Estoy sin palabras para describir que todo fue perfecto, snacks, café todo lo que podes necesitar cuando llegas, el lugar es muy bello, frente a la Manhattam, a toda hora un paisaje increíble, ojalá mi reseña te ayude a decir por qué este es el lugar perfecto para ir en familia o en pareja. En 5 minutos estás en el centro de la ciudad con una parada de bus frente al depto. Hermoso lugar

Staying at Alan’s apartment was a seamless experience from start to finish. It’s an easy commute to and from New York City, especially if you plan to spend time in Midtown Manhattan. The apartment itself was very large, clean, tasteful, and quiet at night. Additionally, Alan was very communicative and responsive, which we greatly appreciated. Instructions were also very clear. I would definitely recommend this arrangement, and I plan to come back again!

We loved staying at KD's place! The pathway along the river is very pretty and the view across of Manhattan is stunning! There was plenty of room for the 3 of us, place was stylish and comfortable. Walking distance to great restaurants and the ferry, train and buses to get across the river. Highly recommend staying here, thank you!

Great spot with an amazing view, plus parks, spas, and a nice plaza close by. Overall, a great stay! The host was super responsive and always tried to help. The only hiccup was that it was freezing the first couple of days, but things warmed up eventually—mostly thanks to the weather. BUT if you’re driving, never block the downstairs garage, even for a quick drop-off. The neighbor downstairs is not friendly and actually threatened to call the cops when I was just dropping off food for my mom. There was literally nowhere else to park, so I left a quick note, but still—no luck. To avoid the hassle, get a visitor pass—the process is super easy, just five blocks away. And make sure to come back earlier than 10 pm, that way you can find some street parking.

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par le quartier et la vue sur Manhattan. Valérie est très réactive dans sa communication, les instructions etaient claires.Le logement était très propre décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Il y avait des petites attentions pour nous, bouteilles d’ eaux snack… les lits étaient plus que confortables, j’ai rarement aussi bien dormi. L’accès à Manhattan très facile avec le ferry ou le bus juste en face du logement. J’ai beaucoup voyagé et utilisé Airbnb et c’est mon top des logements rapport qualité prix. C’est certain que c’est la place que je recommanderais à mon entourage et je reviendrai pour mon prochain séjour. Merci Valérie

We had a wonderful stay at Jamies place! Jamie was a fantastic host, very communicative and accommodating. The apartment was clean, well-located, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the activities and games that she had in the house, plus the kid toys which was great for entertaining our toddler. Highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting.

This is a beautiful two bedroom apartment with a driveway directly across the street from the beach. It’s in a quiet part of the Rockaway Peninsula, a short walk or drive from a supermarket and a handful of restaurants and coffee shops. The nearby beach is popular with surfers.

El check in fue muy sencillo. Viajamos en un grupo grande y no todos llegamos juntos y Benjamin fue muy atento y dispuesto a tener la casa lista para el que primero llegaba (incluso aunque era algo antes de la hora del anuncio). Luego la casa es hermosa y muy cómoda por sus instalaciones y x la ubicación. Súper recomendable para quienes visiten New York pero no quieran estar todo el tiempo en una ciudad tan concurrida. Hoboken es tranquilo hay de todo. La casa está cerca de la terminal y cerca de la costanera con una vista de NY increíble. Si volviera a NY seguramente me alojaría nuevamente en Hoboken y de ser muchos incluso buscaría q sea en la casa de Benjamin y Amandine.

Das Apartment hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt. Das Bett war wahnsinnig bequem, sodass ich sehr gut schlafen konnte. Natürlich ist der Weg nach Manhattan hinein von Rockaway Beach aus nicht der Kürzeste, das war mir aber von vornherein klar. Innerhalb von 75 Minuten war ich „mitten drin“, ob ich mit der Bahn oder mit dem Schiff gefahren bin. Supermarkt und das empfehlenswerte „Restaurant“ sind auch fußläufig (5 Minuten) erreichbar. Auch als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich in der Gegend sicher gefühlt. Dass man innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß bei schönstem Wetter am Strand war, hat das Ganze noch abgerundet.

We absolutely loved our stay at Anil's place. The house had everything we needed and felt like home from the moment we arrived. Communication from pre booking and throughout our stay was exceptional. The proximity to the wedding venue we were in town for, could not have been better. We hope to return again soon!

Absolutely loved our stay at this stunning Airbnb with a breathtaking view of the New York City skyline! Yojaira’s place was beautiful, spacious, and spotless. Most importantly very close to NYC. Parking was a bit challenging as the street parking was always full. We found a parking spot on the street that was a few minutes of walking distance at only $4/day. We didn't move the car the entire weekend as we did not want to deal with find another parking spot. We used Uber and had no trouble getting around. We were very comfortable in her place with my wife and two adult children. Both kids had their own bedroom, which was very convenient. The location was ideal as well—close to everything with public transportation just a short walk away. Yojaira was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything that we needed during our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay close to NYC, and we’ll definitely be back next time we're in town. Highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I spent an amazing winter holiday in these apartments while visiting NYC. The location is very convenient: a bus stop is right outside the door, and it takes only about 20-25 minutes to get to Manhattan by bus. Estefany and her mother, Athia, are some of the kindest and most hospitable people we’ve ever met – always friendly and incredibly responsive. The apartments provided the perfect place to relax after long days of walking through the bustling city. Thanks to our wonderful hosts, our trip was truly memorable. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic 5-day stay at Clarissa and Hector’s lovely apartment. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and accommodating—truly wonderful hosts who made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for us: just a short distance from the city, but quiet and peaceful, which was exactly what we needed. One morning, my son used a little too much brute force trying to lock the door and unfortunately broke the key in the lock. Clarissa and Hector were so understanding and cool about it—no stress at all—and had a new key for us the very next day. Their kindness and laid-back approach really stood out. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting NYC, and we’ll absolutely be back next time we’re in town!

This home was SO beautiful. You can tell it’s well taken care of. It smelled WONDERFUL! The shower was perfect (I am huge on staying in locations with nice showers!) I was able to get back and forth to New York quickly and easily with little toll fee amounts. The coffee shop downstairs was AMAZING! The home easily warmed up when turning on the heat. It was even better than the pictures. When I come to New York or the outskirts again I will definitely book again in the future. Thank you again for being great hosts and answering all questions I needed no matter the time. I HIGHLY recommend this location. Thank you! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

The apartment is located in a perfect location, close to the Hudson River with amazing views across to the manhattan skyline. Transport links were great too - we were able to get across to manhattan for all the sightseeing trips we had booked quickly and smoothly. AJ was an excellent host. Very quick to respond and so helpful with our enquiries. All his responses and instructions were very clear. We would recommend this property to friends and family.
