Appartamento fantastico, stupendi i due ampi finestroni che si aprono sul giardino privato. Giardino e uliveto bellissimi!! Bagno grande, cucina funzionale! Mi piacerebbe abitarci!!😉 Host Maurizio molto disponibile, un ragazzo con un bel sorriso che siamo stati contenti di incontrare!

We recently enjoyed a fantastic week-long stay at this villa, and it was truly an holiday to remember. Our group of nine found the villa spacious, comfortable, and clean. Suzanna welcomed us warmly and was always on hand if we needed her. The WiFi was good. The highlight of the villa was undoubtedly the pool. Pristine (cleaned almost daily) and inviting, it provided endless hours of relaxation and fun. The outdoor area was large and very comfortable, offering plenty of shaded seating and space for dining outside. We loved the table-tennis table too. The villa's interior was basic but clean - we only used it really for sleeping. The kitchen had everything we needed (a kettle would be a great addition!) and 3 bathrooms with showers was plenty. Having a car is highly recommended. The villa is in a peaceful, scenic location, but you’ll need a car to explore the surrounding area/food shopping etc. Good shops and bakeries are close by. Lastly, don’t forget to pack some mosquito spray!

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf op Ca' Milone. We waren er voor iets meer dan twee weken en hebben heerlijk gezwommen en op de ligbedjes gelegen als we een dagje bij het huis bleven. We hebben leuk contact gehad met Francesca en Paolo die ons vanalles konden vertellen over restaurants en activiteiten in de buurt. Beiden spreken goed Engels, wat erg handig is. Paolo vertelt graag over de geschiedenis van het landgoed en zijn passie voor vliegen. De bakker en de supermarkt waren op minder dan 10 minuten met de auto, voor ons ook een pluspunt. Als je komt logeren, zorg dan wel voor een flesje Deet, of haal bij de drogist Autan om de muggen op afstand te houden!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sowohl drinnen als auch am Pool. Es ist super gelegen zum Einkaufen, Brötchen holen und zum Wasser/Zentrum ist es auch nicht weit. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely lovely, offering a peaceful and scenic environment that made for a truly relaxing experience. The apartment itself was spotless, with everything well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. Communication with the host was incredibly easy and smooth, making the whole process from check-in to check-out stress-free. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Accoglienza di Ezio e Giulia bellissima e puntuale, ci hanno spiegato tutto e sono sempre rimasti disponibili. Posto bellissimo, casa e idromassaggio meravigliose. Al mattino partivamo per andare a sciare a 35 minuti dalla casa, in Folgaria, e tornavamo alla sera. Riscaldamento, servizi, pulizia, arredamento, e molti optionals ottimi! Da ritornare sicuramente. E anche Molto Spazio fuori per il nostro cane.

With a group of friends we spent three days in the house, which is perfect base for skiing in Tre Cime , Kronparz and Cortina. Annemarie is very friendly host, we felt like home. The house is fully equipped, like in description. I think we will come back again.

Dieses Bauernhaus ist faszinierend. Wenn man reinläuft fühlt man sich wie in einem Museum und gleichzeitig wie zu Hause. Es bietet die Möglichkeit in einer großen Gruppe eng beinander zu sein und man hat trotzdem genügend Platz um sich auch mal zurück zu ziehen. Was mich begeistert hat, jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und es gibt eine Badewanne im Haus. Das Haus ist sehr familienfreundlich eingerichtet und die Gastgeber sind wirklich äußerst bemüht den Aufenthalt so entspannt zu gestalten wie möglich. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und es gibt viele Almhütten die gut zu erreichen sind. Wanderwege hat es für jeden was passendes in der Umgebung. Das Haus hat direkten Zugang zur Straße was es sehr leicht erreichbar macht. Die Straße ist wenig befahren und man kann dort entspannt vor dem Haus die Berge im Sonnenlicht/Nebel oder Schnee beobachten. Es ist wirklich zu empfehlen ein paar Tage hier zu verbringen.

