rain forest the beaches San Juan and a joyride away from many things PR has to offer. Hosts were great and super responsive. Overall great stay!!

we only stood a couple of hours just to rest due to our flight being delayed but the place was amazing right on the beach beautiful views and great location wish we could have stayed longer definitely booking again with this host and property thank you once again

Me encanto este lugar, tiene una vista hermosa, esta muy bien equipado. Cuenta con una deliciosa cafeteria en el primer piso. Volveria a este lindo espacio en serio no se arrepentiran.

Angel is a wonderful host and a very interesting person. Very very easy to feel comfortable in his home and his dog is the sweetest! I will go back!

I loved Lourdes place and will definitely come back. The beach is around the corner and there are lots of restaurants nearby. Lourdes was an amazing host!

The place was exactly as described. And Rafael was extremely responsive and informative of the apartment as well as the area.

Stay was great from the check in to the check out. Building has 24/7 security and felt very safe. Definitely will recommend this air bnb!

This has been an amazing experience!! the place is very comfortable and clean. The location is just perfect, the beach is downstairs, grocery walking distance, bars and restaurants walking distance and everyone is super friendly. The host, Laura and her son Luis are unbelievably kind and welcoming. They get way out of their way to help with anything you need. Communication is first class. I will be back to this place FOR SURE!!

Highly recommend, this place was a GEM! Very peaceful, spacious and comfortable. The lady who helps him run the property was very friendly, hardworking and accommodating. I am going to miss her 3 dogs, especially the black one. It has a pool and is very close to pelican's cove!

It was a very great place. Very great host there there to help you 24 hours a day very kind very good secure location with Evard dogs. I would recommend anyone to stay here as I’m gonna be here next month and I will stay there again.

Be aware that there is only one set of keys which can be difficult to coordinate with four people as you need a key for everything- inside, balcony, pool, beach etc- other than that, everything was great.
