He's the best host! The location was great! The home was very comfortable and nice! I recommend your locations to anyone coming to St. Thomas. It's the place to be. The airport, grocery store, restaurants, and Lindberg Bay Beach are all about 5-7 minutes away. Priceless! It really felt like home away from home! Thank you, and I'll be back!

Monic is a wonderful host! She is very kind and has excellent communication. Her suggestions of things to check out on St. John was also very helpful. The location is beautiful! It is exactly as pictured/described, and so comfortable & relaxing. We would love to stay there again!

I could not wait to write this review… it was amazing! I loved staying here. If you’re gonna stay here, also rent the Bronco (much cheaper, and convenient)! Jessie was always responsive, helpful, and flexible. She did not mind to help with any questions (at any time), and even suggested locations to visit. The view was stunning, the room was beautiful, and the Bronco got us wherever we needed to go. I could rave all day about how amazing our stay was here. I have no complaints and I hope to soon return! I would also like to point out that Jessie went above and beyond to always make sure we were comfortable and reassured us that if we needed anything, to simply call or text. Jessie was waiting for us when we got there to help us check in, which was really nice- just like her. The Bronco was ready to go as soon as we got there, and Jessie even provided some necessities such as towels. If you’re having any doubts on booking “Below Deck” DON’T!!! I can’t wait to return!

I highly recommend this beautiful apartment, especially being hosted by such a lovely and thoughtful person. It is perfectly located within walking distance of the boardwalk, with restaurants and shopping. The apartment was spotless and Geneveva had also left some snacks and drinks as well.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we are planning our next trip already. Sarah was super friendly and beyond helpful. We loved getting to know the locals. We enjoyed several excursions (horseback, jet skis, ATVs) very close to the condo. The neighbor (who lives there) was a precious angel. I cannot say enough good things about our stay!

Tatiana was a super super host. She helped us get a rental car and transportation from airport. Airbnb was nice and clean with a peaceful energy. Great people, great island and great Airbnb. Would definitely rent again with this host.

Our stay here was wonderful! The apartment was CLEAN and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the covered porch and reading, listening to the chickens and goats, and watching iguanas in the tree tops. It was a quick drive into Cruz which was convenient and close to the grocery store, restaurants, etc. Mayling was responsive when we needed assistance with the wifi. There were loud groups staying in the units below us, but it didn't bother us as you couldn't hear it much inside with the doors closed.

Darryl’s place was awesome. It looked exactly like the photos, and my favorite part was the private balcony with an incredible view. I felt completely safe, and Darryl was very responsive and provided awesome recommendations. I would definitely stay again!

Great location in Coral Bay ! Very nice View ! Clean, Well appointed Kitchen, beach chairs and cooler available. Quite and Relaxing Neighborhood. Cassie and her assistant were great with communication. The Road is a little Steep, but that normal in St. John. Highly Recommend this Villa !

We had a great stay! Plenty of room for our party of 8 to spread out! Suzy was very responsive to any requests or questions we had.

Has everything you need for a great beach trip to St John. Pack your swimsuit and some cash and your good to go!

Pooja was a great host and very responsive. She was flexible and helped tremendously with a flexible checkout while some of us waited for a taxi to the airport. The unit was spotless and exactly as described. The garden area was beautiful and a wonderful place for morning coffee and an evening drink. Very close to the boardwalk and less than a five minute walk. Would definitely stay again and highly recommended.

La-Toya and Jayanne’s place was great! It was clean and tidy and looked just like the photos. La-Toya and Jayanne were pleasant, helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others 😄

Suzette communicated well before our arrival and cont'd to do so even as our flight was delayed by over 6-hrs. I had a significant issue with AVIS, but Suzette got us transportation to the house at 8 PM and then welcomed us into the house. When I returned to the airport first thing the following morning, she was there to greet me and help in case of any issues. By the end, (she had) AVIS giving us an upgrade, as they discussed which Coquito was best! Suzette is very patient and considerate-an ANGEL! She helped us get acquainted with VLBrisa and answered any questions we might have quickly. The main living space has a 180-degree view, with Buck Island, etc, in the distance. Sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking on the property from the 2flr. My family loved having breakfast on the pool patio in the morning and enjoying a cocktail after dinner. On New Year's, we watched fireworks in two locations in VI/CDT, which was a great way to bring in the NY! Cheers & relax at VLBrisa!

