Mario & Nicole's place was wonderful! Very spacious and clean and in the perfect location. They are right by the water, so I even took a morning dip in the lake! Everything was perfect and they were very communicative. I would absolutely recommend this place to someone else and would love to come back at some point for another stay! Thank you Mario & Nicole!

Eine tolle gemütliche kleine Unterkunft mit tollem Bad und einer kleinen Küchenzeile. Ideal für einen Kurzurlaub am Rande Münchens. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation lief ohne Probleme. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

We loved the size of the bathroom and the heated floors. Nothing like warm floors when it is 30 degrees outside. Nice size common room, plenty of space for the 2 of us. Balcony was a nice touch too but just a little cold to sit outside. Bedroom with 2 single beds is all we needed. Kitchen has 2 burner stove and the espresso machine was nice. Aldi was about 5 minutes away and grab enough supplies for our 3 day stay. Really like Anton. He was super helpful and very proactive.

Die Wohnung von Mathias hat uns gut gefallen, besonders die Lage mit gutem U-Bahnanschluss,fussläufig erreichbaren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viel Grün aussenrum.Parkplatz war gut zu finden,danach haben wir das Auto stehen gelassen.Die Kommunikation mit Mathias war prima.

Alles super funktioniert, saubere und moderne Wohnung. Hat uns gut gefallen!

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und Gastgeber, schnelle und unkomplizierte Absprachen, ruhige Lage, direkt an der Natur und S-Bahn in 10 min erreichbar. Perfekt 👌

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt bei Estelle und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist recht zentral gelegen, sauber und ruhig. Die Abstimmung mit Estelle hat auch gut geklappt.

Einfacher check in per schlüssselbox. Geräumiges Haus, Betten waren bezogen und ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden. Wir waren nur für eine Übernachtung da und sind morgens gleich wieder abgereist. Zur Küchen Ausstattung kann ich daher nichts sagen.

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

Ich hatte eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Airbnb-Wohnung! Sie übertraf meine Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht. Die Unterkunft war sauber, modern und gemütlich, was einen komfortablen und entspannten Aufenthalt ermöglichte. Die Lage war ideal – in der Nähe von vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Die Nachbarschaft war ruhig und sicher, was das Ganze noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Der Gastgeber war freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat sich sehr bemüht, meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, und alle meine Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Ich kann diese Airbnb-Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch. We had a fantastic stay with Thomas and Manuela! They are not only great hosts but also genuinely kind and thoughtful people. The apartment was neat, cozy, and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. What truly stood out was their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth experience. We encountered an unexpected issue when our long-term apartment booking fell through, and they took the time to talk with us, offering their support in case we got stranded or needed help. Their kindness and generosity made a big difference during a stressful time. On top of that, we loved the delicious bread they provided for breakfast—it was a perfect start to our mornings! Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Michael! Une très belle maison propre, pratique spacieuse avec un jardin: l’idéal pour une famille avec des enfants! La place de stationnement au garage en bonus. Communication au top. On recommande!!

Kathi ist ein sehr freundlicher Mensch. Sie hat sich immer schnell gemeldet, war immer hilfsbereit und hat sich um alles gekümmert, sodass man auch für längere Aufenthalte gut versorgt ist. Ich habe mich wirklich wie zuhause gefühlt.

Wir sind von Doris sehr freundlich mit kleinen Leckereien in Empfang genommen worden. Klare Struktur der Wohnung, einladend und ruhig. Haben sehr gut geschlafen und es war alles bestens. Das Bad mit Wanne bot mir ein wenig Wellness nach dem Studium an der Akademie, die fußläufig prima erreichbar ist. Spaziergänge an der Mangfall schenkten inspirierenden Ausgleich und die Märzsonne schenkte Wärme und Frühlungsboten. Gerne kommen wir wieder und empfehlen einen Aufenthalt bei Doris. Herzlichen Dank

Really lovely place, we loved it. The stairs might be a bit trick for elderly and small children, but other than that it’s really perfect. So clean, modern, pretty, great kitchen with everything you can need to cook any meal. I would recommend this place anytime

This house was a great find. Had everything we needed and was walking distance to the train station and grocery store. We loved the espresso machine and the modern bathroom was luxurious.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Ich habe mich von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein wunderbarer Blick auf den Ammersee und die Berge, eine einladende Terrasse mit hübsch gestaltetem Garten. Alles sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Ideal auch zum Arbeiten (incl. WLAN). Wirklich ruhig und erholsam. Lana und Norbert waren sehr hilfsbereit. Ich kann die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und komme gerne wieder.

Sehr ruhige Lage. Die Nachbarin ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist groß und sauber. Einziger Nachteil an der Wohnung, ist dass der Ofen recht laut ist in der Nacht.

Die Unterkunft von Lisa und Julian ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und mit allem was man für einen sorglosen und angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht ausgestattet. Es war alles super sauber und wir wurden sogar mit einem kleinen Willkommenspaket an Getränken und kleinem Snack herzlich empfangen. Obwohl die Lage sehr gut und nah an der Hauptstraße ist, ist es absolut ruhig und entspannend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können das Tiny House wärmstens empfehlen.

Andrea und ihr Mann waren ganz tolle Gastgeber. Wir fühlten uns sofort Willkommen und haben ein durch und durch bayrisches Silvester erlebt.
