Loved our weekend stay in the downtown in the city for the MAVS/Lakers game. Instructions were very clear. The place was just as pictured and described. Very clean and cozy. Many eateries around this place and was in walking distance to so many things. Loved the views. Loved that the space was very open. Building very quiet inside also.

I've stayed at this complex before and it was a hassle due to no instructions. Ron's instructions were clear, and very detailed making it easy to find the place, where to park, and how to get to the apartment quickly. Great place for a quick stay!

Lovely condo in a great location in Dallas. Very walkable. Very clean! Communication with the hosts was fantastic- responding very quickly. The home had everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay!

Very nice, clean place. Super comfortable had all the utensils i needed. Stocked, had nice, clean towels and shampoo. Parking was very easy. Loved that the actual room wasn’t too hard to find and right there basically at the front gate door. Host was very welcoming, making sure we were okay and if we needed anything. Loved the place will definitely be back !

I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always a go to place for me when I’m in Dallas. Caleb was very responsive and helpful and even accommodated to my needs. Lookin forward to coming back!

Nice apartment in great location. Close to many restaurants, coffee shops and walking trails. The fenced patio and enclosed green space was a bonus for our dogs.

We enjoyed our stay. Place was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Brand new remodeled place from the windows to the coffee machine. Definitely will stay again

Yendy was super helpful and always got back to me quickly whenever I had questions. I loved the place, everything inside was neat and clean. I felt very comfortable and safe. I was also pleasantly surprised with the very large, fully fenced yard for my dog. I'd definitely book here again.

It was easy to get in, looked like the photos, the host was friendly and responsive, the checklist was reasonable and we enjoyed our stay. I was very happy with how clean it was which I feel like that's hard to find anymore. Our bed was comfortable, the shower pressure and heat was great. Our baby slept great in the crib they provided. Very happy with this stay

The house is extremely comfy and clean. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here as well. Roberto is very responsive and helpful!

We had a house fire and had to move out for repairs. What we thought would be a 6-8 week stay here turned into nearly 5 months. All along the way, Tasneem was helpful and flexible about allowing us to extend our time. The backyard is wonderful for relaxing with easy access to the canal walkways. Inside, the reclining couches are so comfortable that you may find yourself accidentally taking a nap! This home had everything we could need, including a crib and play area set up for our young son. Tasneem was fantastic as a host, responding immediately to any questions/issues that arose. For example, when we let her know that we thought there was an issue with the air conditioning (this is Texas, these things happen), a technician was at the house first thing the next morning, and a whole new system was put in the very next day. We had a fantastic stay at a very nice home and Tasneem is an excellent host that helped us out a lot during a stressful time. I would highly recommend booking

This place was perfect. Walkable to a great park, short drive to endless restraints, 20 minutes to the airport and close enough to Dallas to do anything. The rooms were great and kitchen was well stocked. Would gladly stay again.

This was a great place to stay! The house seemed well cared for, and everything was comfortable. We didn't have much need to get in contact with the hosts, but the one time we had a question, they were extremely responsive. They were also proactive about checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed! One detail that I would have liked to know, that was not clear from the listing, was that the backyard is not fully fenced in. It wasn't that big of a deal, but we were traveling with small children, and it's nice to have an enclosed outdoor space for them!

Stay was wonderful, only complaint is that the pictures did not do the place justice! The place is a bit bigger then the photos give it credit for, had a winder stay and wouldn’t mind staying there again

Leslie’s condo was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a week-long working stay in the area. Easy to get on the freeway and where we needed to go. Comfortable bed and furniture, great to have the closets and in-unit laundry. Leslie was helpful and responsive. The neighborhood is just okay though. We felt perfectly safe in the gated community, but it is near the freeway and isn’t really the kind of neighborhood where you’d just go out the door and walk around exploring. So, just take note if that’s what you’re looking for. However, just down the hill a little stretch (maybe 10 minute walk/ 3 minute drive) is an area called Preston Hollow, and that’s much better for shops/ walking around. Put Trader Joe’s in your GPS and you’ll find it.

I just returned home after a 3 week stay at Nathan’s AirBNB and it was perfect! It was centrally located to where I needed to be, and had everything I could want and need close by. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and was pristine when I arrived. The host reached out to me before arrival to provide restaurant suggestions, which was much appreciated. Next summer I will be retuning to Dallas, and plan on returning to this AirBNB.

I stayed at Nick's place for 2ish months. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend to anyone, especially if someone has a pup as there is an enclosed small yard. Nick was great at communication and check-in was very easy. There is a parking spot right by the private entrance, which is very convenient. Nicely decorated and in a fantastic location. Some minor complaints for those that may be sensitive - the mattress is thin and not very good. I added a pillowtopper, which marginally helped so would recommend guests bring some sort of a topper if staying on a longer trip. Also, the walls/ceiling is very thin and the upstairs neighbor is very active, especially early in the morning. If you are a light sleeper, would recommend a white noise machine or similar. Finally, the workspace is a small counter in the hallway with a sort of stool as a chair. Fine for light work/checking emails, but if you need more, this may not be the place.

I got this place because the other one I previously booked with Braden's wasn't going to be empty by the time I had my check-in. Braden called me and arranged this apartment. It is in an adorable neighborhood, plenty of pretty houses to look while talking a walk. I did have some leaking in the middle of my lease, but Braden took care of it. I didn't like the lack of storage in the kitchen for pantry items, but that was really the only thing I didn't like about the place. Also didn't have available salt, oil or anything like that. Pans are really nice. Well equipped kitchen! Pool and common area are nice, it feels like we're inside of a forest. At the end of the day, you can hear a lot of cicadas, but that was actually relaxing to me. Close to coffee/tea shops and other restaurants, and Whole Foods. It was a great experience overall! I'd stay there again!

Great host! Super responsive and kind. Always answers within minutes. Place was as promised and clean.
