A beautiful property with extensive lawn area which was appreciated by the fur-baby. The house was comfortable with a pizza oven which we did no use. The property would have been used well by a large family or group. I am not a fan of seagrass mats and do wonder how well they get cleaned. The tiled floors, I think, would have been sufficient. Extra garbage bags, bucket and mop, and broom and dust pan would have made cleaning up after one self much easier. Was it worth the money paid? Not for a couple as we did not use the available space to its max.

What a wonderful home away from home. And couldn't ask for a better location! Walked everywhere, kids played with the provided boogie boards, and watched the sunrise over Sawty Beach every morning from the private trail out the back gate. Really appreciated the outdoor shower (with hot and cold water!) and the air con on those sticky humid days (although they don't stay on overnight since they're programmed to turn off after 3hrs). No beach towels are provided, so make sure you pack some or be prepared to buy some. Great stay and will definitely come back for another beach holiday 😎

This was our second time staying here and again was an amazing experience! The place was super cute with thoughtful touches and the animals were so beautiful and friendly. Will definitely be back again!

a beautiful home, perfect for my large family (9) who stayed. amazing views especially catching the sunrise. great local cafe's. we had a few neighbouring pet's welcome us and keep us company while there which was also cute. we arrived a few hours earlier than expected and Mark and Miranda were kind enough to allow us to check in early which was great after a flight from NT, then a 6hr drive was just a blessing. would definitely recommend here, and should we travel that way again, would love to stay there again

Nikita's place was a very good location situated next to a beach and central to where we were going. The house is more spacious than expected!

We had a wonderful time staying here… the amenities were great and the property looks exactly like the pictures. It’s only a short walk to the local beach and everything we needed was within a 15 min drive away. The hosts were amazing and responded quickly with any questions we had.

Great place which was very close to town but very quiet. The house itself was great, easy to find and accommodated our needs brilliantly. Brenda was a superb host who even went out her way to get us a washing line to hang up our clothes. We’ve never had a host go out their way like this before, so it was very much appreciated. The gas in the bbq was empty was evening and Brenda had it replaced the next day. Superb house and an even better location! Thanks Brenda!!

The unit is super comfy, spacious and spotless. Scott is friendly and helpful. The situation is sublime. The view breathtaking and nice and private. All round great value.
