Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

Nous tenons à remercier Benjamin pour la merveilleuse semaine que nous avons passée dans sa maison cet été, car nous avons pu nous retrouver avec mes enfants, mes parents et mes grands-parents. En effet, la maison offre plusieurs unités, ce qui est idéal pour se retrouver en famille. L'intérieur est climatisé et très fonctionnel. La piscine au sel est bien entretenue et sécuritaire, elle a été un véritable atout pour nos journées ensoleillées. Nous avons également adoré la variété de jeux et d'activités disponibles, tant pour les enfants que pour les adultes, comme le ping-pong, la pétanque, le tir à l'arc et les balançoires... L'emplacement est très bien, à seulement 15 minutes du Polygone Riviera et à 2 minutes d'un grand Intermarché et d'une boulangerie... Enfin, l'écoute et la bienveillance de Benjamin ont été très appréciées. Il a su répondre à nos besoins et a été très réactif tout au long de notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison !

This place deserves more than 5 Stars - honestly. Anne-Marie & Nigel offer an incredibly private pearl of a location. They are extremely discreet, welcoming, friendly, and have been the best hosts ever - we would love them to be our next door neighbors at home. Their place is perfect to relax, with gorgeous views from the pool, and everything you need (pans, towels, washing machine, etc.) is there. We will come back for sure and would have stayed if we could. Anne-Marie, Nigel, see you soon! ps.: ask Nigel about sailing. You will love listening to his story!!! But obviously: if you prefer privacy, they will be the most discreet. It would just be a waste to not speak with them :-)

Liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft mit modern, gemütlichem Flair. Der Pool war für uns perfekt. Die Vermieter waren super freundlich. Ruhige Lage war perfekt zum Entspannen!

Chantal's place was absolutely beautiful and wonderful to stay at. The garden was stunning and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our holiday. The hosts were friendly and always happy to assist us whenever needed.

Dit is een fantastische woning. Met recht een klein paradijs. Zowel binnen als buiten. Het huis is mooi ingericht. Natuurlijke materialen. Een goed uitgeruste keuken. Goede airco in alle ruimtes. Buiten is ook fantastisch. Een heerlijk zwembad. Heel veel plekjes om in de zon of in de schaduw te relaxen. Een leuke bbq/plancha. De jacuzzi is ook een super beleving door het sfeerlicht en het uitzicht. In de omgeving zijn veel leuke dorpjes te bezoeken. Of Nice (30 min). Bruno en Virginie zijn super vriendelijke hosts. Reageren snel. Wij raden deze accommodatie van harte aan.

Catherine is a wonderful host! This place was perfect for a family of four and the view was stunning! We spent a lot of time - morning and night - on the terrace embracing the view. Everything we needed was supplied, including a fridge outside - that helped tremendously and allowed us to eat breakfast and dinner at the house. Catherine checked on us daily and gave us great recommendations to restaurants and ice cream shops which were delicious! A grocery store isn't far from the house and there is a path (short cut) that cuts down the time if you want to walk. Remember, you are carrying items uphill on the way back! It was a little chilly for the pool while we were there, but in warmer weather - what an addition to your trip! Not a far drive to Nice or Monaco! Thank you, Catherine and Sergey!

Wir haben diese Unterkunft kurzfristig gebucht, quasi auf dem Weg der Anreise nach Ligurien. Alessandro ist unseren Wünschen bei der Buchung super entgegen gekommen. Vor Ort wird die Unterkunft von seiner Mutter betreut, die den Check-Inn und Check-Out begleitet, sowie alles erklärt und uns mit frischem Gemüse aus Ihrem Garten versorgt hat. Hinzu kamen "Geheimtipps" für Ausflüge und Restaurenats. Kurz um: einfach nur zu empfehlen. Danke. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr geräumig mit einen fantastischen Blick über die Stadt und das Meer. Man hat das Gefühl in einem kleinen Palazzo oberhalb der Stadt zu residieren, wenngleich es den Charme einer vergangen Zeit inne hat. Man fühlt sich in die Kindheit zurück versetzt. Einfach herrlich. P.S. Die letzten zweihundert Meter der Anreise sind ein kleines Abenteuer, da sehr steil und eng. Aber alle Verkehrsteilnehmer in der Gegend sind zuvorkommend und vorsichtig.

