We loved our stay! We had a great time as a family. one thing we thought of was we were very thankful our children were at the ages (5,3,2, 7 months) they were since there was lots and lots of glass stuff sitting around.

Elizabeth's place was so cozy and it felt very welcoming! We got in late on check in day and everything was easy to find in the house. . The house feels very much like home. The kitchen had everything we needed too. Our family of 5 and our 2 dogs loved the space inside as well as the fenced backyard. It had plenty of room and the beds were all very comfortable. Elizabeth was very quick to respond when we had a question too! We would definitely stay here again!!

This is a lovely home in a peaceful and safe neighborhood, perfect for families. We would stay again! It really is just steps to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and supplies to prepare meals. Everything was in working condition. The pool is beautiful! I loved the lights at night. The entire pool area is gated and locked, good to know for little ones. The shower had great water pressure. The outdoor shower has hot water too! The TV was very easy to use and had many options. Of note, the entire upstairs could accommodate a second family with a mini fridge, half bathroom, two beds, separate entrance, sofa/tv/table/patio - the photos really don’t do this home justice. I was very impressed when I walked inside. My kids LOVED the adorable spiral staircase to get upstairs! We had no problems with it, but it would be hard to keep little climbers off of it. The master bedroom is downstairs, something to consider with littles that wake up in the night and need to get down.

This was our second stay and won’t be our last. We love the quiet, the hot tub, and being right on the lake. It’s a really cozy spot but still has plenty of space for the 6 of us.

As soon as we walked in the house it felt very homey, calm and peaceful. All the things were marked with labels so everything was easy access. They had lots of games and activities to do within the house. We extended an extra night because we didn’t want to leave. We will definitely come back in the future to stay more than 3 days. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful property! So close to the bay with absolutely beautiful sunset’s. Convenient to downtown Cape May. Great backyard! Entire family enjoyed the pool, fire pit, & having a fenced in yard. Would highly recommend this place.

This is a great property! The house is gorgeous, the grounds are clean, kept and very private. The house was fully stocked with kitchenware, pool accessories, & decorated tastefully. A lot of delicate artwork and intentional decor- (if traveling with a young child, one needs to watch them closely :) Re: the beds- my 7 year old described it as “sleeping on clouds!” - very comfy! The area is close (2-3 min) to outlet shops and a bunch of restaurants on Costal Highway 1 and about a 6 min drive to the Rehoboth pier. It’s also a central location to other neighboring beach towns.

Truly a dream! Tara was super responsive. Check in was easy and straightforward. Tara was very accommodating- I had the option to check in within hours of a last minute booking. The space itself was adorable and clean. My pups loved the porch and backyard! Location and proximity to the beach was also a plus!

Erica's place was fantastic. We had a great stay for our short, off season weekend. The house was very clean and comfortable. Honestly, the pictures on the listing don't do it justice. The updated kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. This location is close to everything and an easy walk to whatever you need. We had unfortunate luck with a telephone pole fire a block over that caused us to lose power for a day. Obviously no fault of the owner, but the reason I mention it is because the amenities in the home made our stay comfortable even without the luxury of electricity. The hot water heater met the task of giving us hot water which was awesome. We would love to stay here again!

My 6th stay at Tracy’s place if that tells you anything! My go-to place in OC. Just the right location for great walks, the beach and boardwalk, and nearby shops and restaurants. Home is perfect for singles, couples and families. Great kitchen and multiple spaces for gathering. We will be back!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was perfect—my family and I were able to walk to breakfast, then head over to the boardwalk to play arcade games and grab some snacks before strolling back. It made for a fun and convenient experience! The property is also just about 25 minutes from the convention center, which was a huge plus for us. The beds were very comfortable, making it easy to rest up after a long day. Overall, a great stay—we’d definitely book again!

pictures don't do this place justice!! couple houses from the beach, great places to eat and do activities within walking distance. every time I had a question the host got back to me almost instantly. back yard is amazing for bbq and just relaxing. back yard also has a shed with a big tv comfortable bed and is just a great place to hang out. I can't think of a single thing that did not exceed my expectations can't recommend this place enough I will definitely be back!

We wanted to make memories with our family as my mother in law is 96 and each moment counts. Thank you for giving us the space to celebrate our family memories.

We had a wedding in Smithville and spent the Thanksgiving holiday at this house. There was 11 of us and we had plenty of space. House was clean and comfortable.

Bryan was very responsive, his place really does include everything you need. His place actually looks better than the pictures. There were only three of us but there is enough space to easily keep 6-8 adults comfortable. Thanks we had a great time.

The cottage was quite comfortable with all the necessary essentials provided. It was very clean and made one feel at home. It is within about a 12 minute walk to the Delaware Bay and about a 15 minute drive to Cape May. Enjoyed walking the Delaware Bay beach at low tide and taking photos. Took the Cape May-Lewes Ferry to round out our quaint little getaway. Would definitely recommend the cottage to others.

We really enjoyed our stay. House was very nice, well kept and spacious. Beautifully decorated and just an overall great space for our needs. Nancy communicated well and was very responsive from booking to check out. Definitely recommend and would love to stay here again!

Thank you for a home away from home. We were super comfortable, warm, and had everything we needed. We needed a place close to the convention center and this place was perfect. We were also just a few minutes from all of the casinos and restaurants. The home was very clean and we will definitely book again when we stay in AC. We are so happy we chose the perfect place for a family or a group. It’s so nice to have so much space and not be in the tight quarters of a hotel. The host was super friendly and very responsive. The neighborhood was very quiet and right down the block was a perfect corner store that made delicious food. It’s also nice to have such easy parking steps from your home. Will book again!!

Our stay at Sergui’s home was wonderful! The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood but in close proximity to stores, restaurants, and the beach. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Sergui was very friendly and prompt in his communication. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Our family stayed here for a Coast Guard graduation. The beds were comfortable. Everything we needed was there. A short walk down to the beach on the bay. I feel that this location is in the middle of a lot of restaurants and other activities, so we did not have to drive far. There 6 of us and enough beds for each to have our own to sleep in. Having the 3 bathrooms was great, so we could get ready at the same time instead of waiting for someone to finish what they were doing. If we have an opportunity to stay here again, we would. We liked the refund policy, just in case if something happened before our stay and could not make it check in date.

Beautiful home that felt even more spacious than the pictures made it look. Large master suite, large kitchen/family room area, large upstairs family room. Lots of bedrooms, clean bathrooms, clean and well stocked kitchen, etc. We had one or two questions for Ashley and she was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home in this lovely house.
