Perfect little house to stay at while visiting my family! Everything I needed for the 2 days I was up north. Very accommodating.

I've been coming to Howard's cabin with friends for 5 years now. The place is always great and Howard is very helpful! We hope to be back again next year!

What a beautiful historic home. Plenty of room for me and my 5 friends. One room doesn’t have a door, and one is a walk-through room. This didn’t bother us, but is something to consider if you are with a noisier crew or might have snorers. The house was very clean and had everything you might need to cook and clean up which was a great bonus. Took us about 20 minutes to drive to Boyne Mountain so it was super close and very affordable for all of the space you get. We couldn’t figure out the lock code but Elizabeth responded within a minute to help.

Ben's place was great. No complaints. Great location. Would definitely stay here again!

Sydney was very accommodating and was able to let us check in early last minute due to some travel concerns with the weather. Our daughters played softball at the dome and the location was wonderful! The kitchen had tons of space! There was also even a pack n play in one of the closets, which I was thankful for after forgetting my daughters at home!

Our group had a great stay, excellent setup for dogs! Convenient location with a neighborhood feel. Really nice big yard to romp around. Beds were very comfy, and outfitted with all the amenities and supplies you may need. Thank you!

Thanks for a great winter getaway! With 4 adults, 2 dogs, and 10 month old, Matt and Landen's place was perfect, with plenty of space, and thoughtful baby and doggo amenities! The kitchen was well appointed and we had a lot of fun cooking and playing board games between outings to the trails for snow activities and into town for food + breweries + sights.

We really loved the location and the private fenced in yard, it was great for our pet. The neighborhood was peaceful and walkable and close to everything. Amy was very proactive prior to our arrival and getting in and out was super easy. We also loved the plants and the pottery, very nice. Thank you again Amy for allowing us to stay in your home.

Mathew’s place was wonderful and it was so close to the lifts… we loved his cozy slope side chalet! We will definitely book again in the future!

Wonderful quick weekend gateway for our family. We loved the home was not only kid friendly but child welcoming with toys and supplies. Our boys ages 12, 10 and 5 LOVED exploring the trails to the river and enjoyed the river even though it was cold. We are a family of 5 and the house was very spacious and comfortable for us including our great dane dog. The entire time we talked about our next trip to this airbnb. We can't wait to hopefully come back in the summer.

Walk out basement to the few steps to get to the beach area. Well stocked kitchen. Recommend bringing your own water if desired ( well water I believe) . Beautiful sunsets. Game room was fun .. bring quarters to play though . Highly recommend

We have stayed at Timber Valley multiple times as a family and it is always a yearly highlight getaway for us. Kristi's place is very cozy and inviting especially being surrounded by the woods and nature. The house is the perfect size for our family of six and we have even had additional family stay with is in the past with more than enough room to accommodate our needs. Kristi is always responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns that come up. You can't go wrong with a stay at Timber Valley!

Great getaway! We were fortunate enough to wake up to a foot of fresh a now our first morning there. Made for a great time. The place is clean and quiet. We as a family made a lot of memories in the game room. Great place to stay!

Sunset Glory has been our "go-to" ski weekend rental for years! We Love the apartment and being right in town and so close to the Highlands!

My 4 kids, husband and I have been coming to Shanty creek resorts for over 10 years. This is the first time we stayed somewhere other than the resort hotels. We enjoyed we were able to bring our dog on this trip, we had a kitchenette, and we did more in the area because we had to drive ourselves. This gave us a chance to explore and save more money. By staying in a place more reasonable than the hotel and we were able to cook ourselves and didn't have the added expense of a dog sitter. 4girls sharing one bathroom worked out better than I thought. We stayed during the holidays and brought our pups. Debra's place is pet friendly to the extreme!!! There was a kennel we could use, a water bowl and drip try, canister of treats, an extra least, and a pooper scooper! It was great to be able to travel with the pups and the place worked out great for us. Debra was very responsive when we needed to find some salt due to the icy steps and had some on hand - pet safe nonetheless!

The house had plenty of space. Clean with comfy furniture. Plenty of pillows, blankets and towels. Yard was nice and able to park two cars in the driveway. Communication was clear with easy checkin. Amanda was also responsive on communications.

Absolutely gorgeous setting right on the lake. The home was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we would need. We will certainly stay here again.

My Husband and I absolutely loved the cabin. It was a great small spacious place for just the two of us. It was very clean while taking care of.. we actually added two more stays and she was very nice and responsive. Absolutely love the place and will be returning when we go back up there.

The amount of relaxing that occurred while actually staying at this beautifully restored barn, beyond appreciative. Even more exploring to do on the properties and surrounding towns. The perfect little trip to escape our busy life. Can’t wait to come back!

Chris was very responsive . Hands down my favorite place in Harbor Springs area from Airbnb. The place looks exactly like the pictures and was very clean. I was able to bring my 2 dogs with me and felt right at home. Nubs Nob is a few miles down the road as we as Boyne Highland. Perfect location. I highly recommend this place to anyone. I would definetely stay here again with my next time I come back to H.S.!

This home is absolutely incredible. Still has that new home smell to it. The views from the living room in winter are absolutely breathtaking. Very responsive host. Clear check in & check out instructions. This home sets the bar so high it’s impossible to be disappointed. Will be returning while visiting northern Michigan.

A Dream Getaway at Britta's Lakefront Cabin! We had the most incredible stay at Britta’s cabin on the lake in the Upper Peninsula! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene setting and breathtaking views of the lake. The cabin itself is beautifully designed and spacious made it feel like a home away from home Britta was an exceptional host—she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Communication was seamless from the start, and she provided us with helpful recommendations. She clearly cares about her guests and has thought of every detail to make the experience unforgettable. If you're looking for a relaxing, picturesque retreat with a perfect balance of nature and comfort, this cabin is the place to be. We’re already planning our next visit and can't wait to return to Britta’s beautiful lakeside escape! Highly recommend!
