Thank you for a wonderful stay! Plenty of space for our group. Beautiful master suite. We enjoyed all the amenities. Mattresses are very firm, plenty of seating/couches and the kitchen is well stocked. Memorable weekend with my girls!!

Very beautiful and spacious home, was able to accommodate 12 people without feeling cramped. Also responsive and helpful with anything we needed.

Absolutely stunning home with tons of space and incredible water views! I stayed here with my bridal party for two days surrounding my wedding. The rooms were plenty and spacious. The location was perfect, a super convenient <10 minute drive from my wedding venue. My bridesmaids and I especially appreciated all the vanity spaces for getting ready. The photographers who took photos of us getting ready couldn't get over the scenery. Everyone raved about the home for days afterward! Steve and Julie were extremely responsive and friendly. The only (very minor) downside was the parking - the shared driveway space made things a bit cramped for the amount of guests the home is able to host, but it was hardly an inconvenience. Being pet-friendly is a huge plus. My friends and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay at the Arlington home :) everything was great, lots of space in the house, well decorated and beautiful. The game room was nice downstairs for our little one. All the rooms were very nice!! It was close to many great restaurants and things to do. Parking was very easy with the spots in the back of the house. Would for sure stay here next time we are in town :)

Vik’s home in DuPont circle was large enough to accommodate our family during our stay in Washington D.C. . The property had certain upscale features which elevated the simplicity of the environment and really made us very comfortable. Our children were able to have calm nights of rest as our days were rather full of activity. The home is in walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. It is located in the LGBTQ+ district, which should be considered as far as shopping and restaurant options are concerned. Overall the home felt safe and well-appointed, and we were able to enjoy our stay.

This beautifully restored home with its many amenities is in a great location and neighborhood near bus and subway transit stops--perfect for a family wishing to explore Washington's many cultural and culinary offerings, and not have to drive everywhere to enjoy them.

Daniel’s place was absolutely perfect for our bachelor trip! The house had tons of space, all the right amenities, and was exactly as advertised. The location was super convenient, close to MGM National Harbor and DC, which made getting around easy. But honestly, the best part was Daniel himself. Any time I had a question (even super late at night), he responded within minutes and was always super friendly and helpful. You can tell he really cares about making sure his guests have a great stay. If you’re planning a bachelor party or just need a great spot for a group, this place is a no-brainer. Awesome house, even better host, highly recommend!

The house was exactly as described. Beautiful neighborhood right near the water. The amenities were up-to-date. Just perfect for my family visit. Leida was very responsive to all questions.

We had the most beautiful Thanksgiving gathering at Casey’s Porch on the bay for an extended family reunion. The house is lovely - spacious, gorgeous and cozy at the same time. The views on the water were amazing. There were plenty of beds and ‘hang out’ spots for our tweens and teens, and 3 private baths for the adult couples were much appreciated. And our hosts could not have been more helpful and friendly. Thank you for giving us this opportunity to make more happy memories together!

This home is worth it just for the beautiful views of the Chesapeake bay! It was a gorgeous space with plenty of seating for our family vacation. The master bedroom and bathroom were also a highlight for us. The large soaking tub fits two and the shower was amazing. It being winter we couldn’t make use of the kayaks but we loved the hot tub and there is a lovely park walking distance from the house. We drove into Annapolis and also spent a day in Baltimore as the house is in a great spot for driving to either. Can’t wait to check this place out in the summer!

JCS Farms was a great place to stay in the greater Washington DC area. It is away from the hustle, but close enough for a drive down I66 to the National Mall and all the attractions. There was plenty of room for the six people we had. I appreciated that all the fixtures were labeled so there was no hunting around for the correct light switch or kitchen utensils. Our host was very communicative taking us through the check-in, check-out, and all the stuff in between.

The house was spacious, cozy, and felt like a true home away from home. One of the best surprises was the large collection of jigsaw puzzles — we had so much fun working on them during our stay! A wonderful place to relax and unwind.

If you want to get away from the city (DC, VA, MD) and want to feel country living and get away from the hustle and bustle of work and life, you have to come here! This farmhouse is a hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by its charm. The 4 cozy bedrooms are beautifully decorated, each with its own personality and a touch of antique elegance. The attention to detail throughout the house is impeccable. Outside, the farm animals—ducks and goats—add to the experience, while the old barn gives the place an authentic feel. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, flooded with natural light, perfect for cooking and gathering. We loved the peaceful pond with fire pits (can’t wait to use them next time!). With board games, serene surroundings, and so much charm, this place is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back in the spring or summer! Thank you so much for hosting us! What a beautiful experience we had!

I loved my stay here and wish we could have stayed longer. Chrissy and Lee were super responsive and helpful when I needed something. This location of perfect. It was just close enough to everything without being in the middle of it all. Plenty of street parking to go along with a dedicated spot in the driveway. When I come back to DC, I hope to be able to stay here again!

Patti was an amazing host. She made sure that we had everything we need and she went the extra mile providing toys for our toddler. The house was beautiful. Very peaceful neighbourhood and you can just walk to the beach where you can find nice restaurants and a playground. Perfect getaway for families. And the heated pool is the icing on the cake

House owners were extremely responsive and informative. House was well stocked , and a great location and view made the stay even better.

The location was amazing with the pool and the waterfront. The grandkids loved fishing and swimming. Couple observations: The lawn service came when we were there but only mowed the lawn and did not mow around the pool. No edging or weeding was done in the landscaping Pool service came when we were there and was great Garbage pick up came and pulled all the way down the driveway which was great Bathrooms could use some love. Oven could also use some love I would recommend taking bottle water and ice if you have a large group. We made a few runs to the General Store and Safeway. All in all we would give it 5 stars. Patricia and Guillaume’s home and the grounds are absolutely lovely. Huge floor to ceiling windows out to the large yard in back. Big kitchen, great patio for barbequing, amazing pool with all the chairs, loungers, and floaties you need. Ping pong, pool table, comfortable, super clean, and really felt like you were invited into someone’s special place. This home is even better than what the photos and listing describe. The hosts are friendly, helpful, gracious, and excellent communicators. Highly recommend.

This is the second year that we’ve stayed and I have nothing but good things to say about the property and the hosts. Always great experience, house is always spotless, the hosts are always responsive and the location for us was perfect. Thank you!

Two words: simply amazing! I spent a birthday party here with friends and everyone loved having their own rooms, all the different spaces in the house, and the beautiful space outside the house. The host was extremely responsive, thoughtful, and helpful. Would stay again!