Giulia è super gentile e disponibile. Il suo appartamento è una "bomboniera" tanto è pulito e curato. Non manca nulla e i luoghi di interesse sono vicinissimi. Consigliato!

Cascina Distrutta è una sistemazione davvero incantevole, ben arredata e completa di tutto. Letti comodi, stanze spaziose, bagni grandi con sanitari recenti, caminetti che creano un'atmosfera calda e accogliente al punto da dimenticarsi la TV. Marta ha sempre risposto celermente e si è sempre dimostrata disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Per completezza d'informazione lascio qualche info supplementare che avevo inizialmente frainteso a beneficio di chi verrà a soggiornare prossimamente: la quadrupla in mansarda e una stanza matrimoniale hanno il bagno indipendente, le altre due stanze matrimoniali hanno il bagno in comune collegato da un'anticamera con porte comunicanti. La sauna (nel momento in cui sto scrivendo questo testo) costa 30 euro al giorno e necessita l'apertura e l'accensione anticipata ad opera del vicino. Una cassetta di legna per il camino reperibile sempre dal vicino costa 10 euro, il sapone presente nei bagni è solo quello lavamani senza shampoo/docciaschiuma

La localisation est chouette pour visiter les alentours ( Nice / St Paul de Vence / Menton / Tourettes sur Loup … )

Un lieu assez exceptionnel pour la côte d'azur : calme, accueillant avec un environnement sans vis-à-vis, très vert et plein ciel. Cela permet de se mettre à distance de la frénésie de la côte d'azur en ces périodes estivales. La communication avec Joyce est facile et en confiance ce qui est facilitant pour se sentir bien. Et plein de petites attentions nous ont fait nous sentir comme chez des amis. De même la maison est très joliment décorée avec goût et simplicité (différente des photos et encore plus jolie) et elle est très bien équipée. Et, en tant qu'habitués de la Colle sur Loup depuis plus de 30 ans, nous recommandons assurément Maison Joa Terra !

Perfect villa for a large group or family holiday (we were 2 families). The pool is fantastic, and really well maintained, in a pretty garden setting. Love the swing seats, and the table tennis table is a great new addition. The views from the kitchen and upstairs are beautiful. Agnes, who looks after bookings for Isabelle, was really helpful and responsive to queries. We had a problem with the shutters but we were impressed with how quickly it was resolved, and they even offered to buy blackout blinds whilst waiting for the electrician to visit. The villa is a short stroll to the village, which is absolutely beautiful. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Would definitely stay again.

Casetta carina con tutto l'occorrente per la nostra famiglia...a pochi passi dal centro storico e dal mare.

Wir hatten eine tolle und erholsame Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus! Wir waren zu dritt mit zwei Hunden. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und der Außenbereich ist wirklich ein Traum! Der Pool ist groß. Es ist eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub mit der Familie oder Freunden in einer traumhaften Kulisse.

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön gelegen und alles ist gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Perfekt wäre es dann, wenn Einrichtung, Küche und Bäder ein zeitgemäßes Update bekommen würden, manche Dinge sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus Il Terebinto in Imperia ist für unsere Familie ein absoluter Traum! Wir waren bereits mehrfach hier und können es wärmstens empfehlen. Die atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Tal und das Meer lässt einen sofort zur Ruhe kommen. Besonders die idyllische Lage inmitten von Olivenhainen und die friedliche Atmosphäre machen den Aufenthalt einzigartig. Das Haus selbst ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben die gut ausgestattete Küche sehr geschätzt und die grosszügige Terrasse. Die Kinder hatten viel Platz zum Spielen, während wir Eltern die Natur und die Ruhe genossen haben. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich herzlich und sorgen dafür, dass man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Gilles is an easy contender for the kindest man in France. Let alone his hospitable acceptance and overall welcoming spirit. The peace and views of his home are very healing and much needed time to feel immersed in the landscape of the surrounding mountains. You can tell he built this place with his heart and soul and loves each moment shared in his home. All the best Gilles!

Beautiful secluded cabin in the south of France. Small and cold plunge pool. Very cosy.
