Stayed for on site wedding. Room was nice and clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Amazing amazing amazing! I loved everything about the hotel. The rooms were big, spacious, clean, comfortable, the balcony was a plus and the restaurant near the main lobby had a great bartender; that made our drinks extra good! Also, parking was fairly easy to find and the hotel location was perfectly located close to Manhattan! I would recommend just double checking and confirming the room type you are booking, since there are many different options and room styles! I would stay here over & over again 🌸!

We Love The Box House! As a former NYC resident, it's not easy to find a spot that feels like home when returning to the city. Much less, a spot that feels nicer than home! This was my second stay at The Box House, and I don't think I'll be booking anywhere else for future trips back to the city. They are easily my #1 choice. The rooms are sparkling clean, beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and have great views of the city. It's so lovely to come back to a hotel at the end of a long day, and to be taken care of by staff who truly care. I'm just as happy going out as I am staying in, which I think is the mark of a truly great place. Thank you, Box House Hotel! See you soon. :)

Our room was exactly what we had expected and had looked for. Perfect for our stay in New York City. Great staff and very friendly. Felt at home. Didn’t experience any issues what so ever. It was literally lovely that even after our checkout time, she still considered us as guests and allowed us to use to restroom, common area, and store our luggage until our flight later in the evening.

The place is in a quiet neighborhood and close to the river, we always returned around midnight and felt calm walking back. The rooms are clean and just like the photos. The metro station is a 10-minute walk away. A new jacket we had bought disappeared and no one took responsibility. If there is an event or party in the hotel, a lot of noise can be heard in the rooms. In general, it was a good place to stay and we had a window with an incredible view of the city.

Couldn’t recommend this stay enough! Amazing airbnb/hotel! It’s very clean with easy check in and check out! There’s a parking garage attached that was 50 for a little over 24 hours! (very reasonable for NYC i’ve paid 100 a night before) It’s in a great central location, 10 minutes from domino park/williamsburg, 20 minutes from barclays center and 22 minutes from times square by train! Staff was very friendly and helpful! And the whole stay was for a great price! 10/10!!!

Arlo is most definitely one of my top 5 favorite hotels! I really love the rustic look the hotel has and the scent all around the location! this is definitely a great place to stay not far from anything you need to reach. It's not my first time staying at this location nor will it be the last time.

Nice location for exploring the city. Met many nice people and a few really good restaurants within minutes.

Beautiful space as always! I always use this space when i go to sojo spa down the street. Another space to go to & zen! Awesome restaurant across street (Madison Cafe & Grill) amazing food.

Great hotel right off of Times Square. Very clean and very friendly staff.

Upon arrival I received a text telling me to come in to check-in along with recommendations for places to eat! Check in was simple and the staff were very friendly! It was a very short drive to NYC and there were restaurants in walking distance adding to the convenience! I highly recommend this host!!

Oorja was a great host. Well organized and great communication. The unit is exactly as described with a fantastic view of the park and midtown. The apartment is located in central Harlem a couple blocks from the “A” train that we used often to get quickly to lower Manhattan. Harlem has blossomed with great restaurants and retail options nearby which was a pleasant surprise and very convenient. We were a family of 5 (2 adults and 17, 15, 10 y/o) and the apartment was perfect. The unit had a 24/7 doorman and everything we needed for a 6 day stay. I would definitely recommend staying at Oorja place if you are looking for a very nice and roomy stay at a reasonable price.

Easy to check in and check out. Parking was a little tough to find but nonetheless, a worthy stay. Very pretty art.
