House was incredibly spacious and had a lot of sleeping accommodations; this was perfect for our large group. The house is located in a nice/safe part of town and allowed pets which was convenient for our family (so we didn’t have to board our dog). The house is very close to everything downtown; it also has an outdoor deck on each floor and side porch which was really unique, we would have loved to spend time in those spaces if it was warmer during our stay. The host was VERY responsive and easy to get a hold of which was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this home and we will most definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

This was a perfect place to stay while visiting our daughter in Des Moines. Angela is a wonderful host and offers everything you could want or need in a house! We felt very welcome and at home.

We loved this place as it was close to downtown yet tucked away in a great neighborhood. We walked to a nice little cafe for a quick small breakfast that was mentioned in their guestbook. We enjoyed their wonderful backyard during 70° weather, BBQ, hot tub, and s'mores! The rooms were comfortable and bathrooms well stocked. We were also thankful for pack'n'play for our little one when she needed to nap during the day. We would definitely love to stay again if and when we come back for a spring break vacation or any other time.

Cute little place on the dead-end street near Drake University. 10 minute drive to downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Thoughtfully designed - lovely place to stay.

this is an absolutely fantastic place to stay. Great views in the country, close to town with responsive and friendly host. plenty of room for the whole family with everything you need. I recommend this place for anyone wishing to house their family foe any occasion.

This was an unplanned trip to Iowa from MN. Myself, my husband and his mother came down for our grandfather's funeral. Although the occasion was one of sadness, it was great to have one less worry regarding our sleeping arrangements. This house is close to restaurants and a great art center about 10minutes away. This is definitely a house we will try and stay at over the summer, so we can enjoy the porches, both in the front and back and throw some burgers on the grill!!!

Matt is an excellent host, and he keeps his properties in wonderful condition 👍 This particular location was very peaceful, and suited the needs of my coworkers and I perfectly. I would definitely stay at Matt’s property again

Angela’s place was perfect for our family’s spring break getaway. The house was spotless! Easy to find and check in. We appreciated the snacks, cereal and coffee. Our 5 year old appreciated the toys and books. There were some storms in the area when we were there. Angela sent us a message after the tornado sirens sounded to let us know that they can be for strong winds as well which helped us not worry.

Beautiful and spacious place to stay! Carl was very accommodating and we are grateful to have booked with him multiple times. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere in Des Moines to come with friends and family.

We did not spend a lot of time as we were in town for an event. HOWEVER it was very comfortable and allowed us to have extra time with our family when we were at the condo. It was close to Jordan Creek and anything you would need.

Great location, easy parking. Not huge apartment, but more than adequate for a short stay.

Renee was a GREAT host! I hope to be able to stay there again soon. She was always communicating, replied quickly, made sure we felt at home. thank you very much for your hospitality!

Beautiful home very well decorated, very clean any thing you could possibly need was there . The view of the city off the balcony is one in a million, it’s worth every dollar and I would definitely rent again.
