Peaceful place and a great location. Everything was very clean and the location was very quiet.

These condos are so cute and clean! You don’t even need a car to stay here you are walking distance from the beach literally across the street. There’s a Walmart and a Publix a mile away and lots of shops and eating near by. The condos are clean comfortable and offer a lot of cool things. Like the extra room with all your beach needs and extra food and condiments! We’ve stayed here twice this summer and plan to continue to return back

Great place ideally located next to town and the view is amazing. highly recommend in particular for short term stay.

Two adults and two kids staying spring break week--this was a perfect spot as close as you can get to the beach without being beach front. Beautiful landscaping with private deck was perfect for morning coffee. Parking was easy. Excellent beach amenities included high quality beach chairs, towels, and even two body boards. This is a quieter part of town and the beach was not crowded which was great for my family's preferences. Overall a fantastic find for a relaxing few days at Cocoa Beach!

we couldn't have been any happier at the Emerald Mermaid! lovely space with all the necessities: kitchenette, bed, nice size bathroom and a sitting area with comfy chairs! The beach is just a few blocks away! also loved the artwork and "ocean" touches!

Aimee’s place was just as described and very lovely. She was very responsive and sent one item which we requested within 24 hours. The furnishings were more substantial than most AirBnBs in quality and felt more like a real home. The pool was nice and relaxing.

We enjoyed everything about the little house! It was a great location,quiet, and spacious! Very homey, we loved it! Michelle was so nice and helpful! We will definitely be staying again! 🫶❤️

Very charming home and Meghan was a great host. She had recommendations printed, baby gear, and even some beverages for us to enjoy! She was responsive and made check out incredibly easy as we had a very early flight home. The neighborhood was great and had a lot to offer! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone, especially families!

Little House on the Beach was everything we had hoped for. The home was just the right size for my husband and me with our two small dogs. The furniture, two rockers on porch and the beds were VERY comfortable. The kitchen was the best stocked of any vacation home we've ever rented, both in kitchenware and pots along with all the basics.....dish soap, spices, hand towels, etc. But the highlight of this home is the back deck and view. Soooo very relaxing as you watch the waves and the birds with all the natural ocean sounds . And incredible sunsets and sunrises. I love that you walk down the back steps and are on the beach and that the beach itself is very peaceful with people playing with their dogs or collecting shells. No loud music or crowds. Would highly recommend this home and hope to come back next year.

This is a duplex on a main street but there wasn't as much traffic as I thought so it was easy in and out and didnt hear road noise. Quiet inside the house despite neighbors having a fun night celebrating the new year. The only time you could hear the neighbors was out in the backyard. The backyard is cozy there's a covered section with tables chairs and ceiling fans, and a hammock out between the trees. It is fenced with a tall fence so it's great for dogs, it's a small area so not for exersizing the dogs, but thats what the beach is for! Speaking of the beach, it's right around the corner with easy access. The house is clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and has plenty of extra amenities. Highly recommend.

Excellent location, safe and just across the street from a nice beach. Walkable to restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed our stay with 4 teens. Would recommend.

This home provided my husband and me a terrific beach vacation for the entire month. The two decks offer diverse, beautiful views, the neighborhood is lovely, and the beach access is great. Also, the private tiered back yard is a pup paradise. Nolan provides wonderful, warm communication.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The 2nd floor was an unexpected bonus with a nice view of the Gulf. The unit is ideal for 2 people with maybe one or two children. Easy walking from the unit to the beach and long the paved foot paths. I suspect things could get a little noisy during busier times in the summer with street traffic and voices outside, but that is likely true with any location along the beach. The thermostat was fun to figure out. I definitely recommend this location to anyone look for a small space close to the beach!

Our group of 5 had a wonderful time at the condo. The location was excellent and the view was spectacular! The amenities of the building were helpful, since the weather was cool. The unit was simply equipped, but we appreciated that all of the basic supplies were provided. Additionally, when we cooked, the basics were available! The provision of beach towels was helpful, and there were lots of other beach items available. Note: The assigned parking space in the attached deck does not accommodate a full size SUV/truck! (There’s a public parking deck available on 9th Street.) We would have appreciated more comfortable seats in the main gathering area, as we prefer to play games and watch TV together; however, there were folding chairs provided! Our family would definitely like to stay again!

Great location to the cruise terminal. Place is a bit dated and the beds weren’t comfortable. Host maintained great communication and was very responsive and provided clear instructions.

I loved the private access to the beach and i was very pleased that there were chairs and other activities that were provided in the condo for us to take to the beach. Two adults and two teenagers slept comfortably, and the washer and dryer came in handy. I would stay again for sure!

We loved every moment of our vacation at marinas place and will definitely be booking with her again in the future ♥️

Such a great place! Very clean and exactly like the pictures! A great place to spend a beach vacation! The beach is so close! There were lots of things to do nearby, and the boardwalk is also a close drive! Loved staying here!

Great condo! It was perfect for us for the week. We enjoyed bringing in the New Year on the balcony which has amazing views of the gulf. Right on the beach. Very easy access. Can’t wait to come back!
