The bed was comfortable. The marina was peaceful with beautiful surroundings. Sherry was great and full of info getting us checked in. We walked everywhere. Be sure and check out the USS Constitution at night. Also note the way the marina works with high/low tide, it’s impressive. We were happy we opted for the Little Pearl, it was perfect for our 2 night stay in Boston. We appreciated onsite parking. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first boathouse experience and we loved it! Facilities for showers were clean and all we needed. If you’re looking for a cute old boathouse getaway for the weekend, this is your spot! Great location! We were very pleased and would like to come back to stay in the cottages!

Second time booking with this company, sue was great communication with me, she had so much patience with my busy schedule and dealing with death in the week ahead of my stay, thank you so much for just continuing to communicate with me when I was unreachable at moments. We greatly enjoyed our 3-night stay at Jenny's AMI property. The 2 bedrooms were perfect for my wife and I + our 2 teenage daughters. Jenny was a perfect host -- from start to finish she was always very communicative. The instructions were very easy to follow -- and she proactively reached out to make sure everything was going OK. The scenery from the living room window was beautiful -- we saw many dolphins just fro the couch. The location on the eastern side of the island was new for us. We had previously always stayed on the western side by the gulf beach -- but found this location charming -- and at the end of the day, very easy to access the beach. The best on the east side, while not as famous as the Gulf -- but pretty to sit on in its own right. I would highly recommend this property for the value and quality of the host. We have tried larger, more expensive places with pools, hot tubs, etc. -- but the value on this rental was great.

Just as the previous reviews state, Rob was tremendous in every single aspect. He is especially great with communication and is incredibly thoughtful and accommodating with bottled water and he provided a treat in the form of Charleston wafers, which my family loved. Rob even check-in with us to see how things were going along the way. I was initially concerned about how comfortable my family of five would be, but Rob reassured me that we would be fine and I’m happy to report he was right. To give you an idea I’m 6’3” 300lbs, my wife is 6 foot, my oldest is also 6’3”, the other two aren’t a big concern YET anyway with respect to height and weight. We all slept comfortably and had fun diving into nightly movies from his movie collection on-board to avoid the heat. We had an awesome experience on The First Lite and hope you will too. Thank you so much Rob for sharing your vessel with us to build on our family memories.

I had a brief but very enjoyable stay here. It's an excellent change of scenery without going far away. Ronald was a thoughtful host and good to chat with. He gave me the tour and suggestions about nearby spots to check out. This is definitely not a "quick in, quick out, instant book" kind of place, but chances are if you're looking at boat rentals that's not what you're after anyway, and I will say if you're looking for a peaceful, laid-back setting, it's here. Notes for others who might be considering this spot: 1. Nothing is exactly close by, which is kind of the point. Expect most destinations (grocery, bar, etc) to be 20+ minutes away. 2. If you're tall, watch your head! But you get used to it quickly. All in all, if you're looking for a boat experience, I recommend this one.

Dennis was more than hospitable. Periodic showers come through in Florida regularly and he was always attentive if we needed extra towels to dry the boat. He even brought out fishing rags for my husband to use. This was a trial to see if we would like to houseboat part-time in retirement. The verdict was a definitive YES!

Staying on a boat overnight is a unique experience, definitely something everyone should try. The gentle rocking can be so soothing, and waking up to the sound of water is amazing. It's a fun change from the usual airbnb stays and makes for great memories. Plus, you get the chance to enjoy stunning views you wouldn't find elsewhere. The host was very responsive to address any issue and gave us a friendly greeting through a phone call. Overall, boat stays are a great option for a quick getaway!

This was a perfect experience!!!! Exactly what I needed!!! It a very unique experience and a perfect way to getaway and unwind simply!! My husband and I took a quick Florida getaway to beat the NJ winter and this place was exactly what I needed. It was such a wonderful change of pace. It truly reminded me that life is simple. Art and his son Ethan were great to work with. We weren’t clear on the parking but once we figured it out it was “Smooth Sailing” from there. Staying in his boat was so peaceful, just what we needed. Definitely would recommend staying here.

My family really enjoyed our stay on the Peacemaker. The beds were really comfortable, and the location was perfect to meet up with my family. We didn’t see any dolphins but maybe next time we will.

