Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico! La struttura è molto accogliente, pulita e con una vista bellissima! I proprietari sono stati super disponibili e ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto.Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Me and my wife had a wonderful week in Patrizia’s farm house. The location of the house has allowed us to discover most touristic and hidden gems of all central-Italy. It has a very strategic geographical location as well as a wonderful place to stay. Patrizia was very available since the second we booked with her. She and her family welcomed us as if we are part of their family. They are very kind and generous people who values the land and nature. I loved the olive trees, the mountains, the kaka trees, the pomegranate trees and the beautiful clear sky from her wide balcony. We were able to immerse, recharge and reconnect with nature, breathe the clearest air and eat the yummiest food. From her location we visited more than 10 Medieval 🏰 villages, PIENZA,Florence, Assisi ,Pisa, and most of Umbria and more because of the convenient location of her place. It was a beautiful place filled with beautiful memories. Thank you Patrizia and your lovely family for everything, see u soon ❤️❤️

Wir wurden super herzlich von Lorenzos Mama Alba begrüsst. Die Wohnung übertraf sogar noch deren Bilder. Wirklich sehr sehr schön und so gemütlich. Hat alles was es braucht. Herrliche Lage und sensationelle Atmosphäre. Die zahlreichen Tipps von Lorenzo waren alle Goldwert und wir haben jeden Tag aufs neue die Toskanische Küche geniessen können. Die kleine Stadt Anghiari ist traumhaft, ein wirklich schöner Ort mitten in der Toskana. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt, von der Kommunikation mit Lorenzo bis zur " täglichen Betreuung" durch Alba. Wir werden ihre liebevolle Art und Weise vermissen. Danke nochmals all die Leckerein. Dieser Ort und Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert und immer eine Reise wert, auch für Familien (eher Kleinkinder). glg Fam.Fehrmann

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

La casa di Elena è molto confortevole. Immersa tra ulivi e querce, è una vera oasi di pace. Il gusto rustico toscano dell'arredamento la rende piacevole anche per soggiorni di lungo periodo. Superaccessoriata è l'indirizzo giusto per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza in campagna, ma a due passi da arte e storia. Elena è una perfetta padrona di casa. Sempre disponibile, è una guida speciale anche per visitare Arezzo e gustare il meglio della cucina locale.

This was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful and private with beautiful views. Lots of wonderful villages to visit and explore within a 30 minute drive. Norma made some great reservations for our anniversary dinner as well as a couple of great wine tours. She also gave us recommendations of which villages were best to visit and what to do there. We highly recommend doing the cooking lessons with her family. They are such a nice family and were very eager to show us how to cook a traditional Tuscan meal. Grandma really is an amazing cook. They even sat with us as a family to share what we had cooked. We have been to many AirBnB’s and Norma has been our best host by far. We would go back the next time we visit Tuscany. Dave and Liz

Maison très agréable à vivre, extrêmement calme, avec une vue superbe sur le lac Trasimène. Elle est située de manière excellente, puisque en 30 à 60 minutes de voiture on est aussi bien à Pérouse, Assise, Arezzo, Sienne et tant de belles autres villes. Et, pour qui préférera se promener à pied ou en vélo, le tour du lac fait presque 60 km ! Last but not least, Sergio est très sympathique, plein d'attentions mais tout à la fois très discret, et en homme de culture il vous donnera tous les renseignements que vous souhaiteriez. Pour une location au coeur de l'Ombrie et du sud toscan, ne cherchez pas ailleurs, c'est ici qu'il faut venir. Annette et Michel

Alloggio come da foto, tutto in ordine e pulito. Zona tranquilla e verde, spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi con una camminata di 15 min circa. Andrea è stato molto gentile e sempre pronto.

sono stato ad Anghiari per lavoro. L'appartamento di Marco si trovava nella posizione ideale per i miei spostamenti. È a 2 minuti dal parcheggio gratuito e a 10 metri dalla piazza centrale dove poi si trovano ristoranti e bar. La casa ha aoddisfatto a pieno le mie necessità. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

My stay at Loredana’s house was fantastic! The house was cozy, the bed was soft, and the area was beautiful. Loredana was an amazing host—she was very friendly and supported us with anything we needed. She also prepare breakfast for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend staying here! ♥️♥️

Wonderful place to stay. It would have been nice to stay a few days longer. The site around the pool is super beautiful as the whole place. The furniture in our apparent was comfortable yet already a little older. Having a few more plates, glasses and cutlery would have been appreciated. The flat was cool, we didn't need the ac (early June). The build in mosquito nets in the windows are super useful. I would like to come again

The apartment was perfect for our stay of over a week. We were able to make dinners at home and enjoyed the outside patio also. Margherita the cohost was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend. There is quite a lot of stairs to climb but it was worth it.

