Great place - I was only in for a business trip and was solo so really didn't utilize the house for its potential but this place is really cool for a group that can follow the rules and respect the neighbors. Backyard area is extremely nice for hanging out - Pool is private for your use but in clear sight of neighbors (some might want to know this). The entire house is great and is set up perfect for sleeping arrangements to accommodate just about anyone's needs and requests. Kitchen is well equipped, plenty of seating on main floor/kitchen area (2nd floor). Showered well/Slept well!!!! Would recommend for sure.

Loved our stay!! The back yard is beautiful! House was clean and we felt right at home! Loved that the bathrooms had make up wipes!

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for spring break with our kids. Parents enjoyed relaxing and looking out the big windows while kids played in the pool and with a big tub of legos provided with other kids toys in one of the closets. I ad one question during our stay and it was immediately responded to. Would 100% stay again with our family.

Great neighborhoods, amazing view and beautiful home. My family and I stayed here for a few days and had a blast. The game room was perfect for our kiddos, and the home was spacious enough for our family of 5. We will book this property again if we visit the area a second time

Had a bachelorette trip here with 11 people total, it was in a very good area that was quiet and near good restaurants. We were able to easily use fetti and ubers to travel. Also really nice pool!

Howard was a great host. He was responsive and went out of his way to drop off an iron when we didn’t find one in the house. The house was well located and had a large pool with a spacious outdoor patio. Would recommend.

Perfect location for our stay in Austin! Hands down one of the best experiences I have had booking a house on Airbnb. The house was clean, quite, and comfortable! Larry is very thoughtful and answered all of my questions before I thought to ask. His attention to detail, communication, and hospitality were all top notch. Flexible check-in and check-out. Just an overall good experience. Top of my list for the next trip to Austin.

A really charming house. Not a fake house just for AirBnB. We had a very pleasant time.

We loved our stay at Brendan’s place. It felt soo luxurious with all the amenities and thoughtfully selected decor. We especially loved the cowboy pool and outdoor space, and the espresso machine came in clutch. The direct area isn’t super walkable but that wasn’t a problem as plenty is easily accessible via car. Brendan was super friendly and communicative. Highly recommend! !

Alan was responsive and worked with us the whole time there. We will be renting again next year for the next MotoGP event. We loved it!!! Can't wait to return.

Location, location, location! The home is walking distance to restaurants and shopping on S Congress. It was super clean and the host was responsive to requests/questions we had. Large bedrooms and plenty of room for a family of 4. Definitely would stay here again!

Our stay was lovely. The home was clean, well-stocked and had a fun art deco vibe. With each bedroom having its own end suite bath, it accommodated our four generations comfortably. This host is very responsive a gets an A+ from me.

Amazing place to stay! So walkable and easy to get around or Uber. Martha had fantastic recommendations! This is the place you’re looking for! As a note: the water in the backyard/outdoor shower doesn’t work and it was a very HOT summer- the grass mostly died out so it got rather dusty this really only mattered to me because I had dogs which felt right at home here. Also the concrete floors are Amazing And keep the whole house clean. I loved it here!

Great House! The house was very clean and comfortable. This was the second time we booked this house and we will definitely do it again. The Game Room is a big plus.

We've stayed at 10 different airbnb's this year and this place was by far the best! From the spacious secluded backyard to the extra amenities throughout the home. We loved spending the holidays here. Their family decorated the place for Christmas to make it feel like a loving home. We come to Austin several times each year and look forward to coming back!
