Absolutely wonderful abode to relax and unwind in! We came in during Hurricane Milton and Jenny’s home couldn’t have been a better reprieve for everyone to find serenity. Perfect for adults and children, beautiful, cozy decor and comfy couches! Beds made for an iconic’s night sleep and an enticing, claw-foot bathtub called my name after a long day out-and-about. We spent every night by the fire pit making S’mores with the kiddos and enjoying the cool, evening breezes. The space was ideal for five adults and two kids, with room to spare! Neighbors were also very friendly and walking distance from the Bayou and oyster bar and grill. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend!! Jenny was also a fantastic host and very responsive with any need.

This place was phenomenal! I truly appreciate Heather with her assistance in making my daughter’s birthday vacation a success! She was super responsive, she provided helpful recommendations and the home was pristine! She even added such a sweet detail of hanging a birthday banner for my daughter as well as letting us check-in early. This experience was a 10/10!

We had a great stay at Todd’s house. The kids enjoyed the decorations, bunk beds, and loved the pool. The heater on the pool was nice to have! The beach was a 3 minute walk. Appreciate that they were very responsive when we had any questions.

Our family including two children enjoyed a great week at the bungalow. The house is in a great location, a quick walk to the gorgeous (and non-crowded) beach, a manageable walk to Alys or longer one to Rosemary for restraints and shopping. We loved all the extras like the ping pong table, outdoor games, and bikes. The pool got great sun if desired most of the day and wa sa good size for us to cool off. Aimee was very helpful and proactive in offering recommendations and trying to be extra accommodating. Would stay again!

We had an awesome time at the Mystic Beach House in Panama City Beach! The property was immaculate, just steps from a pristine, quiet beach, and had all the amenities a family needs like a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of beach towels/gear, and comfortable living areas. Hosts Kelly and Sandy were incredibly responsive and friendly. We highly recommend this beachfront rental for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Jennifer’s place was a great place for a family with kids to relax and enjoy private swimming pool & hot-tub with wonderful lounge chairs & a tiki garage with video games for the kids. The open living room dining was spacious for six people . The bedrooms had their own smart TVs . The public access beach was across the street with reasonable beach chair rentals. The golf cart which was rented separately was a great way to get to the beach and restaurants in the area. Great location to get to all restaurants and activities. We will definitely rent again!

Place is clean, host is very good and enjoyed the home however it’s not walkable to beach or restaurants..

we had some issues, but the host was quick to deal with any issues we had and thoroughly explained why the issues occurred and immediately took care of the issues at hand. the property was beautiful and I will be booking again over and over. all issues were resolved same day. but we fell In love with the property and how close it was to everything we wanted to do. we go to PCB multiple times a year and I can only hope and pray that this property is available every single time we choose to book. wonderful host, wonderful property.

Was exactly what the listing said and was a very nice getaway not far from PCB but far enough to feel like we were secluded in a lowkey area :)

Can’t wait to go back to Kathryn and Ron’s property. Was such an amazing weekend, they are an amazing persons and very gentle with us. The food was delicious and made by Kathryn, I loved the boat ride with Ron; husband and I were amazed by the Choctawhatchee river. For sure we will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Marianne was a great host, super responsive and friendly! We had one extremely minor issue during our stay and it was taken care of and fixed within 10 minutes. It’s dog friendly which was great for us to bring our three pups along with us, my husband and 4yr son caught tons of fish off the dock in the backyard as well as a few crabs. We drove to Destin/Miramar everyday and it wasn’t a bad ride at all. The place was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Very cozy and peaceful, we used the giant hot tub a few times and it was wonderful both with and without the heat on! We will absolutely be staying here again for our future Florida endeavors!

Patsy’s cottage is exactly how it is posted. It is spacious and welcoming. We especially enjoyed spending time on the beautiful front porch. Our five weeks were extremely enjoyable and relaxing. We really hope to go back one day. Both hosts, Barbara and Chuck,really deserve to be called super hosts!

Great setup for my family. Essentially 3 separate apartments joined by a common hallway. Only thing missing was some good kitchen utensils but who wants to cook all the time when you're on vacation anyways.
