En 5 minutos estás en el centro de la ciudad con una parada de bus frente al depto. Hermoso lugar

Alan is a top notch Airbnb owner. He responds very quickly and is very accommodating. I had to change dates and edit my reservation and it was done within 10 minutes. We loved staying at KD's place! The pathway along the river is very pretty and the view across of Manhattan is stunning! There was plenty of room for the 3 of us, place was stylish and comfortable. Walking distance to great restaurants and the ferry, train and buses to get across the river. Highly recommend staying here, thank you!

Anelisse was a wonderful host! My plans suddenly changed and I was unable to go, but my daughter and her friends stayed. Anelisse was very understanding and accommodating. She was also very thorough and communicative with check in and stay information. Would definitely book with her again in the future!

Great spot with an amazing view, plus parks, spas, and a nice plaza close by. Overall, a great stay! The host was super responsive and always tried to help. The only hiccup was that it was freezing the first couple of days, but things warmed up eventually—mostly thanks to the weather. BUT if you’re driving, never block the downstairs garage, even for a quick drop-off. The neighbor downstairs is not friendly and actually threatened to call the cops when I was just dropping off food for my mom. There was literally nowhere else to park, so I left a quick note, but still—no luck. To avoid the hassle, get a visitor pass—the process is super easy, just five blocks away. And make sure to come back earlier than 10 pm, that way you can find some street parking.

This gem felt like home! Soon as you walk in you can feel the beautiful vibrant energy. It was very clean and had everything you want/need. It’s walkable to everything! Community Park down the road is so peaceful. Vlad was awesome! He communicated very well and helped me out weeks before I even flew in and the whole time I was there. Will be back Vlad! Great location, right in town. This is a very cute house and perfect for two couples. The bedrooms each have attached private beths. Everything was spotless. We've stayed in Carolyn's places many times and she is a great communicator, resourceful local guide and excellent trouble shooter if you ever have an issue.

John’s place is absolutely amazing. The location is perfect! It’s at the entry to the beach and walking distance to fun surf shops, coffee shops, happening restaurants, stop and shop and even a Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s easy to ride into the city. The ferry was our favorite part of every trip to and from manhattan! The place is super spacious and comfortable. John is friendly and helpful and gave us tips for local restaurants and even suggested what ended up being our favorite - sunset trips on the ferry! He was extremely responsive and available if needed for anything. I can’t wait to come back with the family. We had the best time and John and his place were vital to that experience!

Das Apartment hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt. Das Bett war wahnsinnig bequem, sodass ich sehr gut schlafen konnte. Natürlich ist der Weg nach Manhattan hinein von Rockaway Beach aus nicht der Kürzeste, das war mir aber von vornherein klar. Innerhalb von 75 Minuten war ich „mitten drin“, ob ich mit der Bahn oder mit dem Schiff gefahren bin. Supermarkt und das empfehlenswerte „Restaurant“ sind auch fußläufig (5 Minuten) erreichbar. Auch als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich in der Gegend sicher gefühlt. Dass man innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß bei schönstem Wetter am Strand war, hat das Ganze noch abgerundet.

The place is beautiful specially for night city view . Quite place . House is very clean everything and host is very friendly and respectful and responsible. I recommend it’s best for summer because you can enjoy river view on board and fresh air . Winters it’s very cold for close to river for air . We had fun and we enjoyed. Pretty quiet place. Lovely . It was a warm and cozy place, with bus stop around 20 steps, it was really easy to get to NYC PA bus terminal via 127 NJ Transit bus Place was clean and rooms were spacious felt right at home. Also Taco Bell is the nearest fast food restaurant if anyone wants to grab a quick bite. It’s walkable

Michelle’s place was absolutely adorable! I really felt relaxed and comfortable. I slept well in the bed. The amenities in the kitchen were perfect for a short stay and the lake was lovely.

This was a wonderful place to stay with my family. It’s only 20 minutes from the ferry if you’re planning to go to New York. The location is surrounded by all the stores you could possibly need. The yard is enormous, which was a pleasant surprise. Although it’s too cold to go swimming, the beach is within walking distance.

This house has a river view which I liked the most. Because the land is so big, I feel I am in a forest next to a river with quiet and private environment. The owner is great and responded in no time. I will refer to my friends.

My girlfriend and I spent an amazing winter holiday in these apartments while visiting NYC. The location is very convenient: a bus stop is right outside the door, and it takes only about 20-25 minutes to get to Manhattan by bus. Estefany and her mother, Athia, are some of the kindest and most hospitable people we’ve ever met – always friendly and incredibly responsive. The apartments provided the perfect place to relax after long days of walking through the bustling city. Thanks to our wonderful hosts, our trip was truly memorable. Highly recommend!

The condo is spectacular and the host was very gracious and helpful! Note: there are alot of stairs to climb. We were unaware of this prior to checking in and my mother was unable to make it up the stairs due to her recent hip surgery. So please note there are stairs and it's not handicapped accessible. Great location for a short stay in NYC. Lots of things to do in the area. Easy access to underground and other transportation

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

We had a fantastic 5-day stay at Clarissa and Hector’s lovely apartment. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and accommodating—truly wonderful hosts who made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for us: just a short distance from the city, but quiet and peaceful, which was exactly what we needed. One morning, my son used a little too much brute force trying to lock the door and unfortunately broke the key in the lock. Clarissa and Hector were so understanding and cool about it—no stress at all—and had a new key for us the very next day. Their kindness and laid-back approach really stood out. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting NYC, and we’ll absolutely be back next time we’re in town!

The apartment is located in a perfect location, close to the Hudson River with amazing views across to the manhattan skyline. Transport links were great too - we were able to get across to manhattan for all the sightseeing trips we had booked quickly and smoothly. AJ was an excellent host. Very quick to respond and so helpful with our enquiries. All his responses and instructions were very clear. We would recommend this property to friends and family.

So clean. Felt right at home! Bed time was super comfy. I loved the fire place and smart tv. Such a cozy stay!
