Haute-Autriche : locations de vacances en appartement

Wir hatten ein schönes verlängertes Wochenende in Franz's Wohnung. Die Wohnung und das ganze Gebäude sind modern und neuwertig, sogar der Fahrstuhl "spricht" 😅. Küche und Bad waren super ausgestattet, noch nie haben wir in einem Airbnb soviele Gewürze und andere Utensilien vorgefunden. Das große Doppelbett war super komfortabel, ebenso das große Sofa. Mit "AppleTv" wurde uns auch an einem Regentag nicht langweilig. Zu Fuß ist man in 10min im Ortskern oder bei einem Supermarkt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Carl and Erich are excelent hosts. Very comunicative and pro active. The AirBnB is exactly as shown in the photos. Large rooms with lots of natural light and a great view into the coutryside. Overall the apartment is spacious and well maintained, if a little lived in. Our group of 6 adults and 2 kids easily fit without feeling cramped. When we asked about missing bowls and a disconnected TV, Erich quickly solved both problems. A slight downside is that there is only one bathroom and one toilet (but this is mentioned in the description), and the floors are cold since heating is via radiators (slippers are provided). Plus side is the calm and quiet location, and option to order fresh milk. All in all a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Lovely flat with spectacular surroundings. We were there for Christmas and it was magical time of year. Flat was like the pics and super clean and heating was great. Peter loves downstairs and was very quick to respond to any queries we had. Would stay again

Very nice and quiet apartment in a very nice town . The apartment facilities were fantastic and very comfortable. Everything was perfect.

Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit Allem ausgestattet was man braucht und bietet viel Stauraum und genügend Platz, sogar mit Baby. Es war alles sauber und der kleine Garten mit Terasse hat uns gut gefallen. Wir haben fast alles zu Fuß unternommen. Der Aufstieg zum Mönchsberg ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung erreichbar. Oben angekommen ein Kaffee auf der Terasse, mit tollem Blick auf Salzburg und dann weiter zu Fuß zur Festung. Das war unser schönster Ausflug in Salzburg. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Salzburg und empfehlen in allen Punkten die Wohnung von Gregor.

I stayed with my family - two kids (2 and 7), husband and parents - for this trip to Salzburg. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay with lots of space to spread out in and for the kids to run around. The kitchen was very clean and very well stocked with utensils, etc for cooking. Salzburg was a little too far for us to walk in with the kids, but without kids it was fine (about 25 mins plus a very cool walk underground through the Mönchsberg), and we made use of the number 1 and 10 buses which run frequently.

Die Wohnung war sehr nett und lieblich eingerichtet und auch bei heißen Temperaturen angenehm kühl. Die Kommunikation und der Check-In und Check-Out waren super unkompliziert.

Sehr sauber sehr ordentlich. Petra ist super freundlich und für jede Frage offen. Es ist ein richtig ruhiges gemütliches Plätzchen und nur ne halbe Stunde von Salzburg entfernt. Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind nur paar Minuten entfernt mit dem Auto.

Ich brauchte kurzfristig spät abends eine Unterkunft und bin aufrecht auf Erwins Bauernhof aufmerksam geworden. Die Buchung hat super schnell geklappt und Minuten später war alles geregelt. Leider konnte ich die tolle ruhige Umgebung nicht erkunden weil es schon früh morgens Eier ging. Ich hatte eine sehr erholsame Nacht und habe mich sofort wohl gefühlt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Toll war es, dass Spielzeug und die Mitbenutzung vom Garten erlaubt waren und unser Zweijähriger sich dadurch gut beschäftigen konnte. Besuch der Grottenbahn in Linz, Tiergarten (kostenlos) in Wels und Erlebnisbad Aquapulto in Bad Schallerbach waren unsere Ausflugsziele mit Kindern und es war herrlich. Gerne wieder!

Wir konnten jeden Morgen vom Frühstückstisch aus Rehe im Wald beobachten. Es war zudem alles da was man braucht und Valentin war ein sehr hilfsbereiter und angenehmer Gastgeber. Wir waren absolut zufrieden ❤️

Very spacious flat in a great location. Two dedicated bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed. Sheets and bedding available for us to make up sofa bed. Excellent location and close to everything - no more than 5-10 mins flat walk to shops, bus, train station, restaurants. A really convenient base to explore the area. We did day trips to Hallstätt (20 mins on the train) and a day skiing at Dachstein west (40 mins directly on the bus). Stayed with my senior citizen mother and two sons, we all liked it.

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Vermieter waren Nett, haben stets schnell auf Fragen geantwortet und uns Empfelungen für Aktivitäten in der Nähe gegeben. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden.

Everything as in description. Great apartment

Wir haben in dem Apartment zu zweit mit Hund eine gute Woche verbracht. Rita hat uns nett begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Der Kontakt zu Stefanie war problemlos und nett. Der Ausblick aus dem Apartment ist toll. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gibt eine große Couch und einen schönen Holzesstisch. Die Betten sind bequem. Zu dieser Zeit im Jahr war es im Apartmenthaus sehr ruhig. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr günstig für viele schöne Ausflüge. Wir haben Schneeschuhtouren gemacht und Glück mit dem Wetter gehabt. Auch mit Hund sehr empfehlenswert. Unsere Hündin hat sich schnell wohl gefühlt. Einziges kleines Manko: In der sehr kleinen Toilette gibt es kein Waschbecken. Zum Händewaschen muss man ins Bad gehen. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft für zwei Personen sehr zu empfehlen.

Super komunikace s hostitelem, pěkné místo, utulný byteček, hezký výhled z balkónu... Za nás spokojenost!

Ubytování bylo krásně čisté a přesně jako na fotkách. Byli jsme naprosto spokojeni. Self check in a out bylo dobré z hlediska flexibility.

We have been very lucky. We loved Claudia and Claudia's apartment. It was perfect for us. Warm, cosy and with everything we needed. The village of Fuschl and the lake are delightful and well placed for trips around. Her recommendation to use the bus for Salzburg was a good idea. There is a bakery and a grocer just a few steps away. We can't wait to go back.

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Erwachsenen Kindern in der Ferienwohnung. Alles war perfekt organisiert, auch der kleine Shop im Eingangsbereich war klasse, das hatte zumindest das Niveau eines Budget Hotels. Wirklich top gemacht und alles bestens. Die Wohnung war ausgezeichnet ausgestattet und genau wie beschrieben. Was hier noch das absolute Sahnehäubchen wäre, wenn es vielleicht im Untergeschosseine Sauna oder einen Whirlpool gäbe, in dem man sich nach einem Skitag entspannen kann. Ansonsten alles bestens und wir kommen gerne wieder.

A comfortable, peaceful and spacious 1 bed flat with lounge-dining room and separate kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Awesome views of the mountains. Very convenient for Dachstein West ski area as the ski bus comes to the hotel building which the apartment is in. We loved being able to relax in the hotel saunas too. Gosau is pretty easy to get to by public transport. The journey from Salzburg airport was straightforward and daytrips to nearby beautiful Hallstatt and historic Bad Ischl were worthwhile. Would love to stay in this flat again!

Krásné, příjemné a čisté ubytování. Paní hostitelka byla velmi milá a nápomocná. Bazén byl mimo provoz, což byla škoda, ale jinak vše perfektní.

We had a great experience staying here. Alexandra and Filip are very welcoming and friendly hosts. They were quick to reapond to our messages and provided lots of helpful information about the place and surrounding areas. The view from their apartment is stunning and magical. The apartment has everything we could have asked for. They even have toys and games for the kids and our children had a great time playing with them. I would highly recommend this place for stay!
