The location is something else. Right in the middle of the greenest part of the entire area, with great views. The house is cute and convenient. But above all, Martin is a wonderful host, always open to help, pro-active and willing to give advice with regards to what to do in the area Recommend 10/10

Very comfortable, clean, and modern. This Airbnb had the most comfortable bed and nicest bedding I’ve come across in such accommodations. Alboraia is far outside the center of Valencia, but is a calm beach community walkable the La Malvarossa, El Cabanyal, and the Marina. You can access the center via bus or taxi. The garage parking space is tight, but there’s plentiful parking just outside, which we used.

Ellen es una anfitriona increíble. Siempre muy atenta a cualquier cosa y muy agradable, sus perros alegran mucho la estancia. La casa es preciosa y la zona muy bonita, volveremos 100%.

L’appartement est neuf , spacieux et très bien équipé pour passer de très belles vacances en famille afin de visiter et découvrir la région. La terrasse avec vue sur mer est un atout majeur, on se fait bercer par le bruit des vagues non loin. Son emplacement est idéal, très bien situé pour moi. Pour ceux qui aiment la plage elle se situe à quelque mètre de la résidence. Vannessa est très très professionnelle, toutes les informations qu’elle m’a communiqué m’ont été très utiles aussi bien sur les détails de la location que sur les belles choses à faire aux alentours. La grande piscine et l’espace SPA étaient à notre disposition même tardivement, un véritable plaisir pour les enfants. Le logement et Vannessa pour son sérieux sont à recommander. Au plaisir de se revoir.

Perfekt gelegen. Morgens frühstücken auf dem großen Balkon mit Meerblick, nachmittags auf der Promenade bummeln und die Altstadt genießen. Abend in den Trubel von Benidorm eintauchen. Parkplatz auf abgeschlossenem Grundstück. Wohnung ist einfach aber perfekt. Alles was das Herz begehrt. Unser Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und die Ankunft wurde perfekt durchgeführt. Obwohl mitten im Trubel konnten wir gut schlafen. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Preis Leistung hervorragend 👍 Es ist einfach gehalten aber sauber und die zweite Toilette mit Waschbecken ist sehr nützlich. Großer Kühlschrank Kaffeemaschine (Tassimo) Ofen Mikrowelle Handtücher.. The apartment we all thought was great, we couldn’t fault it. The location could not have been better, it was close to the old town with so much choice of restaurants but also had a fantastic position overlooking the beech and sea, we spent so much time on a It had everything we expected and more. The beds were extremely comfortable with good bed linen and soft towels. We will definitely be coming back in the near future.

A good little spot to enjoy all that Benidorm has to offer, and just as described. The area the apartment is in is just off the Rincon De Loix, quite near Lidl, so it's very handy to be able to get a few cheap bits in there for the cupboard (rather than buying from those overpriced convenience stores around the city). It's in a quiet area although we did hear a bit of noise from the other apartments but I suppose this is to be expected, nothing that ruined our holiday though. The bed was comfy, and there was a good sized TV with Premium YouTube etc, and everything we needed was there for us. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace, watching the doves flying around while having a coffee, although it does get hot out there once the Sun arcs round and hits it full on (great if you need to dry some clothes though if traveling light). Anyway we had a great time (Benidorm in February, was as good as ever, we saw countless live acts in just a few days) and Chris & Marie kept us informed throughout.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. Very spacious and clean. Excellent location, right on the beach and a 20 minute walk to the old town along the promenade.