Dům je v horské vesnici Precasaglio velmi blízko k Ponte di Legno, je prostorný a vejdou se tam dvě rodiny. Dům má tři ložnice (jedna je v suterénu) a obývací pokoj s kuchyní a krbem, dříví je k dispozici. Na sjezdovky do Ponte Di Legno se dá jet autem, tak cca. 10 min, nebo skibusem, který jezdí ve špičce cca. každých cca. 30 minut a staví 50 m od domu. Úzká příjezdová cesta mezi historickými domy je trochu adrenalin, ale celkově se dá bez problémů a při sněhu je rychle odklizená. Kousek od domu je parkoviště, případně je k dispozici 1 garáž. Ve vesnici je velmi dobrá a cenově přijatelná restaurace, večer ale nemá otevřeno každý den. Paní Paola a pan Brian byli velmi ochotní a na všechny dotazy rychle opověděli.

Ho soggiornato da Federico insieme ad un altra coppia di amici ed i nostri bambini, abbiamo passato 2 notti compreso il capodanno ed è stato tutto perfetto. Ci ha accolto Federico in persona e ci ha illustrato e mostrato la casa e i suoi servizi. spazi molto grandi ed estremamente puliti dotati di ogni confort. La descrizione rispecchia tutto alla perfezione, non mancava nulla asciugamani, accappatoi e tutto il necessario per il bagno, in cucina invece oltre alla ricca colazione che ci ha fatto trovare sul tavolo (in frigo invece ci ha lasciato uno strudel di mele e degli yogurt) in più era dotata di tutto, forno lavastoviglie macchina del caffè forno micronde . la zona molto tranquilla con una vista lago spettacolare dal terrazzo. camere spaziose e il riscaldamento era perfetto tutto molto automatizzato. insomma super consigliato in tutto. qualsiasi cosa chiesta anche una piccola informazione è stata data in tempi brevissimi. ci ritornerei.

The apartment, much like the host Stefano, was truly exceptional. We felt completely at home, and had everything we could possibly need. The spacious backyard garden offers so much privacy. We travelled with a one-year-old, and she absolutely loved being able to get out of the apartment and into the garden on her own. It wasn’t just a place to sleep – we enjoyed spending our days there as well. The location is perfect – just a short walk from Arco’s charming old town, park, playground, and more. Plus, it’s only a 10-minute drive to Riva del Garda or Torbole, with several grocery stores within walking distance. Stefano is an outstanding host – the definition of a “Superhost.” We can’t wait to return!

Allereerst is het uitzicht echt nog veel mooier dan op foto's is te zien! Daarnaast was de ruimte heel schoon en netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien! Ideaal dat heel veel benodigdheden al aanwezig zijn! Het huis was wel wat lastig te vinden omdat de navigatie het huisnummer niet vond maar met instructies kwamen we er alsnog vrij snel. De weg naar het huis is wat smal en eng, maar dat is het uitzicht dubbel en dwars waard!

Meine Frau und ich samt Hund wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen! Andrea und Debora gaben gerne Auskunft auf unsere Fragen. Sie stellten uns das ganze große Haus zur Verfügung, in dem wir uns sehr wohl fühlten, zumal es sehr stilvoll eingerichtet ist.

We hebben met in totaal 4 stellen (2 kids) de twee grote appartementen van Arthur gehuurd. We hebben een top week gehad! De appartementen zijn heel ruim en doordat ieder stel een eigen badkamer heeft was er veel privacy! Ook genoeg ruimte in beide appartementen om met iedereen te kunnen tafelen/bij elkaar zitten. Op loopafstand van de piste (sleeplift Nives). Er is bergruimte met verwarmde elementen voor skischoenen in de garage, maar wij kozen ervoor onze spullen in het depot naast de skilift te bewaren. Op loopafstand van het dorp, de supermarkt, restaurants etc. Arthur is een zeer vriendelijke host, hij reageert snel en is zeer behulpzaam. Kortom, we hebben een topweek gehad en hebben voor volgend jaar weer geboekt!

Sehr aufmerksamer und netter Gastgeber. Ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage. Nettes Ehepaar in der Wohnung unten im Haus, sprechen Deutsch. Sehr sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Parkplatz eher eng.

Dunia is a great host who always answered swiftly with a lot of care and attention. The house is old and basic but offers you a warm cozy place in good location at an affordable price. Would book again!

Ottima esperienza, posto tranquillo e casa rinnovata e ben attrezzata, manca la tv ma non ne abbiamo sentito la mancanza, ci siamo goduti la tranquillità. Host preciso e disponibile.

Hôte très sympathique et réactif. le logement se trouve dans une belle maison de famille. Le logement est simple mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Excellent rapport qualité-prix pour la région. Je recommande.
