We loved the size of the bathroom and the heated floors. Nothing like warm floors when it is 30 degrees outside. Nice size common room, plenty of space for the 2 of us. Balcony was a nice touch too but just a little cold to sit outside. Bedroom with 2 single beds is all we needed. Kitchen has 2 burner stove and the espresso machine was nice. Aldi was about 5 minutes away and grab enough supplies for our 3 day stay. Really like Anton. He was super helpful and very proactive.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Marions Apartment. Alles war wie beschrieben, dazu noch super sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail und kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würde immer wieder dort übernachten. Zudem war es total nett sich mit Monika und ihrem Mann zu unterhalten, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und als wären wir bei Freunden.

I just spent a month at this property and wanted to give some details. It's located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with restaurants, some stores and a grocery store in comfortable walking distance. The train station with access to the S4 and S6 trainlines is a 10 minute walk. It's about 15 minute train ride to the heart of Munich. The kitchenette has a 2 burner stove, under-counter fridge, and microwave, and is well-stocked with plates, pans, utensils - anything you might need. I had family join me for 2 weeks and had to move to the hide-a-bed in the living room. It was the most comfortable pullout bed I've ever used. Lotta windows. Lotta natural light. Fast internet. Large smart TV in living room with local TV and the ability to access Netflix and other services if you have the subscriptions. Never had any lags. Nice size bathroom. Good heat and water pressure is shower. Host was responsive and friendly, but respected my privacy. I highly recommend the apartment.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. ● Flexibler Check-In ● Unterkunft war leicht zu finden ● geräumiger Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ● Man hat sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt ● Die Küche war überragend ausgestattet ● Selbst ein Babybett war vor Ort ● Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes natürlich auch sehr viel Glück und an allen Tagen einen strahlend blauen Himmel. Also alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Appartement agréable, bien équipé avec une terrasse calme pour se détendre le soir après les visites. Tout à fait conforme avec ce qu'on attendait. Quartier très calme. Mia a été une hôtesse très discrète et très réactive . Seul petit reproche: la table et les chaises de cuisine ne sont pas très confortables pour prendre ses repas. Une suggestion: un ventilateur serait le bienvenu lors des étés chauds comme cette année.

Logement très propre et conforme aux photos. La literie était confortable. Le matériel nécessaire à la cuisine était présent. Anna est très réactive et les instructions étaient claires. Le logement était calme, un peu excentré du centre ville mais très bien desservit puisque la station de métro U2 se trouve à 5m à pied, à côté d'un grand centre commercial. Merci,

Jan’s apartment was conveniently located across the street from a grocery store. Plus, the place is a few minutes from a less touristy beer hall, a bakery, and a few decent restaurants. The rooms were warm and the kitchen area super clean.

Our stay was PERFECT! - The house was even better than expected! Plenty of space, big kitchen, a great layout, and kid friendly. - The location was excellent. We had a slight hesitation about not being right in the city center, but the tradeoff for a great house with plenty of space where our group could be together was well worth it! The S2 stop was a 7 minute walk from the house and was super convenient for getting into the city. We didn't take an uber/taxi once during our stay! - Moritz and Janka were super friendly, informative, and flexible. You can't ask for better hosts! I highly recommend a stay here if you are travelling to the great city of Munich and want a comfortable and convenient home base.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Gastgeber Julian ist einfach top – super freundlich, immer erreichbar und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, sehr sauber und perfekt für unsere Gruppe geeignet. Besonders toll fanden wir den hervorragenden Service, inklusive einer Zwischenreinigung nach Absprache. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 😊

The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

I stopped just for a night with my two children, the place felt comfortable and homy as soon as we entered. The check in was easy, Toby and his wife responsive. The only hic-up I had, is that I drove first one turn to early, but found the house straight after... As we stayed only one night, I don't know how the light is in the apartment during the day as it is a basement.

Die Unterkunft ist nur zu Empfehlen für den Einzugsbereich der Messe München. Viele Schlafzimmer, eingerichtete Küche und großes Badezimmer. Auch eine Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Tür vorhanden! Würde sie jederzeit wieder buchen bei Bedarf

Alles so, wie beschrieben. Gute Lage, sehr hilfreiche Kommunikation. Kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Unterkunft in einer sehr idyllischen Lage. Wir waren 4 Paare und ein Baby und haben eine sehr entspannte Zeit mit Kaminfeuer, Tischtennis (in- und outdoor), Sauan und Flippern verbracht. Platz war ausreichend vorhanden, auch genügend Bäder. Sehr gute und umfangreiche Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Erreichbarkeit nur mit dem Auto.

We truly enjoyed staying at Hubert's Lisl apartment. The apartment is modern, spacious and extremely clean. The A/C on the bedroom made the stay very comfortable in July and the washer and dryer in the basement were convenient and easy to use. Holzkirchen is about a 35 minute drive from Munich and being outside of the city made it easy for us to visit various parts of Bavaria: Salzburg (1hr 15 mins), Hallstatt (2 hrs), Neuschwanstein Castle (1 hr 45 mins), Berchtesgaden (1 hr 15 mins), Garmisch-Partenkirchen (1 hr 15 mins), and Innsbruck (1 hr 45 mins). There are supermarkets, restaurants and a McDonalds in Holzkirchen. It is actually located in Foching, a 5 minute drive from downtown Holzkirchen. It is very peaceful and has a rural feel. Hubert's instructions were easy and communication was always quick. We made wonderful memories of our stay and were very happy with our choice.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub als Familie in Gauting. Das Haus ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um die Region zu erkunden und um nach einem langen Tag auszuspannen. Unserem 2,5-Jährigen hat das „Holzhaus“ sehr gut gefallen, genau wie uns. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

It was a very good central location from which to explore.

Everything was exactly as advertised. The view is great and the surroundings are quiet and relaxing. Matthias was very friendly and easy to work with.

Dagmar and Burkhard are absolutely amazing hosts. Upon arrival, they picked us from the train station and talked through all the details about their place, and helped us with our travel plan. We really felt welcomed. The place itself is also a gem, amazing design with many automated elements, and it has all the amenities that you would ever need. Plus it is very convinently located. It is a misfortune that we only stayed two days, and we would love to come back.

We stayed 3 person which is good for us. Room was big enough bathroom and kitchen was very good and clean. The place is very nice and very close to underground, in front of the apartment. Emanuel was very friendly helped for our all questions and replied very quickly. If İ come Munich İ would like to stay again. Thank you very much for everything we had a happy holiday☺️
