The place was even better than expected and the response was quick, polite and helpful. They seem to take pride in making the experience exceptional.

Kyle's condo was neat and clean. Plenty of amenities included. Kyle was quick to respond to messages. Nice being on the 1st floor overlooking the lake and watching the nightly lighted fountain display on the lake. Short walk across the road to Pineapple Willy's restaurant and the beach. Disappointed the roof top pool was closed during our stay but it was no fault of Kyle. Beautiful views from the 21st floor walkways.

Dave's place was in an amazing location. The neighborhood is beautiful, and I felt very safe walking around the area. You cannot beat the proximity to the beach and it is walkable to area restaurants and coffee shops. The pool and hot tub area is so relaxing and very well maintained. Could the condo use a little TLC? Sure, but for the price in this area, you cannot beat it! We will definitely return!

The house is spacious, kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. The rooms were set up nicely and everything was comfortable. The beach view and walking across the street to access it- amazing! We paid to have the pool heated and used it some each day! We also heavily used the hot tub! It was a great and inviting house to spend time in. The swing and view from the upstairs patio were also fantastic!!!

We visit the Sunnyside - Laguna - PCB area 2-3 times a year and have for the past five years, and this was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. The golf cart was a huge bonus, making it super convenient to get around. We also really appreciated the attention to detail—especially the Mochamaster automatic pour-over coffee machine. It’s always a treat when hosts appreciate good coffee! The backyard was incredibly private, peaceful, and beautiful. The hot tub was another amazing perk. Since the beach was a little too cold during our stay, we ended up spending most of our time in the backyard, and honestly, we didn’t feel like we were missing out on anything. It was the perfect place to relax. We hope to come back soon!

The Bnb was very great, gave us everything we needed and more. Very quite neighborhood and not far from the beach and local attraction,will definitely recommend others for the stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and perfectly situated in PCB. You get a taste of the beach but not the crowd! I can’t wait to return. Don’t miss out on booking this place! Worth every penny.

We loved our stay at this carriage house. It fit my husband, our toddler, and myself perfectly. The location is unbeatable, situated between Alys and Rosemary so all of the restaurants and shopping was walkable! The pool and beach were beautiful and also easy to get to. We hope to be back again!

This was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in! Everything was close my boys and mom loved the pool, I was able to cook for my family with no problem. The entire house was clean and I definitely loved all 3 small bags with all of our needs (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, lip palm ect)

Host is awesome, super communicative. The neighborhood is quiet and only a short walk to the beach and resturants. The place was clean and had lots of extra amenities to support your stay and time at the beach.

What a tremendous value! Super clean and perfectly equipped. Almost immediate responses. Walking distance to beach and easy access to 30a for golf cart or bicycle ride. I also left behind a small designer handbag and they sent it right back to me so I also very much appreciate the honesty. Overall had a quick but beautiful stay and hope to come back soon! Host was very responsive and helpful. We were indecisive on how long we were staying and she helped accommodate us on short notice. Initially had issues with lock but she resolved this within minutes. Plenty of space for us and so close to the beach. Would love to stay here again!

We had the best week at Dawn and Mike’s place. For starters, communication was great! We loved the private beach and that the chairs and umbrella were set up for us beach-side every morning. You can’t beat the location- it’s between rosemary and seaside so you can bike a few miles either way to get to hot spots. Lots of good restaurants around too! We felt truly relaxed here and can’t wait to come back.

Our first time on AirBnb and I have to say the experience was amazing. The Beach view with morning coffee was so relaxing. The condo was nice, clean and furnished. The Washer and dryer was a plus, condo felt vary welcoming. We look forward to future reservations with Nik! I highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointment.

Beautiful condo and the views were amazing!! Floor to ceiling windows in the master bedroom for the perfect views! The condo was clean and modern compared to many of the other listings in the building. We were very pleased and would definitely return!

Even better than expected! A gorgeous view, very clean, spacious, friendly staff, great amenities. Utilized the kitchen and also enjoyed some area restaurants. Joseph is an excellent host and very responsive. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay. Would absolutely stay again!

Jodie was very kind and helpful. The place was clean and spacious. We didn’t feel cramped at all, and it was a perfect place to relax in the evenings. It’s very close the beach, and the complex felt safe.

This place was amazing! Absolutely beautiful, even more spacious then shown in the pictures, and had more than enough room for our group. John went above and beyond, providing bath towels, beach towels, chairs, etc. Overall amazing stay, the location was pristine, walkable to basically anywhere and right across from the beach.
