Absolutely stunning house first time in Martinborough and we enjoyed every minute of it. It was picturesque and luxurious and worth the amount we paid for it. The hosts were amazing and made sure that our stay was very comfortable and that we had no issues. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone that is looking for a quiet weekend away. The location was amazing as well as it is very close to a lot of the wineries.

We loved our stay in Diane’s house - the house was beautiful, the spa was exquisite and the location was perfect: within walking distance of the main township and also super quiet! Diane was a great host, easy communication and very welcoming. Would recommend this place to anyone coming to martinborough :)

An amazing place to stay, recommended to all! Perfect for a family of four. The location is really close to the beach, it’s nice and peaceful and they offer a bunch of items like bodyboards and balls etc to use at the beach. We will definitely be making another booking to stay there in the future.

Well kitted out, lovely place to stay!

Sarah was the most responsive and thoughtful host for her beautiful, lakeside getaway. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, the home was immaculate and the views of the lake and proximity to restaurants, tours and cafes was perfect. The fireplace and the hot tub only added to the relaxation and serenity. The cable car was a unique touch! Highly recommend for your Wellington getaway!

A lovely house with great indoor and outdoor areas. The house had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing weekend including a hot tub, pool table and darts. We took advantage of the local bike trails too. Fantastic!

Good communication all the way. I was given a room that was available within their abode. The room met my needs. The bed was more comfy than my own and very warm for Wellington. Nice big house that you shared with her whanau but we were never in each other's way. Enjoyed my short stay. Thanks Zoe and Leo, and to Leo for dropping me off at the airport.

Mens place was great! He was super responsive and his roommate was helpful. He gave us great tips and is super close to a bus stop.

We honestly can't rate this place highly enough, it was a stunning location which felt a million miles from anywhere, but was so accessable to all the local amenities. Wish we could have stayed longer! Bradley very kindly let us have a late check out so we could soak up the peace and tranquility that little bit longer! The property is done beautifully, and has everything you need including games, books, a walk on the property, the spa, and we didn't even notice the lack of WiFi, we were too busy switching off and enjoying the place! Perfect break away and will definitely be back!

From a host perspective, Huong was very responsive, flexible and accommodating to our needs. We had a group of 10 staying at this location and it was unique and allowed us to stay together for a family wedding. In general, the place was as described. There were a handful of maintenance and cleaning items that could have been improved, but these did not distract from our stay at all. We had a large group and the garbage/recycling was a bit of a challenge without a vehicle the first few days, but we managed that too. The home is distinct and one of a kind, with rich history. The long drive was a great test for us and Uber drivers alike!! The grounds provide its own opportunity to explore and do some hiking and such. The views are incredible. I appreciate the opportunity to stay here. I understand the property remains for sale and look forward to see how this unfolds.

Great spot for a weekend getaway with friends - spa pool was excellent!

Sonia was an amazing host and human being!! I felt instantly at home, and she truly cares about her guests! She checked me in, gave me a run-through, and every detail has been accounted for--even the lights that are motion sensored when I had to walk to the restroom in the night! She was friendly and available, and also gave me privacy--the perfect combination. Her home is amazingly located--right outside of the business of the city, but a close drive, about 10 minutes. Close to restaurants, attractions, and the city centre. THE HOT TUB was incredible, as well as the indoor heating when needed! Her decor was amazing, everything was ultra clean, and I felt like family being there! I would 10/10 recommend and would love to stay in Sonia's home again one day!!

Awesome Spot to get away and relax the bath tub is amazing on a nice still night! waking up to the deer in the morning was spectacular ! Would stay again.
