We stayed for two nights while attending an athletic event at Ithaca college. Place is exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable enough for three of us and two dogs. It is very peaceful and private although it is on the same property as the owner's house. View is beautiful and there is a wide open area in front of the house that is very convenient for dog walks. Ray was very friendly and accomodating and responded to our messages promptly. We will definitely try to stay there on our next visit to Ithaca.

Our family spent part of our spring break here. We were too early in the season to take advantage of their massive gardens but our kids enjoyed every minute of being in the woods, playing in the creek, and visiting the chickens. This place was peaceful and beautiful and fun. We will recommend it to anyone we know. We are thankful to have found this place!!

Our stay at Sanjay’s house exceeded our expectations. The house is both beautiful and unique and ideal for a large family or two families to share. We were impressed with the cleanliness and how well stocked the house was to make our stay comfortable. The addeded benefits of the house having a hot tub and a fire pit with an amazing view of the mountains made for even a more unique experience. The house also has two wood fire ovens which were not only fun to use, but added additional heat to the house which was lovely. Our family has three boys and the second floor was perfect for them to have their own space and living room to hook up their PlayStation…a wonderful amenity for everyone to have their own space at the end of a long day skiing. We highly recommend Sanjay’s house and are already planning our next stay!

My stay at the treehouse was perfect. Yarrow and Ron are wonderful hosts. They are responsive, and full of good energy. The entire place has an amazing vibe. The unit was very clean upon arrival, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen is stocked and the shower/bath had plenty of hot water. You just can’t beat it. I highly recommend any of their rentals. Great place to stay with a big group! My family loved it! Feels like home, cozy, spacious, comfortable, and cannot forget its beautiful decor. We couldn’t have asked for anything else. We had everything we needed and so much more!

Overall, this is a really great place to stay if you are exploring Southern Utah and the Arizona Strip with a group. The neighborhood is quiet, and the house sits on a hill that gives you beautiful views of the area. There is ample parking, and the yard is mostly fenced, which was great to get the wiggles out of kids and the dog after a day of driving. The home is well cared for, and very clean. Tons of comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen suited for feeding a crowd! The living room and dining room are large enough that you can gather and enjoy each other without feeling cramped. The game area was awesome, but we were a little disappointed that not all the games were functional (alas, the family air hockey championship will have to wait). We visit the area several times a year, and look forward to staying here again.

We weren’t expecting snow when we arrived, but it added to the magic of the Hobbit Inn. The cozy atmosphere was perfect—between the electric fireplace and the bathroom wall heater, the whole place stayed warm all night (even after we turned them off). Plenty of outlets made charging devices easy, and we were pleasantly surprised to have Wi-Fi during our stay. That was a lucky bonus since I hadn’t updated my drone beforehand—thanks to the connection, I got everything set up and captured some fantastic shots. A truly unique and magical getaway!

This place was bigger than we imagined. We only really spent a little time here as it was a rest stop but if I was in the area again, I would stay again. I loved the outdoor spaces, if traveling in a big group, people could spread outside and indoors and have a great time together and separately. The place was super clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Terry's Airbnb is super cute and looks just like the photos! The only negative was that the water pressure in the shower was terrible. Apart from that we had a great stay and would definitely come back again!

Samuel’s (Calle Primera) bnb was a relaxing, comfortable, and charming place that provided spacious and clean rooms and patio. Its location near the Mesilla Plaza, miscellaneous shops and a local park (with baseball and basketball courts) was perfect for us because it allowed us to enjoy local traditions such as Little League Baseball training/practice which we enjoyed watching. The players were young, incredibly hard working and so eager to learn! The sheep farm nearby added a most picturesque charm! charm. It was a definite immersion into a culture that we love.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE experience! Our family’s favorite part of our arches/canyonlands/capitol reef trip. The road down: JUST GO!!! I read literally every review before booking this location and watched the YouTube video. It was TOTALLY DOABLE on our trip for first timer family renting a jeep and driving on this road (rated level 1ish of 10 for jeeps). for sure get high clearance vehicle. We rented van for long trip and parked at Twisted Jeep rentals ($100/day for Jeep - a discount since we stayed and didn’t take on big roads) It felt like a bumpy dirt road. Not too many edges/ledges. If you can keep a vehicle in straight line you can do this trip. Location was GORGEOUS views peaceful. Tom and his wife were so friendly- kids love Kobe tortoise feeding and his dog Jax. He showed us trails for finding fossils and petroglyphs! Great hiking. The hogan was so clean and cozy- kids loved this space!! AtV to Windy caves = magical!! Many amenities for such a remote place!!

A great stay if you're in Taos! It is tiny as mentioned, but Pat has provided everything you need and is super generous and kind. I appreciated that there was a gate for my car and the cable tv was an extra nice touch. Overall, I enjoyed my month-long stay here. Thanks Pat :)

This was by far our best Airbnb experience. Bill's Casita was spectacular -- the photos hardly did it justice. The isolated desert setting with open views in every direction was so peaceful. The inside could not have been better. It was spacious, open, clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked, and all appliances worked perfectly. Bill could not have been more accommodating. He checked on us shortly after our arrival, was always friendly, and kept us informed when any service personnel were expected in the area. He responded immediately to any needs we had. In short, he was the ideal host. We could not have been happier with this rental.

Kirsten and Michaels home was an absolute delight! The entire house was clean, comfortable, and felt like a relaxing oasis. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The beds were amazing— we all had the best sleep. The location is convenient for traveling to Palm Springs and Joshua Tree. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making our stay effortless and enjoyable. Highly recommend and would love to return!

This is one of the better Airbnbs I’ve stayed at in recent years. It was just what we were looking for. Great access to the mountain and a nice little drive into town. Very peaceful and quiet at night. The property has a classic Taos eclectic feel to it with lots of natural light through. A lot of the quirks of a 120 year old home were fun to see too. The hot tub was a great way to relax in the evenings and it’s well maintained. The weather was unseasonably warm and quite dry so we didn’t use the fire places, but there was plenty of wood stocked up. The bed was really comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for our purposes anyway. Josefine was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at Casa de Cooper and it's the same beautiful home i remember. Jessica's place is a gem with amazing views and a welcoming space. We took advantage of the bar/restaurant at the Fours Seasons across the street as well as frequented the local eatery Teseque Grill & Market which has become our favorite spot. A quick drive to Santa Fe as well as a great location to be in if you are headed to Bandalier or Ghost Ranch. Will be back...again!

We loved our stay at Marlan’s hobbit home. It was so peaceful to read inside by the fireplace and sit outside listening to the frogs and birds. It was extremely clean and comfortable inside. (The waffle maker was a nice touch!) There are some wonderful wineries and the Luray Caverns a short drive away which made for a fun weekend.

My family and I absolutely loved our time here! Every aspect of this house was so enjoyable, we loved the numerous of activities that we could do here (ping pong, pool, games, tetherball, climb the rocks, and sit by the campfire)! The views and the house itself was very beautiful :) thank you Nicole!

This was not our first stay here, and it definitely won’t be our last! The Airbnb is always cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything you’d need. It’s in a great location near a fun part of town, making it the perfect spot for our visits. Communication is always excellent. We’ll be back again!

Jefferey and Ruth’s home was absolutely stunning. We are 3 friends from college who get to meet up once a year and we wanted a space where we could spend time and catch up with each other. The pictures were exactly what the home looked like and we couldn’t have imagined a more perfect place to spend the weekend. The space was immaculate, clean and provided the best ambiance for our little get away. We could not be happier with the home that they created. We also loved the story behind the creation of the home. We decided that we will be coming back every year to make a tradition of it. Thank you!!
