This is the second time that we have stayed with Donnie. The first time was in one of the cabooses. This time we stayed in The Depot. Both of these places were as described and pictured! I had good enough phone service that we did not miss having WiFi and there was cable for television. I had two children with me, an eight year old and a twelve year old, and they were both fine there! And we could look out the front door and see Buffalo Mountain. Because of Hurricane Helene damage, we did not get to go there but it was not for lack of trying! Sunday morning before we left, I got to see a deer in the pasture behind the depot! And some beautiful sunrises!

We wanted to do something unique & different for our anniversary & this did NOT disappoint. From the “main” road you can see the 3 red cabooses up on the hill & our hearts smiled. They recently had storms & we could see where the flood waters deteriorated the sides of the driveway but it was still wide enough for us to pass another small vehicle if needed. Office Check in was a breeze and took less than five mins before we were standing in our getaway train(caboose) which is on a real track! We were the only ones staying this weekend but if others were present, there was plenty of room. Our furbabies throughly enjoyed having a large field in front of the cabooses to run in. The views from the swings were breathtaking especially during the sunsets. Once Inside, we enjoyed the comforts of home (except for a stove). The hotness of the water & the relaxing hot tub added to our experience. Some things were dated but that is to come with the territory. We hope to visit again in the fall.

Very fun and different kind of stay - and we happened to be there on the night of an open house next door at the old train station where the model train club meets. We saw the huge model train set-up in the back room. The caboose was clean and very comfortable. Great hosts, fast to respond.

Cheryl's place was fantastic! The caboose was so cute and cozy. Beautiful surroundings and so peaceful. We enjoyed all the animals. The bison feeding was fun to watch, Cheryl's parents provided a lot of interesting facts about the bison. Looking forward to going back and taking the grandkids!

What an incredible place to stay! Nestled in picture perfect redwoods, the caboose is a magical place. Pat has done such an incredible job turning it into a warm and comfortable place to stay - he has really thought of everything! Highly recommend

Beautiful location, place as described. Jacuzzi was great. Lots of hot water. Good water pressure, good shower. Bed was comfortable. Donnie was helpful and responsive.

Clean! Smelled great too. Geat distance (within 10min) to hiking (Ash Cave) in one direction and then a pizzeria with all kinds of drinks and snacks in the other. On a fairly traveled road in front, but also a great small space to explore right behind and firepit. Well kept! It was great for our young family. Very fun.

We really enjoyed staying at Deb’s place. The caboose was super cute. The outside was the best part of the stay. It was peaceful, quiet and everything to keep you relaxed.

Positive- The caboose was so cool. There is so much attention to detail on the design. Our kids absolutely loved the place (especially the hammock, and ladder to the top bunks). Con- My husband was disappointed as there were cob webs everywhere, which he was cleaning before bed since they were overhead on the main bed.

Everything was just as it was listed. Beautiful clean peaceful. We had a relaxing time loved it. Highly recommend. 😊😁

This caboose is AMAZING. We’d never been to Marietta before and what an adorable little town. So dog friendly too which is awesome. (Shout out to the galley restaurant - huge dog friendly patio! ) The caboose itself was PRISTINE. There are so many thoughtful details everywhere. It’s not cramped or stuffy, it’s literally perfect. And omg I hope you’re lucky enough to spend a rainy night- the best sleep I’ve ever gotten. 15/10 stars. Maybe my all time favorite air bnb stay.

I had a great stay in Cleveland, MS! The space was clean and beautifully decorated—the interior was absolutely adorable. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows, which made for a restful night. The host was welcoming and responsive throughout my stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Well stocked paper items, such as toilet paper and tissues. Such a unique area, felt private and away from things, but amenities, such as a grocery store, are minutes away if needed. We enjoyed checking out the walkable bar/restaurant and the bar at the train station, they had live music on the weekend.

This was my 2nd time staying at the Caboose. I absolutely love it!!!

The caboose was perfect!! Very authentic while also being cute and cozy!! The location was rural but still close to town. Host was responsive and nice. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Hosts were quick to respond if there were any issues and gave clear instructions and guidlines to follow. The caboose was an absolutely delightful place to stay and the winery nearby is just as lovely. I definitely recommend checking it out! It was an absolutely beautiful birthday weekend for my train and wine loving boyfriend. We will definitely be coming back!

The Caboose was an absolute gem! We were right at home the moment we arrived. The hosts were incredible to us. The land that the Caboose sits on was so calming and peaceful. if you get the chance you must stay here! We whole to be back one day!

We stayed 2 nights in this peaceful, beautiful place and loved it! The converted caboose was cozy and still had space for 3 of us to play card games together. Frogs from the little pond serenaded us to sleep each night and watching bald eagles & other birds fly over was a great way to start each day! Margot reached out with clear directions that were easy to follow and was great about responding to the few questions we had.

it was so fun to share in what is obviously one of the great passions of Pat's life - Tiw Town is very unique. The location is walkable and near the university with lots of things to do. Pat is very friendly and helpful, and gave us some great suggestions for restaurants. Thanks for a great weekend stay.
