We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

Жилье очень близко к морю. Удобный, современный, красивый дом. Останавливались 3 пары (у каждого был своя спальня) + мы были с собакой (корги). На территории был свой бассейн! Очень удобно и классно.

Дом - отличный, тепло, уютно, горячая вода, электричество работает без проблем. Всё необходимое есть, очень много посуды, полотенец, белья, что является огромным плюсом. Тихое место, красивые окрестности, рядом пляж. Очень довольны, что выбрали именно этот дом, обязательно вернёмся еще! Отдельная благодарность Марии за доброжелательность и отзывчивость!

Lasha is a genuinely warm and helpful host. He makes the effort to show you everything and the local area because he wants you to have the best stay possible. He was very responsive and respectful and I felt he genuinely cared about my Airbnb experience. When the weather is nice, there is some great views here. Calm & peaceful experience apart from some nearby barking dogs occasionally but not all the time & it didn't stop me from sleeping well. Highly advise having or renting a car, your experience will be much better.

This is a wonderful little house to stay with a private garden shared with just the owners and their sweet dog. It has everything you need and more including a full size refrigerator. The fireplace was our favorite part - so cozy and warm, and does not bring smoke into the room at all. The hosts are very friendly and brought dry wood for the fireplace right away when we asked. We hope to come back again many times.

My parents have difficulty moving around. So we tried to find something very comfortable for us to stay. The house is definitely spacious. Pleasant to stay inside and outside. The beach is close by (3 minute walk). The house is equipped with everything and there’s a market right next door. The owners are super friendly, attentive and easygoing. We’d love to stay there again. ❤️

Жилье находится на территории церкви, с отдельным входом. Очень ухоженный зеленей двор и чистые комнаты . Беседка на открытом воздухе добавляет уюта. Рядом магазины, где продают все необходимое . В 7 минутах есть аквапарк при отеле и выход к морю. Спасибо за гостеприимство !

We really enjoyed our stay over there. It’s not so far away from downtown. Kids loved to play in a yard and there is playground right in front of the house. The taxi is really cheap to go anywhere. 5 minutes to walk for food or groceries stores. Apartment is really clean and we felt like we are staying home.

His house is really perfect. He has a much more beautiful house than the photos. The heating is very good, there is both air conditioning and a nice heater. The projection is very high quality, real 1080 pixels. I noticed the last day that there are many technological devices, not just a PS5, but I couldn't use it because I noticed it the last day. There are many things in the house that are not even in normal houses, such as a large refrigerator, coffee machine, grill. Apart from that, the house is in the building closest to the sea. The inside of the site is very nice and very secure. The landlord is incredibly friendly, he answered my questions immediately and found solutions to everything. Even though I left the house, he is such a good person that he said he would help me during my stay in Batum. I am dying to visit here again. Thank you for everything, brother.

Потрясающий опыт. Апартаменты в которых есть все необходимое для комфортного пребывания - посуда, микровол.печь, столовые приборы, холодильник. Есть полотенца и фен (для меня это было очень важно и приятно, что не пришлось везти такую необходимую, но тяжёлую вещь с собой). Очень классный и удобный душ. Очень красивый вид с 22го этажа на море. Также хочется отметить близость к гранд молу, рядом все необходимые аптеки. Хозяйка Нино - самый отзывчивый, чуткий и внимательный человек, не было никаких проблем с заселением и ответами на вопросы. Спасибо большое, очень рекомендую!

Я провел три ночи в этом жилье и остался очень доволен. У нас была возможность насладиться барбекю и поплавать в бассейне, что сделало отдых еще приятнее. Красивая крыша с потрясающим видом добавила атмосферы. Удобная парковка была большим плюсом. Особо хочу отметить хозяина, который всегда был на связи и готов помочь в любой ситуации. Рекомендую это место для отдыха!

Прекрасно провели время с семьей. Не виделись 2 года. Отличное место для того, чтобы собраться со всех концов земли.

Это отдельный дом, который лучше и больше, чем на фото. Расположен в центре города, но чуть спрятан во дворе - очень тихо, много деревьев. В пяти минутах ходьбы море, в другую сторону - рынок. В шаговой доступности два продуктовых магазина, аптека, кофейня. Хозяева живут прямо напротив, очень душевная домашняя атмосфера. Ремонт новый, хорошая техника, сантехника работает без нареканий. Большая удобная кровать плюс есть односпальная кровать с хорошим матрасом, шкаф-купе и даже рабочий стол. Есть кондиционер. На кухне есть абсолютно всё необходимое. С радостью вернусь еще! С уверенностью могу рекомендовать!

We had a nice time. The grounds are very walkable. We came during off season so only one of the pools were open, but there wasn’t many people, so it felt like we had the place to ourselves.

The villa is located by the sea, with a quiet beach and a magnificent sunset on the sea.

Als je in Georgië van plan bent om aan de zwarte zee te verblijven is Cottage Petra een van de beste keuzes. Je bent binnen 10 minuten lopen bij het strand. Kohbuleti is nabij voor restaurants etc. Het huisje zelf is super mooi en comfortabel, van alle gemakken voorzien. Je kan er prima koken en op het balkon opeten met prachtig uitzicht over de zwarte zee. In de tuin kan je ook bbq-en. De host en zijn familie zijn erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Kortom, een erg unieke en mooie plek.

The apartment is clean, bright, everything is as in the photo. There are towels, shower accessories, hairdryer, cutlery, dishes, even a vase for flowers. There are all the necessary shops and cafes nearby, the sea is a five-minute walk away. The owner was always in touch, thanks to him.

Несколько раз оставался в Батуми в апартаментах, но эта квартира наиболее уютная и просторная. Прекрасно продувается за счёт сквозняков, хорошо освещена. Есть всё необходимое, включая посуду, кондиционер, утюг, гладильную доску, просторный шкаф и так далее. Хозяева гостеприимные люди, очень приятные в общении. Фото соответствуют реальности, но балкон, на самом деле, даже уютнее. Из недостатков могу отметить только слабый wi-fi. Впрочем для отдыха это пустяки!

Аккуратные апартаменты со всеми удобствами. Внутри идеальная чистота. Есть вся посуда. В доме запрещено курить и это прекрасно😍 Всё соответствует фотографиям. Приятный, тихий район, парк рядом, магазины круглосуточные рядом и кафе. Замечательный хозяин, который всегда был на связи. Спасибо большое! Наш отдых удался.

We had a great week at the seaside, and this wonderfully located, clean, comfortable home was central to it. We were a large group with three children under 2, and it was a wonderful place for us to stay. The sea is only about a 10 minute walk, and there are several things to do with small children right on the same block. I highly recommend staying here, and thank you to our hosts!
