Upper Carniola : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

The apartment location is absolutely brilliant. Everything is just around the corner - a walk by the promenade, great restaurants, groceries, bakeries, markets etc. The highlight of the apartment is of course, the terrace balcony. Brilliant views of the town and the sea. Alenka is ever so responsive and helpful as well. The apartment gets a bit cold but there is a mobile heater that makes it feel just right. Some bulbs and lights need fixing but apart from that, this is the apartment and location to be at. Piran felt extra special, thanks to this lovely apartment.

Stella est une hôte ultra sympathique et très consciencieuse. Elle était très réactive et aux petits soins. Elle a été très arrangeante avec nous et nous a permi de stocker nos bagages dans l’appartement après notre séjour. Le logement est idéalement situé : à 5mn à pied d’absolument tout ! —> lavomatik, grande place, église, restaurants, plages… Il contient tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et faire le ménage. Le seul point en moins : les lits qui n’étaient pas très confortables. Merci encore à Stella qui nous a fait passer un très bon séjour ❤️☺️

Emil’s place is less than a 10 minute walk up the hill from the beach resort hotels. It is surrounded by garden and is quiet. The apartment has a full kitchen and bath. The only drawback is the internet is weak resulting in buffering; and I needed to go up to the floor above to make phone calls. The place is spotless inside and out.

Wir wollten eine moderne, gepflegte, saubere und ordentliche Wohnung, und diese Wohnung war genau das, was wir wollten. Wir lieben es, morgens unseren Kaffee zu trinken und auf das Meer zu schauen, und das war diese Woche möglich. Der Umgang mit den Gastgebern hat uns Zuversicht und Sicherheit gegeben und wir sind dafür dankbar. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

L’appartement de Anna était une excellente découverte ! Il est idéalement situé pour profiter de Lignano (proche de la mer et des restaurants) tout en étant dans un quartier calme. Anna est une hôte tres accueillante, gentille et arrangeante. Nos échanges avec elle étaient sympathiques et clairs. Le logement était tres propre et pratique, il correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes ! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

Sehr gemütliche kleine Wohnung mit Charme. Dich die Lage im 5.Stock sehr hell und mit schönem Blick vom Balkon. Einziger kleiner Nachteil war eine Baustelle nebenan, aber die sollte hoffentlich bald vorbei sein.

Alberto ist ein toller Host, super hilfsbereit, sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in einer fantastischen Wohnung in einer herrlichen Umgebung. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der Privatstrand mit eigenen Liegen und Sonnenschirm und der Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer, auf dem man jeden Tag den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann.

Jovana was an absolute stellar host! We were allowed to check in early which made our check in experience easy. The apartment is super clean and in a great location with a modern feel. Thank you for hosting us and we will be staying again!

Sisters Simenc was wonderful. I liked the balance of being close enough to walk into town, but far enough away there wasn’t a lot of traffic. There’s also a bus stop nearby if you prefer to cut down on walking. We had a number of activities planned, and several of them were less than 10 minutes from the apartment (bike rental, boat rental, grocery store, restaurants). A couple of our plans required meeting at the main bus stop, which is either a lovely walk along the lake or a short bus trip (parking in Bled hard to find). Boris and Tatiana were very friendly, loaned us beach towels and made fresh bread almost every day and offered us some produce from their garden! The apartment was very clean and cozy, amazing water pressure in the shower, and we enjoyed cooling off in the air conditioning on hot days. We didn’t cook a lot, but for 2 people, the kitchen had everything we needed. We had the very best time and our accommodations were part of what made our trip so enjoyable!

Wir haben uns wirklich gleich sehr empfangen und wohl gefühlt in Zorans Unterkunft. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig - der perfekte Ort um zu entspannen und/oder Wanderungen zu unternehmen. Zudem gibt es einen Fluss direkt an der Unterkunft der im Sommer zum Baden einlädt. Die urige Wohnung ist mit einem Ofen, der finnischen Sauna und dem Whirlpool (den Zoran extra nochmal zur Verfügung gestellt hat - Danke!) ausgestattet. Auch wenn Zoran direkt unter der Wohnung wohnt, hat man genügend Privatsphäre. Er ist jedoch auch sehr hilfsbereit und steht gerne für Tipps oder wenn man etwas benötigt zur Verfügung. Istrija ist ca 15min mit dem Auto entfernt, dort gibt es Supermärkte und viele gute Restaurants. Auch eine alte Miene kann man besuchen. Wirklich ein toller Gastgeber in einer tollen Gegend, ich kann mir vorstellen nochmal zu hierhin zu kommen 🙂

This is a lovely Alpine cottage right in the middle of the village. Short walk to several bars and restaurants. The cottage is as described and very well equipped. Everythjng worked well. Brian is very helpful and responsive. I’d recommend this for a stay near the lake.

Amazing place to stay! We did the Corsa della Bora race which started in Barcola (400m away) so the location was ideal. 3 adults and one 2year old child. Rene had a bed available for the little one, towels, blankets, bed sheets etc. - everything available and clean. Could not have wished for more! We got sent the exact adress shortly before including pictures on where to get up - the flat is at the top of a couple stairs, can't see it from the road but Rene and his wife / son came down to help us carry lagguage and showed us around. Parking slots down by the road (no time limit, for free). Great place to stay for a city trip to Triest and around! Grazie per tutti, Rene!

