Если Вы устали от суеты и городского шума — это именно то жильё, которое Вам нужно. Удобная кровать, свежий воздух, красивые виды с террасы, родниковая вода, деликатность хозяев и других гостей. Одновременно со мной отдыхала пара из Тбилиси - они уже девятый раз выбрали это место! Если путешествуете без машины, будьте готовы к ежедневной тренировке в виде подъёма в гору, либо внизу можно взять такси за пять лари. Там же в супермаркете продают пополняемые автобусные карты, по ним можно съездить в Батуми и ещё во многие интересные места. Хозяева подскажут маршрут. До ботанического сада, например, можно дойти пешком. Море в Махинджаури чистое, на пляже всегда есть место. Прошло три дня, а уже хочется обратно) Огромное спасибо за гостеприимство!

Все было очень хорошо и, мы очень благодарны Стелле за такой теплый прием и уют в квартире. И за удобства, которые есть в самой квартире. А за вид с балкона можно отдельный отзыв писать. В общем все было супер, мы очень благодарны и рады, что выбрали именно этот вариант !

Felt right at home in the apartment. Thanks for having me! Apartment was spacious, has a full size fridge, portable washing line, bathroom toiletries provided but bring your own kitchen cleaning and drying supplies. Enjoyed cooking. The bathroom sink has space on either side to organise your toiletries. Fairly peaceful. Bins outside building are left as you exit. Pedestrian crossing to seaside is at end of street (left side). Would love a tv that I can cast Netflix to. Reception has waves of busyness. Would stay again

The apartment was spotless clean and just as described. It has such beautiful city and sea views. Bed was very comfortable. Street where the building is located is very busy. But beach boulevard, shopping malls and lots of restaurants and shops are just few minutes walk away. The building is huge with hundreds and hundreds of apartments. And only 4-5 working elevators. Sometimes you had to wait for the elevaror quite long times. This is not ofc Egle's fault. Communication with Egle was easy. Thank you!

Murat's place is amazing! It has everything you need, everything is new and clean! Murat is very considerate and reliable, and communication with him is very smooth. The room is on the corner, so it is very quiet and comfortable. Highly recomended:)

The host contacted us in advance to clarify the time and check-in details. The apartment was clean and tidy, equipped with everything needed for daily life (salt, dishes, glasses, frying pans, and a saucepan). The location next to the sea is fantastic, and the balcony offers a beautiful sea view. However, the loud music in the evenings may be a concern for some guests. There are several grocery stores nearby, and the building has an elevator, making it easy to access the 19th floor. One small disadvantage is that the internet speed was unstable, which could be problematic for making work calls. I would love to return to this apartment if I visit Batumi again! Special thanks for allowing a slightly later check-out without any additional fee!

I’ve been staying at Anda’s for 2 months. She and the other lady who was helping her were very friendly, nice and easy to communicate. The location itself is great and easy to go anywhere by using mini buses, taxi or scrolls around, a nice view and a clean place. Highly recommended!

Medea was a great host, and her place is at a very good location in the heart of Batumi. Flat was looking the same as in pictures. She was helpful and responsive from the first moment. I recommend everyone to stay at this flat. Thanks!

мы прожили в этой квартире месяц. Расположение удобное, до моря 15-20 минут пешком. Всё необходимое было на месте , а чего недоставало хозяин сразу предоставлял. Кухня укомплектована кастрюлями и сковородами, столовыми приборами и т.д. Было удобно готовить каждый день для семьи. В квартире было чисто и комфортно в любую погоду: в холодные дни было отопление, в жаркие дни выручал кондиционер. Но больше всего понравилось наличие просторного балкона, где можно завтракать на свежем воздухе. Хозяин квартиры Рауль очень внимательный и заботливый хозяин. Нам все понравилось. В следующий визит в Батуми остановимся тоже здесь.

Апартаменты это 2 соединённых номера апарт-отеля Alliance Palace. Это одно здание в котором часть номеров управляется Mariott (вход отдельный) и остальная часть Alliance. В номерах свежий ремонт. 2 санузла)). Кухня и холодильник. Прекрасная климатическая система daikin. Толстые стеклопакеты отсекают шум улицы. С балкона вид на море.Рядом супермаркет и рестораны. В общем отличные апартаменты и отличии от Орби нет больших очередей у лифта)). Классный отпуск.

Посчастливилось нам найти эту чудесную квартиру! Путешествовали двумя семьями: четверо взрослых и трое детей. Все прекрасно разместились, до моря 10мин пешком, до центра тоже прогуляться минут 15! Сама квартира очень красивая, обустроена со вкусом и душой! Большая кухня - столовая, большой балкон - вообще находка, тут мы проводили вечера! Огромная благодарность радушным хозяевам! Приедем ещё!

We had a delightful stay at Natia's apartment in Batumi. Perfectly situated in the heart of old Batumi, it's a mere stone's throw from Piazza Batumi and a brief walk to the sea and main attractions. The surrounding area boasts numerous bars and restaurants, adding to the overall experience. The two-level apartment is a blend of comfort and modern style. Immaculately clean, its well-thought-out design ensures privacy even with multiple guests. Every amenity we needed was available, making our stay hassle-free. Natia proved to be an exceptional host, promptly addressing any minor issues we encountered. A word of caution: the central location means nights can be a tad noisy. However, the convenience and charm of the place more than make up for it. If you're seeking a prime location and comfort in Batumi, we highly recommend Natia's place.

Two friends and I stayed in these apartments for three nights during our vacation in Batumi. The apartments are conveniently located near the beach (you can see a glimpse of the sea from the balcony), about a 30-minute walk from the historical center of the city, and approximately 20 minutes from the airport (where you can enjoy some great aviaspotting). The complex itself is quite nice, clean, and comfortable. There are many dogs around, but they are all friendly, just like everywhere else in Georgia. The staff at the reception (located in the opposite building) vary in friendliness and efficiency. Some are very welcoming and helpful, while others are less so. Additionally, some staff members speak Russian, while others do not. The apartments are bright, modern, and well-equipped. There is one double bed and a sofa bed suitable for one person. Everyone in our group felt comfortable during our stay. Everything was clean, except for a few items in the dish set. Also, our shower cabi

Квартира очень уютная и удобная. Нас было 2 семьи. Локация очень удобная. Море 50 метров от дома. Супермаркет рядом. Квартира очень чистая. Хозяйн встретил и проводил до аэропорта лично. В квартире имеется все необходимые вещи для приготовления еды. Пастель белоснежная. Нам очень понравилась. Мы рады что выбрали эту квартиру. Будем советовать своим друзьям и близким. The apartment was the biggest flex and hype in my life, you’ll never get a chance to live under a volcano in a tropical forest (felt like it). Eka is awesome and really caring, the apartment is cozy and in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the city center. The building is old but well-maintained and clean. It's just a few meters from the park and the dolphinarium.

Хорошие аппартоменты, проживали с ребенком, поэтому для нас было важно наличие мини кухни с необходимой посудой. Плюс есть расскладываюшийся диван, комплект белья и полотенец на 3х взрослых. Спасибо хозяйке за уют и удобства.
