Great, cozy place. The bus shuttle to the resort comes basically to the front door. Would definitely stay here again!

The townhouse was very clean. Don and Brooks were very responsive. The location was really quiet, but easy to walk around town, and close to the river and park. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of silverware, cups, and plates. It was also just a couple blocks from the free bus up to Ketchum and Sun Valley. It was a comfortable space for our group.

Polly’s Place is an amazing townhome in Mt Pleasant that is quaint and so charming !! Her place is convenient to everything in Charleston from Shem Creek to downtown Charleston to any of the beaches. I would highly recommend staying here and I absolutely plan to rent again !!

Thank you Peter and Carolina for allowing my family to stay in your house! The house was immaculate when it came to cleanliness. Peter was very attentive to my messages and responded quickly. This was by far the best house that I've stood at within the Encantada community. Highly suggest staying here. We will definitely be coming back!

Nice, updated townhouse. Great location for walking to/from the slopes. Plenty of room for everyone. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for us. The house was clean and stocked well with linens. It was nice that there were staple items left in the pantry, and we were able to add to it (always hate wasting nonperishables). Hot tub was the best for relaxation after a day on the slopes. We took the free shuttle into town which was steps away from the property and also walked into town during the day. Very clean, very convenient & definitely a property I will consider revisiting.

Enjoyed our stay, beautiful neighborhood. Very close to lots of amenities. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Very nice with lots of space with good natural light. Very comfortable. Well equipped with everything we needed. Easy walk to metro which was a few blocks away.

We've stayed here a number of times before and we love it. The house is immaculately clean and maintained, and fully stocked for anything you need. Vicky is a very gracious host and is extremely easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this place!

A fews late posting .This was my first time using a a Airbnb i was a little nervous but this is everything that Erik says it is. pictures are accurate and so much more it is 10 mins from downtown perfect location easy to find. Erik was a great host there was a small issue prior to are arrival that Erik made us aware of which never impacted are stay a bit but he felt the need to Compensated us for which I don’t believe he needed to but were thankful for Erik is a incredible host place had everything one would need and if forget something I’m sure he has it for u I highly recommend Erik and his place would 100% stay at his place again thank u again Erik for being a great host

Rodney & Laura place is very nice. Pictures doesn’t do it justice. Master bathroom w/jetted tub & walk in shower was great. Water pressure good! Mattresses had me wanting to sleep in on work days! Loved this place. Close to everything! The dog enjoyed the yard area and laying outside on the patio with us. Will definitely look up this spot again when we return for work.

Nice place to stay and we stayed for a month without any issues. Comes with so many white and clean towels, we were very happy about choosing the place as our temporary home.

WOW! What an awesome place to stay while visiting our son in Greensboro. The place is exactly how it looks in the pictures-but the things that it does not say is how comfortable the beds are and the couch is wonderful...both showers were awesome. Everything that you might need to cook a meal is right there for you! Big closets in each bedroom. A washer and dryer that worked like a charm! The place is walkable to everything in downtown Greenboro. We walked to Jake's Diner and went to a concert at the close-by Tanger Center-it is a wonderful place! We just happened to be there at the perfect time when all of the trees were blooming and the daffs and tulips were on their way! We loved our stay so much and didn't want it to end. We will be back for sure! Thank you Geoffrey!

Fantastic location in Palo Alto near lots of great restaurants and convenient to grocery stores, even without a car. Mike was so easy to work with and responsive whenever we had any questions or requests. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of Mike's properties!

The place was clean and spacious. The beds are a bit soft so if you like firmer mattress this place is probably not for you. Neighbor was quiet and clean!

This was the most charming place to stay for myself and my son while we visited Wabash college. Jamie was very attentive, flexible, and helpful! The accommodations looked exactly like the pictures and I was very satisfied! Would definitely stay here again.
