I can’t recommend Bridget’s place enough! My family and I came up to st ignace for a UP get away weekend and this was the perfect way to spend time together in the evening while also having privacy. The location is walking distance to Sheplers which was so convenient for getting to Mackinac island. The space itself is roomy, clean and gives you a beautiful view of Lake Huron. Bridget is also a prompt, clear and thoughtful host. If we ever get the chance, we will absolutely be staying with Bridget again in the future!

Very cute basement apartment. It was clean and spacious. We like the area that it is in - close to restaurants, cafes, and small shops.

Stay was great, last minute weekend trip. Apartment was cheaper than local hotels…. Location is right on the main strip walking distance to restaurants and shops. Worked for what we needed.

Great place to stay in the Houghton area. Had a blast from the past with all of the vhs tapes, ended up watching a few movies on a lazy night. Dave and Linda were both very nice and gave plenty of privacy.

The lake view and peaceful setting were great. We went out in the canoe and we were the only ones on the water. Also, loved the jacuzzi!

Our family had a great time. It was plenty of room for our family of 6. The place was clean and an easy drive into town for venturing out or groceries. We spent most of our time at the cabin. The lake was a little mucky but that didn’t seem to bother my kids. I would definitely stay again. The only things were that I wish I would have known they didn’t have kids size life jackets - not a huge deal though. The other was that the boats weren’t in the best shape. The spiders had taken them over so it took a couple hours to get them cleaned out and set up. Other then that, it was a nice quiet lake with a ton of deer around. We all had a great time.

We had a great stay in Boyne Falls! Our group came to ski/board and the house was so accessible to the mountain. A quick 4 minute drive got us to the parking lots where the resort had shuttles constantly circulating so you didn't have to walk with your gear (but even if you did, it was VERY short!). We had lots of room for 8 adults to spread out. The house had so much space for our gear as well. Walkable to Betty's for breakfast and the EZ Mart convenience store. Thanks again, Carrie & team! We will be back!

Great spot in the woods even if only for a quick stay.

Beautiful home. Our first impression was jaw dropping, just like the photos. Towels, dish soap, hand soap, paper products supplied and large enough to host two large families with grown children. Kitchen had many supplies and two large refrigerators. Fire pit large enough to sit most of our guests. Walking distance to a few restaurants. Driving distance to Saint Germain and Minocqua. Would consider coming back in the fall of 2025.

Wonderful place for the right price! We’ve stayed here for the last 5 years under various owners/hosts via AirBnB and it’s always been perfect. Great rates under the new owner and a huge space, especially if it’s just a couple like us. Great private pool for this building that we never had to share and right next to the Lakeview hotel and Shanty Bar for food and drinks. Huge points for the wood burning fireplace and abundance of firewood. Host is responsive, but also left us completely alone unless we reached out which we appreciate. 10/10 would stay again! Best AirBnB on Shanty Creek Property!

The location makes all of downtown Traverse City walkable. Groceries, entertainment, the river and the bay all easy to get to. It's a wonderful space. Parking can get tight.

We were looking last minute to go to Boyne for the weekend with just 4 of us but by the time we arrived we had 4 young Children and 3 more adults. The place was perfect for our crew. Everyone slept well and the location was great as it was walking distance to the hill. Thanks Carrie for being so flexible and hospitable for our stay. We will be back!

We had a great time and the location was perfect! Walkable to the ski slopes gave us the flexibility to come and go as we needed! Great space to hang out after a long day of skiing and full kitchen made meals easier! Had a wonderful time and would recommend!

Surprisingly quiet area given proximity to hospital. Walkable to downtown.

Carrie was extremely accommodating and very easy to get ahold of. I highly recommend staying at this location it was an easy walk to stores and restaurants!
