the apartment was nice we had very noisy neighbours for a week we were really nervous and on edge we will not be going back to el rincon cos of that and we really did used to like that area spoilt it

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fint boende – rent, välutrustat och bra läge! Min dotter och hennes seglarkompisar bodde här under ett träningsläger i El Campello, och vi är väldigt nöjda med boendet! Lägenheten var ren, fräsch och välutrustad, vilket gjorde deras vistelse både bekväm och smidig. ✔ Mycket utrymme för kläder – gott om galgar och förvaring. ✔ Fina, rena badrum – bra duschar och fräscht intryck. ✔ Välutrustat kök – fanns allt från plastbyttor för förvaring till alla andra nödvändiga köksredskap. ✔ Torkställning fanns, vilket var bra för seglarkläderna! ✔ Lätt att sortera sopor – smidigt att slänga och återvinna precis utanför på gatan. ✔ Bra läge – nära matbutik och strandpromenaden. ✔ Bra kontakt med ansvarig – även om hon föredrog spanska, gick det lätt att kommunicera. Vi har inget negativt att anmärka och kan varmt rekommendera denna lägenhet till andra!

A fresh and modern apartment with all the comfort that one needs. It was nicer than the pictures. Nothing to complain at all. If we go there again, I would book this apartment again.

The apartment was excelent for us(family with two kids) it was clean, well equipped (all appliances in house and kitchen were provided, air condition and fans were working very good), the neighborhood was quiet and safe (the grocery store and few cafeterias were close), the swimming pool was clean and not crowded in the end of August, when we were there. The only think worth mentoning is that the swimming pool in its shallowest point has got more or less 1,55 meter, so if you are with young kids who are not good swimmers you will need additional swimming equipment. To sum up Kim’s place is worth visiting and good choice. Kim was a great host, very helpful, prompt replying for any questions, very communicative.

We had a great time. Beautiful apartment. What we liked, a great location, very authentic Spanish vibe around the area. My daughter loved the pool . Bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Bus stop and good bus service nearby to head into San Juan De Alicante beach. (gorgeous beach btw). Large supermarkets all very close by the apartment . One supermarket is a few steps away. Could not fault the apartment, very well equipped. Comfortable beds. fresh linen. Maria was great for the restaurant recommendations. Would love to come back Charles & Maria.

Appartement tout neuf très bien situé à 150 mètres de la plage et très bien équipé en électroménager de marque Bosch. Parking en sous sol avec bip appréciable. J'ai envoyé quelques recommandations à l'hôte pour améliorer l'appartement notamment sur la protection ( une nappe manquante ) de la belle table à manger en bois et la ventilation à revoir pour plus de confort . Dans l'ensemble, l'appartement est très bien équipé et agréable à El Campello avec de bonnes balades à faire le long de la plage .

Stefan var lätt och bra att kommunicera med och huset var som beskrivningen. Det låg bra med närhet till stranden, affärer och restauranger!

The location of the apartment is just perfect, the sea is just 30 meters away. You can meet the sunrise over the water looking out the window. The apartment has everything you need for living and relaxing on the beach (umbrella, swimming boards, chairs for sitting, balls). The beach in front of the apartment is rocky, but to the right and left there are kilometers of beaches and you can choose any you like. Shops are within 5-10 minutes walk. Cafes are almost at every step. Of the minuses. The nearest big supermarket Mercadona is only in Torrevieja. There are a couple of fish shops in La Mata, but the prices are 1.5-2 times higher. There are no entertainment on the nearest beaches (jet skis, water bikes, etc.), and there are no toilets or changing rooms in principle anywhere. Over the course of two weeks, the green flag was hung out only 3 times, the rest of the time there were waves, sometimes very strong. The overall impression is positive. Enjoyed a very good stay here in November 2024. Everything was as described / pictured, and Valentin is clearly very a organised host with everything we might need from bin bags to cooking equipment on hand and easy to find. Location is good for getting to the city centre (less than 20 mins on foot) or getting to places up the coast via tram (nearest stop less than 5 minutes away) and there is a decent range of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Worked really well for us , thanks Valentin :)

I can definitely recommend Max and his apartment. Great communication, always responds, willing to help, and you can also count on recommendations of places! The apartment is beautiful, modern, mega clean. You can feel very comfortable, and on sunny days you can spend the whole day on the amazing terrace! One of the best places I have ever visited! Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms. Met Maria on arrival, very friendly. fantastic location.. was on my own for 24 nights, felt very secure, with bolts on front door. Maintenance and cleanliness around building was excellent with a conceige on all day. Maria very responsive on any niggly problems. Great access straight to beach. Would highly recommend to others. Would book here again.

We hebben erg genoten van het mooie appartement. Ruim genoeg met zn tweeen. Zeer compleet ingericht. Mooie omgeving, op loopafstand van diverse restaurants en winkeltje van Gran Alacant. Auto wel noodzakelijk om de omgeving te kunnen ontdekken. Mooie oude steden zoals Alicante en Murcia op 30-60 min met de auto. Enorm genoten van de hottub savonds Enige minpuntje, het terras ligt op het noordwesten waardoor er de hele dag geen zon op het terras komt. Het verblijf was heerlijk !

Excellente résidence

This is a beautiful unit, clean and very spacious a with a lovely view of the sea. You will need a car to get around as there are no services within walking distance but the beach is a very short walk and you can spend your entire day on the units decks and hot tubs. Outdoor pool was closed for the season but it looks very nice and clean.

Great apartment, nicely and tastefully decorated. If you like beach holidays this is the place. Javier is a very nice and helpful host.

Vennlig og ryddig vert som tok oss godt i mot. Svarer raskt på meldinger og er alltid hyggelig. Pen og ryddig leilighet som var enkelt utstyrt med det mest nødvendige.

Wij hebben gebruikt gemaakt van dit prachtige appartement. Wij waren met 2 dames en 3 jonge kinderen. Alles was aanwezig en we konden eerder in checken zodat het jongste kindje van 1 jaar een middag slaapje kon doen. Alles was aanwezig en we hebben een geweldige 5 dagen gehad. We hadden een auto gehuurd zodat we overal snel heen konden. Alle winkels zijn op zo 5 min rijden afstand. Benidorm en Alicante waren goed aan te rijden. Op het terassen staat een jacuzzi waar we dagelijks heerlijk gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Wij raden dit appartement zeker aan en we komen ook zeker hier naar terug.

Ogromnie polecam apartament. Jest w nim dosłownie wszystko, czego jesteśmy w stanie zapragnąć. Dwie łazienki. Dwie sypialnie. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Genialna lokalizacja. Świetny parking ze sporą ilością miejsca na auto. Blisko piękne plaże. Blisko do Alicante, Santa Pola, Elche. Genialne! Gospodarz jest niezwykle kontaktowy, pomocny, przyjazny - kurczę, serio polecam całym sercem! :) Dla mnie miejsce zapisane jako obowiązkowe, gdy będę w okolicach Alicante. Polecam, polecam, polecam :)
