We stayed here with our three children for a week while visiting family. It couldn't have been more perfect. Dawn was incredibly helpful and responsive. We felt very much at home there and it had everything we needed. It's a beautiful location too but must be even more lovely in the warmer months.

This house and vacation exceeded all of our expectations. We have been renting in LBI for the past 23 years and this by far was the most fantastic house. Marcee is a wonderful hostess! She and John are friendly, thoughtful, helpful. The house was immaculate and had everything a renter could ask for. We watched beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and fireworks from the rooftop deck, had wonderful dinners in the backyard under the pergola, and sat by the firepit. A block from the beach and on a bay block, location was fantastic. We made wonderful memories riding bikes, kayaking, and rested so comfortably in the home. We look forward to many more vacations at this beautiful property.

Such a lovely condo in a fantastic location! Roger's instructions were clear, the space was comfortable (2 bathrooms!), and we had a great time visiting family in Toms River while also enjoying Seaside/Lavalette. It was rainy during our trip, but the view from the covered balcony was still beautiful! The easy parking was a huge plus too. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time! It was so nice being able to have everything we needed for our young children. They loved all the toys and the fenced in back yard. We were able to walk around to all the local restaurants and loved being so close to the beach! The beds were very comfortable, and the heating worked great. We will certainly look to book here again soon.

Our stay at Sharone's was absolutely wonderful through and through! This space is a gem! Conveniently located from both the boardwalk and the beach, the space itself was tidy, full of amenities, and the perfect escape to reset after several hours on the beach, before heading out to experience the nightlife in the evening. Sharone was attentive and considerate, offering wonderful suggestions and recommendations, and eager to see that we were comfortable, happy, and looked after on our stay. Our trip was pleasure and we will absolutely book again. Thank you, Sharone for your hospitality!

Mikes place was perfect for a few days in Seaside! Very clean, close walking distance to the boardwalk, and a quick drive to neighboring areas! We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay! The house was stunning, close to the beach and the boardwalk. Mike met us at the house and showed us the house and the surroundings. We left a cell phone at house and checked prior to realizing it was still in there. Mike was actually out of the country and was doing his best to get the cell phone mailed to us. Much appreciated! Would love to stay again.

Our stay at Karl’s lovely house near Bluemountain Resort was wonderful! Firstly, the design of the house is fantastic and perfectly suited for two families with kids. The layout provided ample space for everyone, allowing us to enjoy both togetherness and privacy when needed. The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home, and the cleanliness of the property was truly commendable. We also appreciated the unique displays throughout the house; they added a charming touch and made our stay feel even more special. It’s clear that you put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming environment. Overall, our experience was wonderful, and we would happily recommend your Airbnb to others. we had a fantastic time, the place was exactly as described and the host was amazing and responsive. Traveling with a small child always presents its own difficulties and having such a clean, cozy place near all the sights was perfect to accommodate a child's hunger and nap needs between fun times on the boardwalk/beach. Private off-street parking was so convenient since we didn't have to worry about stowing our car and we could walk everywhere. Would recommend if you're looking for a short getaway.
