Seth and his team were truly amazing. We were in town to help with relief efforts from the flooding and Seth helped us from the first moment I reached out. His home is amazing, the pictures don't do it justice. Every amenity you could think of is included. I highly recommend this home!

I'm so glad I found this place, it's warm and cozy and the hosts are full of love. I felt very comfortable as soon as I got there. although there's not a lot to do on the farm but this is what I wanted, a calm, peaceful stay. the animals are calm, sweet and friendly. I would definitely come back for a relaxing, chill experience.

Wow! Talk about a fantastic place! Melody's place was very peaceful, quiet, and had a everything we wanted! There were a total of 6 of us staying and each bedroom was a good size, but the common areas were huge! The pictures do not do it justice! Melody was very responsive to my questions and provided some great local restaurants. Max the dog was awesome! He was there to greet us, hung out with us when we were outside, and even went on a little run with me! If you're looking for some peace and quiet, look no further!

A unique little place that I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at again.

We adored the Studio! Lovely outdoor deck and view with lots of white squirrel watching. The room is perfectly set and so comfortable. All linens, decor and equipment are tasteful and great quality. Plus we found breakfasts a big, delicious plus! Tracie and Daniel are great company and clearly exceptional hosts. We’ll definitely stay again.

DON’T miss your chance to experience the magic of the River Love barn. Kangee’s EXCEPTIONAL hospitality throughout our time in her home set the tone for the entirety of our stay. Her attentiveness & genuine warmth made us feel right at home. The beauty of this property is truly beyond words. While the photos online are stunning, they don’t fully capture the enchanting atmosphere that envelops you as soon as you step onto the grounds. Our favorite spots were the clawfoot tub, perfectly nestled in a private, serene area of the property & the outdoor hammock within the screened in back deck. Kangee truly brought the outside in with her thoughtful design. Even on a rainy day- the sky lights during a storm that had passed through was such a reminder of the cozy atmosphere that permeates the barn. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful getaway or a relaxing family trip, the River Love Barn is a hidden gem that I cannot recommend enough. We left feeling refreshed & inspired, with hearts full.

This was our first experience at The Barn and with Scotty. Our goal was a place where we could gather our two daughters and their families for New Years; Three couples, two college age daughters (and 1 boyfriend), and an 11 year old, active grandson. The sleeping quarters were perfect with predominantly king or queen beds (all comfortable) and private baths. The inside was spacious and allowed separate activities and quiet reading areas, and separate TV room. Wi-Fi worked great but we resisted being on it. Had a fire in the fireplace one cold night; everything worked and firewood provided. Two other nights we gathered around the fire pit outside for hours with s’mores. There was a huge swing (from a tree limb), plenty of room for soccer and wiffleball games. Exterior lighting at night was wonderful. We walked around the neighborhood freely with no fear or apprehension. It is “country” and a great place to escape, gather, and focus on family and friends like bygone days

We loved staying in the private one bedroom/one bath apartment in Janet’s home. Our stay was comfortable and easy. We had our own entrance and private patio to enjoy. Her home is at the end of the road and surrounded in trees and solitude and also only a short drive to amazing hikes. Janet is a super woman and wealth of knowledge having traveled and hiked all over the US and the world. Tap into her knowledge before you venture out on a trail. We look forward to seeing her again.

Lovely accommodations!! Private and quiet. Very friendly caretakers. Never really encountered grazing pigs before, so that was interesting. Our friends live in Fair Play so it was nice to have their "littles" come and enjoy the animals. Definitely worth it! Beats a hotel anytime!!

We loved our spring break getaway at the barn! It was serene and cozy and theperfect getaway. We will definitely stay here again. ❤️

Our stay was truly wonderful! We went for Christmas, and the decorations made it feel so festive and magical. Being around horses again was such a joy, and the peaceful environment made it a perfect holiday getaway. Everyone we met was so kind and welcoming. Bambi, the host, was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating, making sure we felt right at home. The space was cozy, comfortable, and ideal for relaxing. We absolutely loved our time here and can’t wait to come back. This is the perfect spot for a peaceful escape for any horse lover. It exceeded every expectation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A true gem in the Valley! The location is gorgeous, super calm and with amazing views. Everything was well thought: fresh drinks in the fridge, snacks available, automatic floor lights during the night, beautiful garden with a fireplace not to forget an amazing XXL and super comfortable bed. We only wished we had planned for a longer stay :)

Joyce is an excellent host and very responsive with communication. The property is a nice location with plenty of space outside. The home and farm are beautiful and it was a very relaxing experience for our family of 14 who ranged in age from 13 year olds to an 82 year old. The rooms are spacious and well laid out with excellent amenities. Our 3 dogs had a grand time running around the farm and by the river. The kitchen is well equipped. The 2 patios get you rising or setting sun. We enjoyed our stay and look fwd to making another trip in summer.

I hosted a murder mystery dinner at Evans place and it was amazing. It was a few friends and me and everyone loved the place. It added the perfect rustic charm and was just a great way to spend my birthday. everyone kept talking about enamored they were with the whole place. the pool table, the hot tub, the beautiful cows and scenery, the saddle bar stools, the sunroom area during the daytime. just a perfect stay. we had a wonderful time hearing the rain on the tin roof and listening to the frogs and birds. beautiful place. would love to stay there again!!!

This place is wonderful for supporting a large group trip to Asheville. The amenities kept everyone occupied and happy. We even had someone sleep outside in the 30 degree weather on one of the eclectic sleeping arrangements offered at the cabin. They said it was the best sleep they ever had! We hope to make it back next year.

The place and location was beautiful. we met some locals who were very friendly. lots to do in the little towns around the area. The owners were very responsive at all times. We truly enjoyed ourselves and will be back again.

We’ve stayed here before, and it was just as great this time around. Beautiful house and beautiful location.

The Farm at Silver Dapple Cove is truly an amazing place. Our family enjoyed our week there more than we could have imagined. We did not want to leave. Frank is a wonderful host and made the kids feel so welcome with the horses. We will most definitely be back!
