We loved the porch! We sat there the whole time unless we were gone or sleeping. It's in a great location, very close to the Pearl and Chinese Tea Garden. Precious old house charm! My daughters and I loved it!

The place was exactly as described and very easy to check in and out of. Very walkable

Perfect location, and everything is walkable! We only needed an Uber for the airport, and going to the Spurs game. The place is smaller than expected, but perfect for my boyfriend and I. If anyone else was with us, I think it would have been too small. Angela was very responsive when needed, and all the instructions were clear. The building itself is older, although this is minimally reflected in the actual apartment. Definitely recommend staying here if visiting San Antonio!

Excellent location. Just steps from the Pearl. This place is good for those who don’t mind a small shower and a plastic mattress cover. Be prepared for fees for several things: using the laundry machines, $30 for checking in an hour early, and steep fees if you don’t complete the surprisingly long list of cleaning duties before the unexpectedly early check out time. Don’t worry about forgetting about those fees; I got multiple emails reminding me!

Great area to stay for a weekend getaway or longer trip where you’ll be bouncing around town a lot. The space itself is comfortable and easy to navigate. Very accessible to all over town, no more than 10 minutes from Downtown & Gruene.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Proactive host, easy parking. Will look to stay here again for future trips to the area.

The house is located very close to the Paper Tiger which was the venue for the concert I was attending. I was pleasantly surprised by how many restaurants were within walking distance as well. Curry Boys BBQ is a quick walk around the block and they have some pretty great food. The house was very clean and exactly as I was expecting it to be based on the description and pictures. I had a nice and cozy stay there and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit that area of San Antonio especially if they plan on attending a concert at Paper Tiger!

Neighborhood quiet & the people were friendly. Is to access things. HEB was only a few minutes away along with places to eat. Park with walking & biking trails, dog park, children’s playground 7 minutes away.

Quiet and relaxing getaway. felt right at home. Richard was able to accommodate us earlier and left us some snacks and cold water at the time of our arrival. close to all of the attractions was a big plus ! thanks for hosting our family.

This rental was perfect for our needs! We were having our house remodeled and rented this AirBnB house for 2 weeks. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths was exactly what we needed. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all cooking items that we needed. We had enough room to spread out. Having a washer and dryer was nice. My son works from home as a GIS analyst and the internet worked perfectly for him. Learned how to use Roku! Plenty of parking for 3 cars. Definitely recommend!

The place is great with plenty of space for 6 people. The living room/main room area was very spacious and we never felt crowded. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the balcony and heard over a dozen species of birds with a beautiful view of the very large lawn. The property is on the river but is so incredibly quiet. We really enjoyed paddle boarding and wading in the water and fishing. Recommend taking fishing poles and live worms, you’ll catch lots of bass. Also recommend taking inner tubes because there’s a great little rapid on the river that we had a blast going down. The water was incredibly clear too. It was easy parking wise and a short trip to Gruene. We will be back!

Ideal location and beautiful property. Condo was well furnished and very clean. Comfortable linens and beds. Would absolutely stay here again!

The condo was perfect! Everything was exactly as described. We had a girls weekend and the condo was in a perfect location for Gruene are fun! It was also a beautiful place overlooking the river!

Everything was great! There are a lot of thoughtful extra touches, such as light switches labeled for which they turn on, tons of towels including beach towels, a cooler available in a closet, a step stool in the kitchen for us short people, etc. Natalie was very responsive when I had a special need. We would definitely stay here again or at one of her other properties.
