Natasha was helpful and responsive- replied within a couple of minutes of my messages. We arrived after midnight and the man at the front desk was so kind and helpful, he even went down to the garage to make sure we got in safely and carried our bags up to the flat for us. My mum was feeling he cold a little (change in season and tired) and Natasha arranged a thick duvet for her, it arrived within an hour of me asking. The flat is spotlessly clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. I think the only thing missing was a bedside lamp so I could sit up and read in bed but that's no biggie. The flat is right in the middle of Bradford so very easy to get around- we ate at the Karachi (a place my mum used to go to in the 70s!) which was very good and only a short walk away. I was warned about walking alone in Bradford at night but I felt very safe. People were friendly, there was a community police presence on Friday and Saturday night.

Such a great location - how can such a central city place be so so quiet? It’s a great building and nicely done. Beds were comfy and loads of space to eat in which we like to do.

We had a lovely weekend stay at the apartment. It was lovely and clean, homely, had everything we needed! It was also close by to the station and city centre which was perfect! The host was very reliable, and check in was easy. Would definitely stay again. Thank you ☺️

This is a great find. It’s close to the university and wonderful dining options. It’s also nearby the Peak District, easily accessible by bus. Highly recommend!

Very nice Apartment over two floors. Excellent bedrooms and bathroom with plenty of room in the lounge for a spot of relaxing! Only a few minutes walk from the Apollo and Manchester Piccadilly station. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely house, nice central location, would definitely stay again

We had a fantastic weekend staying in this property. We were attending a football match at the Etihad and it was a short 10 minute walk from the house. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted, would 100% book in here again if we ever return to watch Man City in the future.

The place was very clean and tidy. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and lovely shower with an option for a bath. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Three of us stayed in the house and my partially sighted friend found the steep and narrow stairway to the kitchen too difficult to manage. The fact that the door opened towards the stairs meant it covered the wider part of the steps. We understand this is a mill house and steps are inevitable and most people will manage, as did my other friend and I. This isnt a complaint at all as the stay was very enjoyable and I would love to visit again.

Lovely place with great amenities and good quality furniture and furnishings. As it’s over 3 floors it’s well laid out. Bathroom s are heat and beds very comfortable. Parking is a bonus too.

Amy and Oliver - I actually have no words for how amazing this place was! I first put it in my wishlist a long while back and somehow stumbled upon it again to stay for the first time this weekend. My family and I were completely amazed at absolutely everything - every detail and the handiwork you have both put into this place is just immaculate. I’m so grateful I was able to find this place - it was so homely, so clean, absolutely stunning, the most equipped place we’ve stayed in and so much more. My only complaint is that we wish we stayed LONGER! I hope you will continue to keep your home open as it’s an amazing place to stay - we hope to be back (and perhaps with others who haven’t been blessed to see it yet). Thank you for everything you supplied us with this weekend - we were fascinated by everything and we are still talking about the home now that we’re home! It has truly been a blessing to stay and we cannot wait to come back & make more mems. Sending love, my family and I!

Had a great time plenty of space house was clean and very well furnished

Extremely clean property with all amenities as described. Hassan was responsive and checked in to ensure everything was seamless.

A big house with bedroom layouts which suited our needs. I found a convenient parking place in the side street opposite (take care crossing - it can get very busy). We arrived very late which caused no issues.The beds were comfy, towels and linen clean, and the showers great. There were a few teething problems, but I'm still happy to give 5 stars as Gin listened to my feedback and trust that she'll take action on it (this mainly involved her cleaners re lack of loo roll, soap in one bathroom, hairs in glasses and the boiler pressure which was very low which luckily we were able to solve). Her offer to extend our stay by an hour, requested a few weeks before only came on our day of departure, rather than the evening before as advised which would have been fine, and prevented me from getting the extra hour's much needed sleep after our journey there, but she very kindly offered this complementarily due to the above issues. If these small issues are sorted out, your stay will be great.

This place was amazing, we had a brilliant stay and we felt right at home. James was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed, also very responsive when needing help with something. Definitely will be coming back here! :)

Wonderful stay! really cosy appartment in the wonderful old Hovis mill. The location is superb, very close to the train station and town. Steve was very friendly, accommodating and helpful - we really appreciated the amenities he left. we will definitely stay again when visiting family. Thanks!

Excellent service, wonderful welcoming package, reachable by foot, close to wonderful quarters with bard, pubs, restaurants. Supermarket just downstairs, open till late. We felt very welcome and absolutely adored the flat. It was incredibly cozy.

Comfortable place with good parking and surrounded by green spaces. Host friendly and helpful. Flat is well kitted out with extra touches of cereal, tea, coffee, milk and butter which were much appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to book again if needed to be in the area. Thank you

Amazing host amazing apartment and would definitely book again

This is the place to explore Manchester like a hipster. Warren’s flat is beautifully sturdy and designed with a touch of clean and tropical laid-back atmosphere on the terrace and in the jungle bathroom. You are in the heart of the Northern Quarter a ten minute walk from the train station (a bit longer with luggage) and five minutes from everywhere you want to be. Be warned that the pub noise from Stephenson square features as part of the atmosphere but most of it is a din with windows closed. The second bed is up an attic ladder and not for claustrophobics. My husband and daughter loved it while my teenage son preferred the couch and me the glorious sunny bedroom. The flat has everything you need and was a perfect place to come back to many times during the day for a refresher. The best thing about this place? The very friendly host and his endless hospitality! A perfect complement to a very impressive and eclectic city. We loved everything about it! Will be back Warren! Thank you!