Our stay at Natalija’s place was fantastic! The home was comfortable, and the quiet surroundings made it a perfect getaway. The location is unbeatable just a 5-minute drive from the Italian border and about 50 minutes from the beautiful BRDA wine region. There’s so much to explore nearby, making it an ideal spot for anyone looking for relaxation and adventure. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient base to explore the area!

Villa spacieuse, bien équipée. Décoration très sympa et propre. Bien placée.

Het huis van Baça is waarschijnlijk de beste plek die je kunt vinden als je in Piran wilt verblijven. Het huis is werkelijk prachtig gelegen op de heuvel van Fiesa, het uitzicht is onbetaalbaar en verveelt nooit. De tuin is groot en heel mooi aangelegd, met verschillende zitjes en een privépad naar het strand. Ook is het een groot voordeel dat je je auto voor de deur kunt parkeren. Het huis zelf is eenvoudig, maar schoon en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Binnen 15 minuten ben je lopend langs een mooi pad in het centrum van Piran, maar ook Portoroz is op loopafstand. We hebben Baça zelf niet ontmoet, maar de communicatie was vlekkeloos. We hebben genoten van onze week in Piran en komen graag terug!

We stayed at Thomas and Elizabeth’s place as my brother was competing in the Austrian Ironman. We rented the entire place as a family and it was perfect for our long weekend. Thomas and Elizabeth were incredibly helpful and kind - they even lent us extra tools to help with my brother’s bike set up so he was ready for the race. Their property has incredible views of the lake and mountains and was a perfect location for the race. Thank you so much!

I loooooove the apartment, it is absolutely fantastic!! Susy and her son, Francesco are absolutely wonderful, kind, super friendly and caring hosts. 🙏🏼 They gave me great tipps where to eat, what to visit... The apartment is close to the center of Triest , yet it is quiet and the terrace 🤩 It´s the second time i visited Triest and booked Susy´s apartment and I'm sure, it won't be the last. Thank you for a wonderful time. 🌸

Everything was fine. The appartment was clean and big enough. The location was great and directly next to the sea. Thx to Andrej for the proactive messaging and for his recommendations. It was overall a pleasent stay.

Sandro oferuje świetne miejsce do cudownego spędzania czasu. Widoki z uroczego tarasu poprawiają humor , czyściutki , dobrze wyposażony apartament doje komfort egzystencji. Jak lubisz spacery to możesz dostać zawrotu głowy od wyboru : Izola promenadką nad morzem , Koper publicznym "parkiem" aż po Stare Miasto, starówka... Nawet port w tle dodaje klimatu... Świetne miejsce . Sandro to szczęściarz... Żyć w takim miejscu ... Dlatego to taki sympatyczny facet....

Tolle & vorallem sehr saubere Unterkunft. Das Meer und Restaurants waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplatz vorhanden, finde ich wichtig wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Wir hatten zwei Hunde dabei & es war kein Problem, im Gegenteil Danilo war sehr freundlich. Auch Triest für einen Tagesausflug ist schnell zu erreichen. Würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen!

Abbiamo trovato Natasha e Samuele due splendide persone, vanno oltre le aspettative già dai primi contatti con Natasha; ti fanno sentire a casa con la loro accoglienza speciale e inattesa, anche con gesti e con doni di benvenuto inaspettati! Kit da bagno come nei resort, compreso di mascherine per dormire. Appartamento curato in ogni dettaglio e di ottimo gusto, sopratutto la camera da letto/soggiorno con finestrone vista mare. Ma anche la cucina super accessoriata gode della stessa vista per poter fare colazione o pranzare. Perfetto per due persone. Siamo rimasti in contatto con Natasha e Samuele nei giorni di permanenza ricevendo preziosi consigli e informazioni relative a attività e luoghi di interesse nei dintorni. Sicuramente torneremo e consigliamo! E cmq Trieste è una splendida città e si mangia e beve molto bene!

Die Unterkunft war einfach wunderschön und wir haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt! Unglaublich sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Katharina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar und kümmert sich um wirklich alles. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

L'appartamento è molto bello e posizionato in una posizione ottimale. Facile da trovare e comodo anche per il posto macchina nel garage. Dotato di tutto ciò che serviva, ed anche di più, incluso ciò che serve per un turista di passaggio. Veramente gentile e disponibile anche quando ho dovuto modificare la prenotazione per motivi personali sopraggiunti all'ultimo momento. Lo terrò presente anche per il futuro.

Ruhige, schöne Lage, zu Fuß ist man schnell am Strand oder in ca. 10 min. im historischen Zentrum. Die Wohnung mit 2 Balkonen (und Tiefgarage) enthält alles, was man braucht und ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Mojca hat uns bei der Ankunft kurz die Wohnung gezeigt und war dann bei Fragen immer sehr hilfsbereit, engagiert und freundlich, hat stets sofort reagiert - eine wirklich sehr nette Gastgeberin. Insgesamt ein Feriendomizil, das man gerne ein weiteres Mal besuchen möchte.