We hebben een heel fijn en rustig verblijf gehad. Heel vriendelijke host; een zeer ruim en net appartement waar alles aanwezig is wat je nodig hebt; een heel aangenaam zwembad met heerlijk uitzicht op de heuvels; fijne restaurants in de buurt en dichtbij de zee. Ideale plek om te verblijven.

Sehr freundliche und zuverlässige Gastgeber, die einen herzlich in Empfang nehmen und auch während des Aufenthalts immer gut erreichbar sind. Die Unterkunft entspricht voll und ganz den Bildern und ist sehr sauber sowie authentisch eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, um sich selber Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Vom schönen Arezzo aus kann man nicht nur Tagestrips innerhalb der Toscana sondern auch ins nahe gelegene Umbrien unternehmen. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und kommen gerne wieder. This was a trip for four girlfriends, most of us our first trip to Italy. I dreamed of going to Cortona after seeing “Under the Tuscan Sun” and falling in love with the architecture, history, food and people! When looking through Airbnb this villa stood out and it completely exceeded our expectations. Mogens and Susie were the most delightful hosts, first by providing a beautiful property but most of all by being sweet and interesting people that truly care about their guests experience. I can’t recommend this property enough and want to go back with my daughters and family. Until next time❤️🇮🇹

Non abbiamo visto Claudia di persona però abbiamo incontrato Stefano ( suocero) gentilissimo sempre pronto ad ogni richiesta , casolare fantastico piano terra con patio con griglia e dentro con camino con abbondante legna da ardere, tutto in ordine e pulizia anche utensili e biancheria !!! Consiglio vivamente questo posto

We had a wonderful week's stay at La Capuccina. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable for us and our two teenage children. The photographs really do not do justice to how beautiful the villa and its surrounding gardens are. The villa is well furnished and the kitchen in particular is the best we have ever had in a holiday villa. The gardens are lovely, full of olives, figs, palms, myrtle and oleander. They are kept at their best by Mr Mino who gardens and cleans the pool a couple of times a week. He left us tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes and figs from the grounds. The pool is clean and just as lovely as it looks in the photos, with 8 comfortable loungers. The stand out feature for us however was the lovely big dining table set underneath a beautiful loggia outside the kitchen. The loggia is shady and surrounded by climbing flowering shrubs; the view out across the hills and valleys of Le Marche towards the coast is spectacular. A great villa and we hope to return.

Esperienza favolosa! Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa fantastica, le camere sono come in foto, spaziose e arredate con gusto. I bagni splendidi, ognuno con la propria vasca idromassaggio. Cucina fornita di tutto, spazio comune piacevole… e un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Giancarlo è stato sempre puntuale e preciso nelle indicazioni. Super consigliato!

Everything was perfetto! Host is really kind and helpful! House is perfect. Wiews was amazing! Good quiet neighborhood but still pretty close to the Arezzo on other places. Pool area was so beautiful! Jaccuzy was pleasant. Good bedrooms, kitchen is well equipped. La casa ci è piaciuta molto, il gentile ospite Fabio e l'intera visita. Verremo sicuramente di nuovo! Wij hebben absoluut genoten van ons verblijf! De weg ernaartoe is inderdaad een uitdaging, zoals correct aangegeven in de advertentie. Wij hebben geen 4x4, wel een hogere auto, en namen de langere route naar de woning. Dat kostte ons wat extra tijd bij elke verplaatsing, maar dat hadden we er voor over. De rust en het uitzicht zijn namelijk onbetaalbaar. Het huisje is voldoende goed uitgerust, wij hebben niks gemist. Ook was er geweldige service inbegrepen: middenin ons verblijf werd de woning voor ons gepoetst en kregen we verse lakens en handdoeken. Ook wordt het zwembad 2 keer per week schoongemaakt en bijgevuld. Voor elke vraag was manager Matteo vlot bereikbaar. Wat ons betreft, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Lovely secluded place to stay. Bruno and his dad umberto were very responsive when issues cropped up and everything was sorted quickly. As other reviews say you will need a car to get to the accommodation preferably a 4x4 although we did manage it in our estate cars. Gorgeous place to spend some time away from the world

This villa was incredible. From the second we arrived until we sadly, had to say goodbye. 4 nights simply was not enough. Everything has been thought of, there is plenty of seating, the kitchen is great to cook in, the beds were comfy, the property is pristine. We cannot wait to come back again!
