I love this place, I definitely will be back! it has a Resort fee but is totally worth it

This stay had everything I needed for a quick couple of days away! Location is everything. Easily walkable to Upham Beach which I adore. The place was clean, pool was great, and I felt safe even though I was alone. Plenty of towels, extra toilet paper, kitchen pluses like coffee maker and small appliances. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. Kathy could not have been a more accommodating host allowing me an earlier check in time and later checkout due to my flight times. It was so nice being able to come back and grab a quick shower after the beach the day I was leaving. This place is an excellent VALUE! Thank you Kathy!!!

If you’re questioning staying here, question no more! We had the absolute best time. We were able to walk to all the fun restaurants and the beach! They provide everything you could need for the perfect beach day. It’s a $10 Uber ride to Johns Pass and Treasure Island. The bed was cozy and the shower had great water pressure. It was clean and felt like a home away from home. We will be back!

We chose to stay at The Resort at the last minute and it turned out to be the best possible choice. I’m wheelchair dependent and although not ADA compliant (the host let me know beforehand) the space fit my needs. Fit it so much that we extended the stay!

Kathy and the Gulfside resort was a 10/10 for us!!! She greeted us and made us feel very welcome from the check in! Everything in our room was perfect! We absolutely loved how she had her own recommendations on what to do around St. Pete’s Beach! Our poolside room was amazing! Probably about a 3 minute walk from the beach which we absolutely loved! Definitely will be returning!

Great location for an easy stay at St. Pete Beach. Kathy worked with me to make it work for us for an event in the area. Loved the parking and ambiance around the pool.

We had an incredible time staying at Kathy’s place in St. Pete Beach. The location of the bnb was perfect walking distance to the beach and plenty of food spots. We also visited Zoo Tampa, downtown St. Petersburg and other local attractions that were all within a reasonable driving distance. The beach was beautiful, crystal clear water and was very clean. The unit itself was clean, the pool was awesome and we felt like it provided everything we needed for our little getaway from Philly. Thanks again for hosting us :)

Katie was super helpful and was around most of our stay, always made sure we had what we needed and were having a good time.

Awesome host, when I had questions she was super responsive, and when I had an issue with my car she went out of my way to help me in any way she could, would recommend staying here any day of the week and plan to stay again!

Dining recommendations were great - we tried Lisa’s; the Mexican and Middle Grounds Grill and enjoyed them all very much. Decor was band new and very tasteful. Spacious accommodation with all our needs catered for, Great to have use of beach chairs and all staff we communicated with were very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place

We were looking for a quaint place to stay near the beach with a pool. It was a great fit for our needs and was advertised accurately. Communication was excellent! I would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Matt’s place and couldn’t be more grateful for his hospitality. The space was thoughtfully designed, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s clear Matt has put a lot of care into making his guests feel welcome and at home. The location was perfect, and the amenities were top-notch, making it ideal for our trip. We were so impressed that we’re already considering rebooking for future visits. Thank you again, Matt, for creating such a memorable experience. We truly appreciated all the little details that made it feel like a home away from home. Looking forward to returning next year!

Great location for us - we walked to the beach, to dinner each night, and to ice cream place for dessert!

We had an amazing stay in Room 111 at the Satellite Motel! This room had a view of both the beach and the pool. The location is perfect, just a crosswalk away from the sand, so getting to the beach was super easy and convenient. The pool was a great bonus—clean, never crowded, and we could always find a chair to relax in. Matthew was a fantastic host—very responsive, friendly, and helpful with any questions we had. He made check-in a breeze and went above and beyond. Highly recommend the Satellite Motel if you’re staying on Treasure Island. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Checkin process was very easy! It’s a hotel so definitely a safer bet than booking a regular Airbnb

We booked this place as a quick getaway before the kids went back to school. Dave was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The Lofts is nicely renovated and clean. Beds were comfortable and clean. We used the pool everyday, which was always clean. The grill was useful for cooking dinner. Only recommendation for the kitchen would be more cooking utensils, ie larger cutting board, sharper knives, etc. All was usable and we made it work. We are very familiar with the area, we lived on the beach years ago. This location is easily walkable to many good bars/restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

place was clean. was used for a place to sleep and leave my pet, which he accommodated. Wish I had more time there to use the outside area and pool. The courtyard was very beautiful looking. I didn't get to use it, but when I got back to the place at night. There were a lot of guests outside, relaxing and enjoying the courtyard.

Wonderful staff, fun and easy vibe. Loved the pool and fishing on the docks, and really appreciated the beach gear! Easy beach access right across the street.

We couldn't have been happier with LoriAnn's place! It was beautifully laid out and decorated and in the perfect location. Convenient beach access, the on-site Tiki Bar, and the proximity to fantastic restaurants made the trip memorable. We were down for a Phillies' spring training game and will definitely look for availability at this place again next season.

Loved staying here, seconds from the beach, super clean and adorable! Will definitely be coming back!🥰
