Enjoyed this home away from home in Bed Stuy. It's tough finding such spacious accommodations in the city and the home had plenty of space and amenities for our little family.

This place was amazing. Such a great neighborhood and so charming. Would absolutely stay again.

My daughter arrived first, Martha had communicated to me that a ETA would help so they would be available to let us in and give us the keys, anyway I forgot to tell my daughter that part and Martha’s husband was prompt in meeting up without prior notice. The place was spotless, adorable and perfect for us. Parking wasn’t terrible, a couple times around the block and we found spots, walking around felt safe, car was safe. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the kid downstairs running back and forth at 11:30-12am, it’s bad when you can hear it over the tv, and we were trying to be quiet and mindful of them, no fault of the hosts but a bit annoying! All in all, great stay.

This is by far the best place I've stayed in Brooklyn. Perfect in every way — great location, cool vibe, lots of space, comfortable & clean, and didn't have any issues whatsoever. Next time I visit, this is the place I'm gonna stay at again!

Richard is a fantastic host. We loved his house it was beautiful and exquisitely designed. The house is homely and tastefully decorated. It had a well equipped kitchen for my kids allergies. The heating was excellent as we had a very cold spell. My kids even enjoyed the piano that was there. The house is located close to subway. It feels very residential. Unfortunately due to unexpected events we only stayed 3/7 days but it was still a beautiful house to stay in. I would highly recommend Richard. He was helpful and responsive all the time.

Elizabeth’s home is a unique and memorable experience! Its about 20 mins walk to the subway or a few minutes by car. Once you arrive, you will feel very much part of the family - the space is on the third floor of her building and shared with her sons. Its a gorgeous old brownstone with charming vintage character, complete with an eclectic mix of family furniture and décor, like generations of National Geographic magazines! Because of the setup, youll be able to hear other conversations and comings and goings, but that didnt bother us at all! Elizabeth is a highly attentive host who takes her house rules seriously—she provides a comprehensive list to ensure nothing is missed. She's also very generous with her time, and you may find yourself enjoying extended conversations on a wide range of topics, from the Black Lives Matter movement to her reasons for supporting Donald Trump. All in all, a stay that offers both character and conversation.

Good space for group of 5-9 people. Harlem location is north of main city sights, but easily reachable via subway. Only downside was very active heavy construction of new building across the street, usually starting at 7am on weekdays, which shakes the entire street. I’m sure this is short term, but be aware if staying there.

This location was absolutely wonderful. My wife and I stayed here with our six children and it could not have gone better. What struck us immediately, and repeatedly, was how well put together the entire townhome was. It felt cozy and comfortable and a lot of care went into every detail. The ownership was so friendly and helpful and we could go on and on about how great everything was. The location is great. Easy access to public transportation. Honestly, if I could give this place six stars I would. We have stayed at our share of short-term rentals and this place was far and away the best we’ve ever attended. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking to stay in Manhattan.

Space was exactly what I needed for the the amount of people we had. It was clean and modern inside. Parking was a breeze except having to move the car in the morning on Saturdays for street cleaning.

This was a comfortable space for my daughter and I to stay while visiting in Bushwick. The door code didn’t match what we had been told, but Joanna responded immediately when I sent a message.

Donna’s place was exactly as described! The setup was very nice with the kitchen, living room and a half bath on the main floor and 3 separate bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. Place was very clean and beds were comfortable. Donna was very responsive when I asked her some questions about things to do and her dinner recommendation was amazing! The only negatives were that the surrounding area was not great and it was a little dicey walking back from the train late at night. The shower was a little hard to figure out but that could have just been us! I would definitely stay here again!

Our first time staying in Bay Ridge and this was the ideal location. You can easily walk to whatever you need or hop on the subway. The neighborhood is very quiet. The apartment is spacious and clean and the host was responsive to all our needs. Highly recommend.

The home is really nice and cozy and the fact that it's located so close to the airport is a huge bonus. Would absolutely consider staying here again when visiting the area in the future!

Alice was great and very responsive when we had any questions. The property is well maintained and kept clean. Will definitely recommend if you doing something in the area.

Now's place was fantastic ; it was a great location in Harlem with easy access to the metro as well as many good options for eating and grocery shopping. The place was spacious, well organized and each bedroom has loads of space. The bathrooms were clean and functional. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need and the host even left all the basics like coffee, spices, some cereals for ex. While we did not get to use the outside terrace because of some rain, it looked so appealing so we will have to come back to give it a try ! The host was already very responsive and flexible. Thanks again Moe !

Dennis's place is the real deal. What you see is what you get. It's a beautiful brownstone and peaceful at night. Transportation options into the touristy parts of Manhattan are plentiful. Amazing local, black owned chocolate shop nearby, which was recommended by the host. We bought so much chocolate there it was ridiculous. Easily housed our party of eight and took advantage of the amenities (washer and dryer in the unit). Sitting out on the balcony was beautiful in the morning - hearing all the birds singing was a plus. I would recommend Dennis's listings.

Loved this Airbnb! So many great design elements, and great location - fun to leave and fun to come back!

We absolutely loved staying at Christinas place over Christmas. The house is as gorgeous as it looks and we felt right at home. The train station and ferry are in walking distance and great restaurants are just around the corner.

Had an extended stay here and it was delightful! Lukman was really responsive and check in was easy. Plenty of space and had everything you could need. Cant recommend enough!

Richard’s place was exactly what we needed as it was located in close proximity to my daughter’s place whom I was visiting. It is also very close to the metro station and conveniently located close to local cafes, as well as Brooklyn museum and a fantastic park. The suite had everything we needed for a week stay. Richard was easy to communicate with and very responsive, he gladly adjusted the thermostat and hot water for us which we very much appreciated. One thing to note, you will not be able to lock your space, I understand it’s due to the regulations, could be an issue for some. We’d love to come back the next time visiting my daughter. Thank you!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de John. La maison est très agréable, spacieuse, les lits sont très confortables, et c'est surtout extrêmement calme. Nous avons très bien dormi après nos journées passées dans le centre New-York. Nous avions loué une voiture donc nous nous rendions chaque matin au ferry de Staten Island (10 min en voiture et 16 dollars de parking par jour sauf le dimanche ou c'est gratuit) mais il y a également un bus a proximité du logement qui vous emmène au ferry, puis 25 min de traversée jusqu'à Manhattan. C'était très pratique. Je recommande complètement ce logement si vous souhaitez être au calme mais pas trop loin du centre.

Very nice appartment, well equiped, very well located close to a Subway station. Family-friendly, I recommend!