Michelle was an absolutely wonderful host! From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and generous, going above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. She was always available to answer any questions and provided thoughtful touches that made our experience even more special. The highlight of our trip was spending time on her boat. It was such a unique and unforgettable experience! Michelle made sure we were comfortable and truly made us feel at home. If you’re looking for a great host and a memorable stay, look no further. We can’t recommend her enough and would love to return in the future.

Words cannot describe how awesome this experience was for our family of 3!! You will be disappointed if you do not take the yacht out to the cove for two nights. As a family, we do not give gifts, we take adventures, and this is BY FAR THE BEST one yet!!!! My son is 28 and special needs and had absolutely no problems on the yacht. The kayaks were awesome to take out in the cove. We planned it so we would be able to watch the Blue Angles practice over the water and that was worth it right there! Vance and Kristi were awesome hosts!! We had car trouble, which caused us to be delayed a while, and they were very flexible with the entire trip! The yacht is set up with everything you will need but your food if you go out. The yacht has a gas grill outside and everything in the galley you need to cook! We fished, swam, watched fish and other aquatics, and even had a sandbar to use in the cove! Amazing yacht with even more amazing owners!!! You have got to try this!!! You will not regret it!!

Evan and his sweet dog Hank were very welcoming and helpful hosts. He took the time to show us the ins and outs of the boat and made sure we were 100% comfortable and familiar before settling in for the evening. We saw lots of adorable seals napping on the dock, as well as a gorgeous sunset from the bow. Our stay was very nostalgic as my family used to have a boat with an interior cabin that I played in as a kid so Evans boat brought back fond memories that were discussed over a game of cards. We stayed in the captains quarters and the bed was comfy and soft, it was surreal to be able to wake up and see the sun reflecting off the emerald green water mere inches from us. The shower in the captains quarters was actually very pleasant and left my hair feeling softer and shinier than normal so I would highly recommend that for anyone who would like to have a good hair day. We stayed on a cold winter night but were very snug and warm, especially with the cute string lights and heaters.

The Entangled is an absolute treasure! When Roger first showed us around on board, I had the lovely sense of someone showing us his special secret hideout and inviting us to enjoy it! The mooring spot is great, front row seats to seeing boats come in and out while being private and cozy at the same time. My daughter and I spent a lovely weekend exploring Greenport and Shelter Island, and then relaxing on deck at night. If you are headed this way, this is the absolute funnest and most memorable way to experience it. Highly recommend!

Terrific stay for a 4 person friends weekend in the city . Would highly recommend to others as a unique alternative to hotel!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The hosting couple, Rosemary Helen and her husband David, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The space itself was spotless, cozy, and well-maintained, with clean linens, towels, and kitchen essentials prepared for arrival. It’s clear they put a lot of care into their home and their guests’ experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and inviting stay, especially for anyone such as myself who is into boats and being near the water. Will definitely book again!

We are a group of friends and family got a chance to rent this home away from home from Jonathan. We had the blast and enjoyed every moment there. Jonathan is very nice and very attentive. On the day we checked in, we arrived 1 hour early, and the cleaners were still there, Jonathan was so nice to sent my friends and his little kids to the local ice cream shop to chill out while waiting for the house to be done. He even ordered ice cream for the kids that made them so happy. He really went extra miles just to make sure we enjoy our trip. Thank you! I would like to recommend his house to everyone. Don’t hesitate to rent this place. It is the most pleasant experience I had from my regularly vacation with airbnb and VRBO every year. Again, thanks Jonathan, we will be back!

It is hard to put into words how surreal it is vacationing on Mikes yacht. If anyone is thinking about booking and reading this, just go for it. The yacht, Turtle IV, is the most well maintained and cared for boat we have ever been on. Ever square inch is perfectly cleaned and maintained. Sipping morning coffee on the top deck, floating on the water in a yacht , is something everyone needs to experience. You will not find a better host on Airbnb or VRBO, hands down. I took my wife, as a surprise, for our 10 year anniversary. Mike had flowers and chilled champagne for us as we walked in for the tour. My wife and I have been and stayed all over, this is the best host you will ever get. 10/10 on everything, I cannot wait to do it again

Awesome experience. It is exactly what it says: a boat in the Charlestown Marina. Really beautiful night viewsnfrom the decks. Comfy rooms - slept so well. And nice walks along the pier to the ferry and to Charlestown.