This home is gorgeous. Amazing view and a central & peaceful location. Rooms were much bigger than anticipated and each one has its own tv. The home was clean and came with all items needed for a comfortable vacation: beach chairs, beach towels, snorkeling gear. If you plan to cook, just know that all the necessities are provided, but not additional items. Just salt and pepper, no cooking oils, seasoning, foil, etc.

The 2 bedroom /2 bath unit was really nice. It is adjoined to the main house, so you walk through a beautiful garden with so many plants trees flowers and fruits to get to it (we loved it). The owner is the sweetest lady. She was very helpful and made us feel at home!!! The unit is about 15 m from the airport (very close). The Broadwalk to Christianstead is 6-7 minutes drive. The main grocery store is nearby too but I would not recommend walking. There are no sidewalks that we saw. Honestly, there were very few brave men walking rather than using cars or transportation. Again, I personally won't do it. Advice to yoy if you are renting a car rent SUV, Jeep, or Truck. The streets of the island have huge potholes, and with a small vehicle, it would be really hard to reach places, especially if it rains as well. Beautiful island, beautiful people, and delicious food!!! If you want to try local food, we highly recommend El Sol, where you must try Conch in butter with Cassava,

The condo was beautiful and comfortable...more roomy than expected! The furniture was very comfortable. The view from the porch is unbelievable. We had a few glitches with AC and fans but our host was EXTREMELY responsive and issues were resolved same day. The development is a little confusing (winding roads); I would suggest arriving when it is still light out! Our host provided pictures of the outside unit that helped us know where to park and enter the unit. Pool is further than anticipated. Overall, we had a lovely time

We had a fun stay and enjoyed the location of the unit. Easy to get to pool and beach. Danielle is a great host and we were very well informed before arrival. In addition she was extremely helpful when we needed a few extra hours upon check out. Well equipped unit that suited all our needs.

Great location and even better views. The wraparound balcony was amazing. This place was perfect for us as we visited our 41st National Park. Could hike to pristine beaches and snorkel right off the beach with great reefs and sea turtles!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The cleanliness and decor was perfect. The sound of the ocean was awesome to sit back and relax to. Eric and Elizabeth were super helpful prior to, during, and after the stay. They provided great info that allowed planning to occur easier than it otherwise would have. There is nothing walkable in the area but all that St. Croix has to offer is a short 10 minute drive away (Christiansted) or 30 minutes away if looking to explore the East End or Frederiksted. All-in-all, we had a great visit to St. Croix and our host help in that.

Dana’s place was perfect for our family vacation. Central to all the beautiful beaches and restaurants. You do need a car to move around. The private beach and pool was a highlight for my kids. I can’t wait to comeback. We highly recommended this listing.

My partner and I thought this was the perfect balance of value and quality. We did not want to overpay for amenities we didn’t need, particularly on an island with so much to do…but we definitely had standards we expected regarding comfort, safety, scenic views, and a warm feeling of “home”. One of the many highlights was the balcony aligned perfectly with the sunset. We ate every home meal out there. I’d come back here if/when back on the Island. I’d highly recommend it.

Wonderful quiet, space and loved the gated area with beautiful views! Cooler and beach chairs were a nice bonus. Tips: Google maps is accurate. The owner sends step by step instructions although we didn’t need it. You need a proper car. The roads are legit steep. We did walk 20 minutes to and from town a couple times although we enjoy walking. Gym is old although similar to a low to mid Marriott.
